Enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

This is a gem of a house and so relaxing… every little detail is well thought out and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, oils, etc. I remember when Airbnb started and this was what the houses used to be like. Anymore they are too sterile with no amenities but not this one, it’s like the good old days to stay here… 10AM check out will always get me thinking twice before booking but this place is very clean and so pretty.

Kirk and I communicated a number of times for clarifications as needed. We hosted a large family Thanksgiving dinner and wanted to make sure we had all that we needed. It was spectacular. We had our two young grandkids and the box of kids toys and outdoor toys was wonderful. The gazebo with Fireplace and the gas firepit on the deck were wonderful places to gather during the late Fall coolness. The home was spectacular for our 8 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. . . Could not have asked for a better stay.

The house was spacious and welcoming, with an amazing view of the Rogue River. It had plenty of space, both inside and outside, for larger groups to enjoy each other's company and still have some personal space. Check-in was easy and Evolve responded quickly with any questions. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and fun little putting green. The downtown was not very large but had great food options and a few cute shops.

Kelle’s spacious and comfortable home is the perfect place for a family reunion. Over the holiday weekend four generations gathered to celebrate, laugh and play. We enjoyed the great kitchen, the cozy couches, the snug beds and the huge picturesque yard!

The house was perfect to just enjoy a quiet place catching up with a friend. Due to the weather we did not use the pool or hot tub. The directions and instructions were so well documented that I didn't need to contact the host - Tyler - until we sent a final text letting him know we were checked out. The recommendation he provided was spot on -- exactly what we were looking for. Grants Pass is a great middle connection to many friends & family -- so staying here again would be an easy way to do so. We were only their two days -- planning ahead further I'd try to stay for a week -- everything you need. The house is warm and inviting - it was like staying with a close friend. Thank you!

The home is very open with a large living room for family gatherings. We opted to pay the extra $200 for the pool to be heated and have no regrets. The kids swam morning to night while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kirk was great at responding to our needs. The home was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Kitchen had all the essentials which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here! The house was cozy, the river was stunning and Julia & Matthew were easy to get a hold of and helpful during our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed as we opted to cook during the majority of our stay. Instructions for checkout were clear and the place was spotless. We especially appreciated all the information regarding our stay and recommendations found upon entering, it is apparent lots of care has gone into making guests feel at home. Highly recommend!

My husband and kids have been staying at Sherry's place as we continue to look for a place in Oregon. They have nothing short of amazing and have made they felt welcome. Sherry and her place have been such a great relief for my family.

Wonderful family- sized home, convenient to amenities and a park nearby. Super clean and well stocked, comfy beds, and washer and dryer right in the house! Our host was easy to communicate with and very prompt answering our questions. Will book again next time family comes to visit! A good experience all around.

This home was the perfect weekend getaway. We live in LA and my family wanted to experience the river while coming to visit family in town. The house was clean and everything was set up for easy use. We definitely would look to book again on our next trip to southern Oregon.

The house was absolutely amazing. It's maintained exceptionally well, and we were greeted with a thoughtful gift package. There were plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate our large group of over 20 people. The game room offered a great variety of activities to keep the kids entertained. During our morning tea time, we were treated to the sight of several deer roaming the property—a delightful surprise. Our host was incredibly hospitable, providing numerous amenities in the home that truly enhanced our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This idilic antique home is nested into the beautiful countryside. You would never even notice that there were neighbors because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the quirky house with a unique lay out and lots of extra space. Great shabby chic decore throughout. Kris thought of every detail from a well stocked kitchen, to lots of cool toys for our little ones to play with, and tons of soft, clean, nice smelling linens and towels. Perfect family getaway as we were close enough to town for shops and activities but also far enough away to feel like we escaped the city. We loved our stay, would recommend and will definitely be back again.

I can’t say enough nice things about our host both her and her husband were extremely kind and flexible. I will say I don’t think the pictures actually do this little place justice. I haven’t stayed at too many Airbnb where the owners are right next-door but honestly, I never even felt like they were there. It was such a comfortable spot to be! the front porch was everyone’s favorite. We sat outside with morning, coffee and even in the afternoon with a glass of wine and snacks, very peaceful place to stay private backyard and the cutest upstairs balcony. This place might not be as modern as some other Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at, but it was one of the most comfortable and relaxing. Our family had the best time. The loft area served well for our teenage kids. I would totally stay here again and so would our entire family five stars all the way.

We stayed for 2 months total. I could not have been more pleased with my stay there. Off to Denver now. 🥊

Great house nice location if you are okay with being out of town. wood was ready on the porch everything worked. I'd stay there again.

We had an excellent stay! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire place had a welcoming vibe! The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

The river house was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed exploring the property, spent time on the patio, and enjoyed going up to the lodge for cookies and s'mores in the evening. The host were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to messages. We would definitely return for another stay at the river house or cabin in the future.

Cindy was such a great host - so friendly and pleasant to chat with! She always responded quickly and was flexible with us when it came to figuring out a cleaning schedule during our extended stay. The house was clean, comfortable and presented just as it was described, so our guys could rest easy. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend booking with Cindy if you need accommodations in the area!

Peaceful, private property, far enough away from town for peace and quiet but just a short drive into town. Plenty of space for pup to run
