The apartment is beautifully decorated. Cozy, homely, in every drawer or cupboard there is a surprise. The place is better equipped than my house! There is nothing missing in the bathroom. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. A variety of pastas, legumes, grains, vegetables, fruits, spices, sauces, oils, coffee, tea, milk, juice. Just come. We celebrated a birthday and there was a bottle of wine, cake and a balloon waiting for us. The jacuzzi is large and cozy and the water is always hot. The rooms are great, there are games for all ages. Quiet neighborhood and a few minutes drive from Ramat Hanadiv. Highly recommended.

Irit is a great host! She was very helpful with setting the house ready for our 2 years old, including toys, a crib, books, and more. She was a great communicator, always fast and useful. She was warm and very welcoming to us. The house was in a great location, walking distance from a big grocery store, a bakery, a book store and more. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loves, you can hear birds and relax in the great garden. We did hear the neighbors throughout the day, especially the kindergarten school close by, when they had outdoor activities, but it was only 2/3 times (we stayed there for a week), and it was nice to hear kids and singing. The house is organized very well, all bedrooms upstairs, large living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. We loved the large space. And the great back years was a great outlet for our kid, she loved the swing and the slide. One of the bedrooms had an office which was very useful for us to work from, the WiFi there was good. The neighbors were very nice as well.

The owner is great ! His Israeli hospitality was amazing. The house is very clean and shiny . He solve any problem we had in a second. The house is 2 minutes walking from one of the best beaches in Israel. We will definitely see him next summer 🇮🇱🇺🇸🇮🇱

אנחנו התארחנו אצל יואב באוגוסט, שלושה מבוגרים עם שלושה פעוטות. התלהבנו מאד מהבית המיוחד, מהנוף המדהים, מהפשטות והאופי השונה של הבית שמשתקף גם מהתמונות שבאתר. הילדים נהנו מהמרחב, ומהאווירה השונה במקום, שחינו בבריכה, קפצנו בטרמפולינה ונהננו ממה שיש למקום להציע. בתקופה הזאת הג'י פי אס היה משובש באזור ויואב מאד עזר לנו גם בהגעה למקום וגם מבחינת ההתמצאות איך להגיע למקומות בתוך ומחוץ ליישוב. מעבר לכך האנשים ביודפת אדיבים ועוזרים, ביודפת העתיקה יש תצפית מדהימה, פארק הקופים מאד מומלץ, ובכלל המקום יפה ומשרה רוגע. בסה"כ היה כיף, קיבלנו תמורה נאה למחיר וגם הילדים נהנו מאד.

Sama’N’s was a great host. He was very responsive and really helpful. and he asked about us a lot during our stay.I booked the apartment a few days before my arrival and asked him for an additional air conditioner, which he installed before my arrival, knowing that it was a holiday period. He brought another bed mattress when I asked him to change the oldest one.The apartment is huge and stunning. It's old but very nice and clean. good internet, kettle, microwave, iron, the balcony was very cozy. It's suitable for a family. The location was great; everything was nearby the apartment (restaurant, coffee shop, grocery, bakery, mall). Also, the guard was helpful. When I come again, I will definitely stay at the Sama'N's apartment, he has other apartments.One annoying point about the house is that, because it is old, the window shutters were not very good. Overall, this was the most welcoming, beautiful stay we could have hoped for. I highly recommend it!

J’avais réservé ce logement en tenant compte des avis. J’ai bien fait et je ne peux que reprendre les meilleurs avis. Résidence de très bon standing, appartement arrangé avec goût, original, bonne literie, nombreux ustensiles, propreté impeccable. C’est l’accueil de l’hôte qui nous a beaucoup marqués : très agréable, très réactive, originale. Bref, s’il y avait 6 étoiles, je les aurais mises sans hésiter !

I truly couldnt have asked for anything better. Marc's apartment was gorgeous with an amazing living room and deck which we got to enjoy. The location couldn't be more perfect, in the heart of the super cool Neve Tsedek neighborhood, and very close to the beach and shuk, and also to jaffa. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. Also super fast wifi, a laundry machine and amazing kitchen. Marc was so thoughtful and accommodating. One of my favorite airbnb's ive stayed at.

A beautiful apartment in a busy and vibrant area with a 10 min walk to the beach. Close to the light rail, Haganah rail station and well supported by buses. Small issues ( such as how to use the hob) were resolved quickly. I will happily come here again. The bed was soooo comfortable. I had the most fantastic week walking around Tel Aviv- Yafo and visiting Jerusalem.

Customer service was exquisite. The property was beautiful inside and out. It was the most beautiful place of all the surrounding properties. The rooms are large with high ceilings. With hard floors, there was an echo effect which did not bother us at all. Ashraf advised us on trip Improvements, he was as knowledgeable as any travel agent. Thank you for a great stay.

Ramez and his family are genuinely wonderful, kind and generous people. The accomodations are clean, comfortable and very spacious, very close to downtown. One of a kind experience, great value!

Roni and Adi’s place is wonderful. Not luxurious or hotel-like per say, but clean, hospitable, well maintained, and extremely homey. The included breakfast is filling and pleasant, and the service is familial and so relaxed and enjoyable. Adi is always available and generally awesome. Thanks so much!

Great location for visiting historical Umm Qais. Wonderful community involvement in investments made by Baraka in developing visitor features. Great additional features available, e.g. hiking, bee keeping, foraging, and dinner. Relatedly, the breakfast was incredible. Beautiful black and white photos on the walls for sale.

We had a great stay. Selene was super helpful and friendly. The room was neat and tidy and adequate for a no frills good nights rest. The grounds are peaceful and secure. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee good. We would recommend this to any pilgrims to Jerusalem or anyone looking for non nonsense accommodation at an affordable price. We also needed secure parking for our rental car, so that was great.

Eyal a été vraiment vraiment gentil : très confiant, très prévenant, très à l'écoute. Il a pris soin de m'indiquer les meilleures sorties, les bons plans, il a veillé à ce que je sois très à l'aise chez lui. Il m'a proposé de considérer sa maison comme la mienne. Il a été très patient avec mon très mauvais anglais et mieux encore, son petit déjeuner est délicieux ! Je vous recommande vivement - et surtout mesdames - de séjourner dans son appartement cosy (avec un super balcon ;) Eyal was so kind. Very confident and considerate, very attentive. He tooks care to tell me the great tips. He made sure that i will be very confortable in his home. He offered to consider his house as mine. Be very patient about my terrible english. Even better his delicious breakfast ! I highly recommand this host - specialy women - to stay in his nice and cosy appartement with a great balcony.

Rawda and Issa are unbelievable hosts and kind, generous people. They made me feel at home and shared their personal stories with me. Sitting down to breakfast and tea with them is a wonderful part of the experience. They are flexible and can help provide recommendations for what to see and do. If you are visiting Palestine, staying with Issa and Rawda is an absolute must! They truly went above and beyond what is required, including driving me to the bus stop in town! Excellent people, excellent location, and an amazing chance to be welcomed into someone’s home and learn about their country and their lives.

Een zeer hartelijk welkom wachtte ons bij aankomst. De mensen waren prachtig, buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten bereikte sterrenniveau, en de sfeer voelde als een warme familie, perfect voor een gezellig praatje. Ik beveel dit ten zeerste aan; de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was fenomenaal. De gastvrijheid was ongeëvenaard, en alles overtrof zelfs onze verwachtingen.
