Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Leticia is a very easy going and understanding host, I especially appreciated how flexible she was around check in / outs. The place is located in the best neighborhood of the city, making it very easy to discover different parts by foot. Amazing restaurants and cafe options within a stonethrow away.

I cannot recommend Nando as a host highly enough. I actually booked a different apartment with him and then needed to extend my stay into a day that unit was booked. He was super responsive and helped switch my booking over to this unit that could cover my full stay. Beyond even that, Nando provided a ton of helpful recommendations and was very flexible for a late night check-in. I would 100% book with Nando again!

es un alojamiento que tiene una excelente ubicación, tiene de frente la vista del parque de la alameda, aun costado el palacio de bellas artes, avenida Juárez, céntrico , barrio chino, zócalo entre otros lugares. todo bello en las mañanas y mejor en la noche.

Great loft in historical building. Great restaurant in the building. Love the Roma area. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, efficient and well situated. Gaby and Jaime’s home was a great base during our week long stay in Mexico City. There’s plenty to do in the area and the property is very secured.

Comodo, agradable y tranquilo

Matilde is a great hostess, very friendly, communicated well in English, greeted us when we arrived at night. The place was clean, comfortable and walkable to the main street. I highly recommend staying in this studio, relaxing on the hammock. If you have sensitive hearing, bring your air plugs. looking forward to another trip to Mexico to city and staying in this comfortable studio.

Fuimos de viaje de puente a CDMX y el lugar fue genial porque todo nos quedó cerca. El departamento tiene todo funcional, limpio, cómodo y las personas que cuidan en el lobby, siempre están atentas, amables y de buen humor. La comunicación con los dueños siempre fue muy rápida. Los recomendaremos con nuestros familiares. :)

We had a wonderful experience with Igor. You can’t beat the location of this unit. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back if we vacation in Mexico City again. The park across the street and walking path were an added bonus. We had a great experience. Thank you Igor for your hospitality.

Juanjo's apartment is located in a very convenient location, and is within a 10-25min walk from some of the most well known AND underrated restaurants in Roma Norte / Condesa. There were a handful of coffee shops, convenience stores, and pharmacies within a 5 min walk, and the neighborhood's quite safe too. In the apartment, there's no central-air conditioning (there is a standing oscillating fan) but fortunately the apartment doesn't face the sun, so it didn't get hot for me in the late-Spring. Everything was spotless and there were a lot of pots/pans/dishes for cooking in the condo, so it's quite perfect for a medium-term stay as well. I was hesitant to book this apartment given other reviews about street noise, but this didn't end up being an issue for me as a light sleeper (although I did wear earplugs anyway).

Laura’s apartment was perfect for our needs and we especially loved having in-unit laundry. We found it easy enough to check in with security to access the building, and the location was perfect, with tons of restaurants and shops to explore nearby. There is also an Oxxo and a Walmart within a few blocks to stock up on snacks and other essentials. We found the bed and pillows comfortable, and enjoyed having a fan to bring in some cool air on warm evenings. The only note I would make is that the bathroom doesn’t have great ventilation, so it’s necessary to leave the fan on for a bit after showering or it can feel a bit musty and as someone else mentioned, the shower floor is made of wood slats which do show some age - but the apartment feels very clean otherwise. Overall we had a lovely time and would gladly stay here again.

Súper limpia todo muy céntrico muy bonito

An amazing loft, in an amazing location! If you’re wanting a spot in the heart of great shops, restaurants, and bars - this is it! It’s also super walkable to other great neighborhoods or a quick uber to some of CDMX’s top tourist destinations. The place was well laid out and very comfortable for our week long stay. Wouldn’t hesitate rebooking with Rosario - she was friendly and very responsive to any question that we had.

El lugar esta muy bien, esta muy limpio y comodo. La cama es muy comoda. La cocina tiene lo necesario para poder hacer un desayuno o cena. La atención de todo el personal es muy buena

Excelente locación, cerca de la Puerta 6 a la entrada del Estadio GNP. Lugar limpio, de fácil acceso y buena comunicación con el anfitrión

Durante la estancia necesitábamos ir al super o algún detalle en la noche, y cerca del departamento, a media cuadra, está un oxxo 24 horas y un super en parque delta. el metro y metro bus está muy cerca igual. Estamos cerca del viaducto y en el departamento nunca tuvimos molestias de ruido a mitad de la madrugada. Un detalle muy lindo es cuando usamos la alexa qué está disponible en el loft, pusimos jazz en la mañana mientras nos alistabamos para salir y eso fue muy agradable.

Un hermoso lugar, que al entrar desaparece todo el ruido del exterior. El lugar muy limpio y un perfecto espacio para alojarse, al igual que una excelente atención

Todo excelente, me aloje para un concierto y de verdad estaba accesible el metro y metro bus, me volvería a quedar ahí :)

I enjoyed the accommodation immensely. Carlos was quick to respond, friendly and shows great hospitality. Even though I only had a short stay, he gave me a clear and thorough tour of the room. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the location is safe and easily accessible to the city center via public transportation. Thank you Carlos for having me!

El lugar es muy bonito, la colonia parece muy tranquila. Se ve que había más turistas por ahi pero aún así conserva la tranquilidad de un barrio común, los vecinos son amables y hay varias tiendas cerca. No hace falta caminar mucho para tener acceso a comida y transporte. Silvia fué muy amable y nos recomendó lugares para comer, siempre fué accesible con el check-in y estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestra comodidad.
