Ian's home on Raydean is always a great place to stay. The home is always clean, with up to date furnishings. This was the third time I've stayed in this home and each time, I found it to be a pleasurable stay. Ian is a great host, who is easy to work with, quick to respond and ensures your stay is most comfortable. I highly recommend Ian as a host!

Such a cozy inviting perfect little cottage for two couples and one mini. The house is spotless, fully equipped, private and perfectly comfortable. Samantha is incredibly accommodating and kind. Only a quick jaunt to Grants Pass and short trips to beautiful outdoor adventuring. Would definitely return!

Fantastic place to stay in Grants Pass in a wonderful neighborhood. We had six adults and three kids and had plenty of room. The house has excellent amenities and the level of response and response time to our questions and concerns was top-notch, including a groceries delivery and quick instructions for a late-night propane tank replacement. Can't say enough positive and this will definitely be 1st on the list to try to stay at next time.

Just what we needed! The location was perfect - close enough to the high school for our event, and easy access to the interstate and downtown. Gloria was also very responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Provided a “home” feeling, free of the stress of everyday obstacles. Tyler was a very responsive host and allowed for early check-in which helped a lot. Beautiful neighborhood, relaxing backyard with a fire pit for our family to sit around and celebrate and show appreciation for a great dad, very clean well kept house which allowed us to just relax the moment we stepped inside. Would absolutely book here again ❤️

Just needed an overnight stay and this met all of my needs. The house looked exactly as pictured, but I was pleasantly surprised by the river view/access in the back with a beautiful grassy area. I will for sure check for the availability here if I came back in the future!

Quiet and peaceful. I stayed for 3+ months as a traveler and was about 15 minute easy commute to work. Thanks again Melanie and Bob! I may be back next September.

What an amazing place to stay for a little get away! The host, Denise was so accommodating and caring. The place was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the porch was breathtaking! I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Kirk’s place for Christmas and it was just perfect! The studio was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Fireplace was on for us and we were able to enjoy the amazing hot tub that night. We had a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two beds were beautiful and so comfy! Not your typical hotel style beds but instead soft and luxurious with thick comfy comforter. Shower had a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is also very quiet and the river access was just lovely. Very kind hosts and super accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The overall stay was comfortable and private. While a few issues arose, it was still a pleasant experience.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and recently updated with nice appliances and washer and dryer. The host runs a tight ship, was responsive, and helped me retrieve a left behind item. The bedroom shares a wall with the apartment next door. The neighbors were quiet and went to bed at a reasonable hour. We enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the host.

This is a great spot. Joy was fantastic! Very accommodating even with me being stuck cause of car issues. I mentioned something about the neighbors dog. She immediately took care of it. The guy next door was super nice also even apologized when he saw me doing laundry. The place is a bit smaller than I expected but efficient and very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people! Really nice neighborhood. Very safe feeling and quiet with a cute park across the street. It was a little more then I like to pay but I also booked at like 9pm for that night and she was very kind and easy to work with so id say it’s worth it

This is my second time staying at Keeli’s place and it was as clean and cozy as the first time. On a quiet street but very close to the heart of grant’s pass.
