We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is centrally located and thoroughly stocked with just about everything you could need or want. The layout is ideal for families with children (our 9-year-old claimed the entire top floor lol). The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after time with family and walking around town. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful space with me. The home was relaxing with all the amenities that I would need. The property is beautiful with wonderful hikes by the river and creeks. Farrah and her family were very responsive to my requests and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay while exploring the area.

Teresa was an angel - she was welcoming and kind. Her place was absolutely gorgeous with the best views and the sweetest dogs. Probably one of the best and coziest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be back again.

I loved this home. Comfy, cozy, perfect size for two. Beautiful counter tops, and comfy furniture. I loved the location, close to Safeway and a yummy bakery called heavenly sweets. Super close to downtown. The backward was nice because it was gated and you could park inside. Beautiful table with vine plants climbing over the arbor, which was pretty to look at; I imagine the flowers will be pretty when they bloom in a few weeks. The bed and pillows were so fricken comfy!!! Will definitely stay again.

Justin’s property served very well as a central location for our pseudo family reunion with people coming from Oregon and Northern California. Plenty of parking and fenced in yard for dogs to enjoy outdoors. Interior space is nice and open for accommodating folks in kitchen cooking, at dining room table, and living room while bedrooms are roomy and private with comfortable beds. Plus the foosball table provided us with epic matches inside while it was rainy and wet outside! Will keep in mind for future gatherings as it is good launching point for exploring Grants Pass, hiking along wild and scenic Rogue River, and Seven Feathers Casino for added entertainment and fun. Very nice guesthouse in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Well appointed two bedroom guesthouse made us feel right at home. Really a big plus was the well stocked K-cup selection of coffees. Don and Zee were very helpful and proactive in meeting our needs. We will surely book our next stay with Don and Zee.

Wonderful and cozy place. Sarah and team went above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations!

My stay included a big snow storm which made the back “yard” even more beautiful. I can’t imagine a better place to stay or a better host. Everything is outstanding and the kitchen is very well stocked if you enjoy cooking. Thank you, Colton.

This place was totally the right place to stay! Cyndi was so nice I loved getting to meet her and her two boy kitty’s. The view from the back is amazing over the river and the shower is big and comfortable! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in in years!
