We had such a wonderful time enjoying Cather estates! The home had everything that we needed and Naomi was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay over spring break. Our favorite part was the large and beautifully landscaped front and back yard. My little boys could safely play for hours. We also loved using the grill and fire pit. The close proximity to safari park and Lego land was also a bonus. I highly recommend this home.

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had a great stay at Aya and Fred's place! The house was very quaint and very spacious for our family of 4. The location was very central which was great as we were coming from Legoland and spent time in La Jolla and went further down to downtown San Diego as well. We really appreciate our hosts who went the extra mile to make the house more toddler friendly (including a portable high chair, building block table, etc). We did have a minor issue with the power not working when we first arrived but this was very quickly remedied and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to book here again the next time we're in SD!

The pool and pool house apartment were great. The pool table was a hit with the kids. Lots of room to spread out and relax. We were visiting from the east coast and enjoyed family and friends joining us for meals at the house. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and utensils and wine glasses!!! We loved it.

This was a great value for both location and amenities. Light and airy, spotlessly clean, and felt like home. The lovely Zen-themed backyard, with its fountain, pine tree, and mature ferns, was a relaxing retreat between miles of walking through Balboa Park, etc. all day and getting ready to head out for dinner and night spots, all within walking distance. This was one of the most relaxing and welcoming places I've ever stayed in. Luis and Wade were both very helpful, informative, and communicative about checking in and out. I hope to return to this property very soon.

We had an amazing stay at Anthony’s place in University Heights! The location is perfect. Close to great local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Plus, the off-street parking for one car is super convenient. There’s even a huge park next door, which was a nice bonus. The best part for us was that it’s pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog Boba, making the trip complete. Overall, a fantastic experience! Will stay here again for sure.

Hidden find! Absolutely loved my stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Place was fully stocked with anything I might need from a stocked coffee bar, bicycles and beach equipment to toothbrushes and toothpaste in bathroom. I loved it! Unfortunately, we were not able to use the grill or fire place due cold rainy temperatures but that is fine. Robert and Kamen provided clear instructions, did not have any problems everything went smoothly. Affordable price, great location, would stay here again!

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

We can not recommend this place enough! We got this airbnb for our wedding so that the bridesmaids and I could get ready there together. They were so helpful and so accommodating to anything we needed and they were very kind! Kai came and prayed over us the night before our wedding, which meant so much to us! The airbnb looks just like the pictures and is super close to the bay and beach, it was perfect!

I had a good experience, Rozzi and Scott were very friendly and always responded quickly.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Great location, easy parking & self check in, excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Loved the bathtub, fancy fridge (crushed iced with your morning iced coffee!), and cute patio. Our dog also loved having a huge park nearby for nice long walks. Super easy to get to Torrey Pines and La Jolla Cove for some nice beach hikes and exploring, but also conveniently located next to lots of grocery stores, amenities, etc. Would stay again!

Great stay! The outside of the condo was a bit older than expected, but the inside was pristine.

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

We stayed at property for over 2 weeks and loved location!!! Had minor issue with getting TV to work but host sent someone very quickly to resolve. They were polite and very respectful while there! Only “complaint”, if can even call it, was kitchen table was a super cool wine barrel with high chairs. This is as advertised in photos so it wasn’t a surprise! Just we didn’t really think about it when we booked. Would have preferred table to work at but we made it work. There was a table/desk in bedroom but it only had stool that didn’t really work with height of table. Again our mistake not the hosts. Photos are very accurate!!Other than that we loved unit and the area!

Melissa's apartment is in a great location, with access to multiple bus routes and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Sprouts supermarket just a couple of blocks away was ideal for stocking up on essentials and the Seven 11 across the road was very handy. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Melissa was extremely quick to respond to any queries - she was the perfect host. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Tony’s place was perfect for our party of two. The location itself very close to everything, all the sightseeing places were 10-20 minutes drive from the place. I loved our stay. Will definitely stay again if we visited San Diego.

This was a great stay! I would definitely be willing to come back and visit again.
