When I checked in at night, it was dark, so it was hard to find the accommodation. But it was easy to find because I followed the exact instructions of the host. The accommodation is so clean and pretty. It was best to take a warm bath and look at the stars. I want to visit again. This place is the best!! 😊

Desert Paradise – A Perfect Family Getaway! Our stay at this desert Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings, stunning views, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mornings were spent sipping coffee by the pool while watching the sunrise over the desert, and evenings were magical with star-filled skies and a cozy fire pit. We loved exploring the nearby trails and taking in the breathtaking scenery, but just as much, we enjoyed unwinding at the house—whether it was lounging in the hammocks, reading a good book, or just soaking in the tranquility. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation for our family. Lisa was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the desert, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back!

This place provided much needed solace, community, and beauty when we needed it most. Nathan is a truly caring person and host. We are so grateful we were able to stay in this beautiful spot.

Honestly, probably the best and coolest place you could get for the money. Magical sunrises and sunsets, super peaceful and would visit again 1000%.

Overall very relaxing and pristine location, super comfortable hot tub and the sling-hammocks were amazing in the afternoon! Kitchen had a Brita and the living rooms/bedrooms/bathrooms were outfitted well. master bathroom is amazing with a double shower and soaking tub. Couple of slightly not-obvious things to note: - Driveway is extremely steep and has an angled edge at the top. If you have a low-clearance vehicle you may bottom out. - Pet-friendly but the backyard fence has sizable gaps under which animals could easily get out. - Neighborhood is pleasant, neighbors are pretty nearby/hence quiet hours at 10pm. There's a left turn with limited visibility across a highway to get out of the neighborhood - exercise caution! - responsive host and generally unattended (couple cameras above driveway), quite a few particular house rules (like asking for extra money for pet fees, no shoes allowed in the house, etc)

We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at the Luxury Oasis in Yucca Valley! Sunnie and Miki were incredible hosts, and we appreciate their great communication from booking to departure. The house and location were a dream. We loved the minimalist design, but it was also so well equipped - we had everything we needed for our stay, and more. We loved that all three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, and the towel warmers were a nice touch, especially with the cool weather over our stay. We heated the pool and spa for our stay which was amazing, and loved that the pool is salt water. The view from the backyard was truly incredible, and being able to walk right out into the desert is such a treat. It is such a special location, and it was so hard to leave. We highly recommend a stay at the Luxury Oasis and look forward to our next visit!

Theodore’s place in the desert was a real gem. We loved the decor, the spaciousness of it, and the proximity to the north entrance to Joshua Tree park. We could tell that for the hosts this house is a real labor of love. We would love to come back here.

This place was amazing. The location 5 minutes from Joshua Tree national park was superb. The attention to detail in putting this place together was insane. Such a nice place with amazing amenities. Communication was great, too. Would stay here every time I’m in Joshua tree.

What an amazing house and host. This place is everything you see in the pictures and then some. We had a number of questions prior to check in and Fieldtrip was incredibly responsive, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. From the moment you walk into this stunning and spotless house, you know you are in for a wonderful stay. It is quiet, peaceful, and just has that “wow” factor. The only complaint is that we paid a significant daily rate for pool heating and it was still pretty chilly….maybe a few degrees more than if it wasn’t heated, but I thought we’d have been able to swim at night for that cost. However, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and we will always look first to book with Fieldtrip before anyone else.

My 9 friends and I had a wonderful time. Alisa and Fred are awesome hosts, and their place is awesome! We definitely want to come back.

Great stay! Definitely needed to pay the extra fee for the hot tub heating because it’s sooo cold otherwise! Beautiful and remote. We saw lots of wildlife like bunnies and coyotes!

When our original AirBnB fell through last minute, Sean was able to accommodate us with a same-day check in. He absolutely saved our carefully planned vacation that we were looking forward to for over 6 months. We had a large party of 12 and we all loved the indoor/outdoor communal space, heated pool, hot tub, and less than 5 min drive proximity to the Joshua Tree Twenty-One Palms entrance. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

House is just as described, clean, beautiful and spacious for everyone. Really enjoyed the court yard, having access to the garage was a plus. We cooked each night and it had everything you need to do so. I would definitely stay here again.

There is something magical about the Hi Desert and the same is true of this property. If you're looking for peace, quiet, stargazing, epic sunsets and epic sunrises - this is the place. It is secluded, but mere minutes from grocery stores and Twenty Nine Palms amenities. The property is set up perfectly for desert life with an amazing set of glass doors that overlook a breath-taking view of the mountains, hot tub, cowboy pool and a completely fenced property perfect for letting you pup roam. You won't lack for anything. Great kitchen, great hot water, heating and cooling in the home work perfectly. And the hosts are extremely responsive and are good folks. Highly recommend.

This house was so amazing. The location was peaceful and safe. The tub and pool are really nice. Super great for families. Not a bad drive to the park and was nice to be out away from the hustle of town and park entrances. The kitchen was on point. Everything you need to make full meals. I can’t wait to come back

We enjoyed our stay here! Hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly, house was spacious and clean, and location was great and felt remote! Close enough to 29palms and JT National Park to plan fun outings but the western themed decor outside the house was also so cute and fun our 8y/o really enjoyed exploring just outside the house as well. I would recommend this stay!

Beautiful place on a quiet location. It’s located near Joshua Tree National Park West entrance which makes visiting the park a breeze. The place is well equipped with lots of amenities. The host even provides nice, soft bathrobes for everyone in our party. It’s a nice place to sit back and relax, inside or outside. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Joshua Tree!

The house was just as described. Comfortable and clean and quiet. It was the perfect base for our family of four adults and two children for the long weekend. I would recommend Sam’s place.

The house was amazing, I really enjoyed everything the place had to offer, our hosts were very responsive and always checked up on us and answered whenever we needed something, the place was very cozy and they definitely went above and beyond in making our stay very comfortable. Would definitely like booking with Skip and Monica again in the future in any of their homes.

We have stayed often in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley but this was our first time in 29 Palms. This house was in a perfect location and was accurately described. Actually it felt a lot more spacious than it looked. It’s closer to the north entrance, which was lot less crowded and gave us easy access to the park. The weather didn’t cooperate but everyone had fun and was very comfortable in the space. Katie the host was one of if not the best we’ve worked with on these platforms. She was attentive, kind, and very responsive. Definitely recommend!
