This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at in my lifetime. I’ve never had a more restful and serene holiday waking up to glorious views in beautiful vintage bedding. The decorating was so quaint and warm and the thoughtful amenities were special. The owner was kind and beautiful also. Love this place 💙.

For any who are seeking a great place to stay in Victoria's Colwood area, look no further! This is the place! It had everything I needed for a perfect stay ... and more! Duncan and Vi keep house and gardens in immaculate condition. I would be back in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate our birthdays. It was great to find an airbnb with 4 rooms and the hot tub with the view was so nice to have. We did a quick walk to the lighthouse, but the views in the house were great. The kitchen had everything we needed but we wished the dishwasher was bigger as we had 8 people staying. Not a deal breaker though and we would definitely stay here again! The host is very responsive and the place was very clean!

Gail's House is a beloved family getaway filled with quirky and interesting marine and nautical pictures and gadgets so lovingly collected. It's very comfortable and right on the dock and the views are amazing. Lucky for us, we were there in prawn season and our hosts gave us the best prawns we have ever had, fresh from the water. I want to return.

This was our first time in Sooke and we shared Fredrick’s place with a friend we hadn’t seen in years. The warm home like environment, the separate bedroom ,bathroom spaces worked perfectly. The views were wonderful and we dined and explored the area easily. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Wits End is a beautiful property and easy to find. The enclosed yard was prefect for our dog. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a cold day at the beach. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. As a family of 4, we had to use the pullout to sleep on and use a blowup mattress which meant things were a little cramped but we made do. The mattress needed to go into the kitchen next to the table during the night. I would recommend staying at this property but definitely no more than 4 people at a time.

Great, peaceful place with a beautiful view and decor. Very dog friendly, too. The gas fireplace was nice and easy to use and the place was toasty warm. They left us with a couple of small welcome gifts and snacks, plus a dog bowl and extra bags. They even had some rain gear in case we'd forgotten ours.

This is the off season. we didn't see a single person or car around during our stay. In other words is was peaceful and quiet with a view of the Bay out our front window and deck. Very comfortable and clean. Very well outfitted with even a wifi connection for use, even a TV; a challenge in have in this remote area.
