Amazing place for people looking to explore Prague but also nature around it. the place is well equiped and it feels like furniture and amenities have been selected with care and quality in mind. the place was also great for our dog and I think would be great for kids as well. If your looking for quiet and piece of mind as well as top notch wellness this place is great. The only thing that was not perfect was that a bridge was closed for construction which made the drive to Prague much longer and less comfortable (especially in severe weather conditions we had). This is of course out of Roman's control... We had a magnificent relaxing time and would love to come back!

A really lovely place to stay near Prague, and Pavla is an extremely helpful and gracious host. As described and the photos accurately depict the house. As some others have mentioned, there is an issue with a smell from the pipework near the boiler and in bathrooms, but we found that got better after a while (either we got used to it or regular use of the water meant that the smell lessened). This is probably worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. Aside from that, the place is extremely clean, warm (it was 0°C outside during our stay) and the kitchen has modern well-functioning appliances. Thanks Pavla!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Hana. Mitten im Wald sehr schön gelegen, nur auf der Straße war mehr Verkehr als erwartet, somit etwas nervig um dort mit Hunden lang zu gehen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ziele erreichen, z.B. Schlucht Amerika (Lom Velka Amerika) oder die Karlstein Burg, Prag lohnt sich als Tagesauflug auch sehr. Vielen Dank

The house was spacious, clean and contained everything we needed. The host was welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie online beschrieben/gezeigt. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön. Bei Ankuft wurde uns alles gut und ausführlich beschrieben. Für Leute die einen leichten Schlaf haben, ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und an manchen Stellen etwar quietscht. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört:)

Ubytování bylo čisté a pěkně. Určitě doporučuji při krátkodobé návštěvě Prahy.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Vila byla prostorná na úžasném místě kousíček od Prahy, ale zároveň ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Velmi příjemná atmosféra i ve vile i v ulici. Paní Markéta byla velmi pohotová v komunikaci, a vyšla nám vstříc ohledně příjezdu.

Jakub is a very friendly gentleman. Rented the place with 3 friends, all we have to say is... Perfect. Hopefully till a next time.

The space was beautiful and in a good location. Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and stores. It was in new town but very walkable to old town. The host met us at the house and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property when visiting Prague.

Die Vermieter waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Alles war sauber, entsprach genau den Bildern und funktionierte Perfekt. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit den Pools, der Sauna und der wunderschönen Unterkunft.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Petr. Het huis is schoon en heeft goede bedden. Kom je met 5 of 6 personen dan heb je het hele huis voor jezelf. Petr reageert gelijk als je wat vraagt en is altijd bereid je te helpen. Tijdens je verblijf heb je een hele lieve kat die het liefst de hele dag geknuffeld wordt. Het huis ligt op minder dan een half uur van Praag.

Sauber, Groß, Voll Ausgestattet und völlig zu unserer zufriedenheit👍.
