The mattress in every room was awesome. I never go back to rentals with bad bedding. No fun if you don’t sleep well. These renters really seemed to care. Also loves playing the Galaga game for free

This was the perfect little house for us while visiting NC. Only 10 minutes away from family, where we spent most of our time. It’s an older house with wheelchair ramps outside and grab bars in the master bathroom. Hall bath has been updated nicely. There is no fireplace that I found, but the house was warm and cozy (our weather was cold and rainy) with comfortable beds, and newer kitchen and laundry appliances. The host was very responsive for it being Christmas time. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future. Thanks Courtney!

Perfect location for those in the area for Golf. The house was clean and matched the pictures from the listing. Putting Green in the backyard was fun and one of the highlights of the property!

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Vilma was a a great host! The home was exactly as pictured. Very clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. Check in and Check out was easy. Plenty of linens and towels. Neighborhood is walkable for exercise and is within 10 to 15 drive of the downtown area, shopping and experiences. Vilma has snacks, water and juice available upon our arrival.

The house was very comfortable, sunny and airy, with a nice sitting area on the first floor. Chelston has thought of many things to make a family comfortable - games (Switch for the giant TV and old school puzzles and games), throw blankets, nice sheets and pillows, coffee, basic pantry supplies, and a thoughtful guide to the area. Check-in was simple. The area is nice and quiet and close to coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!

We stayed here while visiting family and couldn't have picked a better home! Our 3 sons and 2 dogs absolutely loved the space in the backyard and we appreciated the secure fence. There were several comfy dog beds and plenty of space for the kiddos to play inside during the time it rained. The home was clean and very well stocked. Cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra toiletries! All appliances were in great working order. Morgan was incredibly responsive when we had questions and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I would highly recommend to families traveling to the area! You won't be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

If you have people in Chapel Hill then Rains place is perfectly located (5-10 minutes from any part of town). It's pleasant and warm (we visited during a snowy cold snap and the heat was great). A great find!

Typically I wouldn’t leave 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board BUT everything was simply perfect! I LOVED this location and will most definitely return. I felt so comfortable & cozy here & it was super convenient (much easier access than others) to the Pinehurst Resort where my conference was held. Perfect for several people but I felt so safe here alone, even with late evening returns. TSM to the fabulous host who shared hiking trail info & was so very responsive. I will return!

I had a wonderful stay at Ronda and Al’s apartment for a long weekend visit with my grandmother. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. If I get the opportunity, I will definitely stay with them again!

Great stay! Super close to everything within town so able to walk to all the nearby spots! Building success was super easy with keypad locks. Laundry was very convenient and the house was very quiet the entire time we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at the home to celebrate the holidays with a large family group spanning 4 generations (including 3 small children). The house is beautiful and the layout is great for large groups. It was also helpful to have a supermarket, coffee shop and an amazing playground around the corner.

This is a a unique manor home that retains its history and charm while also providing modern amenities and creature comforts. Perfect for large families or small groups. On the doorstep of world class golf courses and close to the quaint town of Southern Pines. Outstanding communications from the host, who also provides one of the best home and area guides upon check-in.

This was the perfect spot to welcome in 2025. Our two families have been celebrating New Years together for 25 years! The Tuscan Villa could not have been better - from the fire pit, lovely grounds to walk about, plenty of room to spread out, everything needed in the kitchen - and the most amazing table to eat at... Incredible Mansion with PHENOMENAL amenities (Pool, Basketball Court, putting green, ping pong, billiards, and air hockey table. Serene location with a perfect screened huge patio with 100% backyard privacy in a neighborhood with only multi million dollar homes. Not sure you could ever rent this much square footage for anywhere near the price. Wilson is the best host with everything you need for a great vacation. Thank you Wilson. You made our daughter’s college graduation week!

Everything was great. Esther and her kids are very sweet. If you want a room in a home, that is what she offers. You can also park in her driveway which was nice. I recommend this listing .

Gayathri’s home was excellent for our stay in Durham. It had everything we needed and was comfortable as well as very clean! The extra amenities were a delightful surprise. Barely needed to contact her, but when we did she responded quickly and helpfully. Couldn’t ask for a more congenial and polite host.
