Great place to stay. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great host!

Extremely responsive communications throughout my stay. Nice place, very spacious. Off street parking is great! Needs just a touch more water pressure, please. Extremely short walk to a brewery/taproom (right next door) and two other restaurants. Very close to City Hall and services. Short drive to the Morehead Hill Historic Preservation District with many period homes and at least one landmark property. Very nice digs!

Haley's apartment is a perfect place to recoup and renew yourself, in a great little spot on Duke campus. It's easy to get to museums and lovely local sights, easy to get to shops and restaurants nearby, and everything was super comfy and clean. I'm from the area, so I try to get back regularly to see family and work, and Haley's apartment was the ideal choice for my last visit. If you're visiting the Triangle, Haley's place is a fantastic fit!

House just as pictured. Small kitchen is well-equipped for simple cooking. Comfortable beds. Hosts were prompt to reply to questions. Lovely neighborhood for walking, jogging, biking. Walk to restaurants, Arboretum, UNCG, well-stocked small grocery store. Downtown restaurants a short drive. Streets are quiet and safe at night. It didn't bother us, but if the upstairs unit is rented you will hear some footsteps.

We chose Shannon’s place base on proximity to NCSU Parent’s weekend events, including the football game at Carter Finley Stadium. We followed the crowd for the less than a mile walk to the game. What we found was so much more than just location! His place was perfect! The layout and design was crisp and clean. Very refreshing, adequate natural light, gorgeous entryway, well appointed. We enjoyed the coffee and chilled glasses for our beverages. The king size bed and linens were very comfortable and cozy, which is exactly what we needed after action-packed days! The daybed was perfect for our teenager. We look forward to staying at Shannon’s place again when we have events in Raleigh. Thank you Shannon for the warm hospitality. 🩷

I stayed in one of Brian's rental units, and I was very pleased with everything. This was a perfect work trip unit, but I would also stay here with my wife as well. The unit was exceptionally clean, borderline sterile, which is a praise to him and the cleaners. Although good restaurants are walkable, the kitchen is well-fitted for cooking and meal prep, which I prefer. I'm not sure if he mentions this in his description, but the home is close to a nice public park. Overall, this is a great value for the space and location. I've already rebooked two separate return trips. I had one minor issue but Brian was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and able to resolve it in a few minutes with a couple of texts.

Brent's Airbnb was charming and cosy with well appointed furnishings and decor. It was evident that he takes great pride in making this place "feel" like a home with everything you need well organized and easily accessible. I love Durham and visit at least once a year. From now on I will adjust my dates to ensure that I can stay at his wonderful apartment!

As a repeat customer, I had an emergent situation arise to find a place to stay at the last minute. The host was able to get me setup within 24 hours to help me out of a bind. Was impressed with the courtesy and quick response. Place was clean and quiet. Extremely fair on price and my guests were satisfied as well with the place. Will definitely be returning for any future visits to the area.

The townhome was great. It was so clean and cozy. It’s in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kristin is a wonderful host. She responds quickly and checks in with you throughout your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect blend of nature and convenience! This home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, nestled in a peaceful subdivision yet close to plenty of amenities. The host is incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The pictures on the listing doesn't do this place justice at all and Lisa did amazing at communicating with me. I got into town a few hours earlier than I expected and was concerned because the plan was to get into town a hour before check in and then go do some grocery shopping and then check in so none of the groceries would go bad but was unable to do that so I messaged Lisa and explained and asked if I could check in early. Lisa informed me that the place was ready and I could check in at anytime so I was extremely appreciative of that. The crockpot and pizza cooking area was a great added bonus and Lisa was able to suggest some budget friendly things to do during my stay. Overall this place is well worth the stay and if I'm ever back in town I'll be staying here again.

Cristina was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, had linens and a stocked kitchen but no dishwasher. My only complaint would be the location. It's located on a 4 lane highway and easy to miss. However it was close to everything we needed

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

My stay at Michael‘s place was great! It’s a compact place but has everything a single person or a couple would need. I can tell that a lot of thought went into making the place comfortable. Michael communicated ahead of time with lots of useful information which made it very easy for me to find the unit, the parking and check in. It’s also in a great location, near many shops and restaurants, but also in a quiet residential area.

Enjoyed my stay. Place was quiet and close to the downtown area. I was able to easily access the highway and reach my work destination in minutes. Would stay here again when I’m in town.

Jamie's place worked out really well for my wife and I. We were in town working for two weeks at The Tanger Center and it was a quick and easy walk from the apartment. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The only knock I have is that really no sunlight makes it into this lower level unit. Keep that in mind if you value natural lighting. With that being said this is still a great apartment and I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Greensboro.
