Perfect location and space! Had lots of amenities needed and will book again in the future.

Place was very nice and worked well for us. Definitely keeping in mind for future visits.

Dominic’s place was great. We did a lot of cooking while here. There was a large variety of cooking utensils and pots/pans. Dominic responded very quickly whenever we had a question. He was very accommodating. The couch and bed were both very comfortable. Compared to other airbnbs, Dominic’s place went above and beyond with the items provided for us to use for cooking and cleaning. He even left snacks for us. The next time we have a trip here, I will definitely look to see if Dominic has any units available.

Kris and Bob’s hilltop apartment was so cute and the views were immaculate! Caught them on their walks a few times and they were very kind. Apartment does have a sky light so no sleeping in around here to miss these wonderful views ;)

My stay here was great! It was very suitable for our needs and it was just as described. Instructions were very clear I would recommend booking here. The amenities were just as described and communication was great! The instructions were very clear and easy to find the lockbox/parking spot/room. We treated it like it was our home. The white noise and air purifier were a nice touch (I have allergies and trouble sleeping)

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We had a great weekend at Marina's place! Everything was as described and Marina and her husband were so friendly, checking in with us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to see in San Diego! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! Nice and clean. Beautiful view of the city from the hot tub nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the welcome sign. That was a nice touch.

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb! Our group of five felt right at home, thanks to all the thoughtful details throughout the house. The space was beautifully designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the rooftop—the breathtaking view made our stay even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay at Miguel’s place for an extended family Spring Break weekend. There was room to hang out downstairs, with ample kitchen and living space. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Miguel was very responsive when we had questions about the house during our stay. He was quick to assist us. The outdoor space was awesome and we were able to enjoy the pool in the San Diego sun. There are a couple of coffee shops and a juice bar that are less than a half mile walk, which was great for our mornings. We went to the beach and zoo, being 20 minutes away from each was convenient. There’s a slightly busier road next to the house, but it didn’t affect us during our stay. Will look to stay here again on our next visit!

Great location, quiet and easy to find. Plenty of space and well furnished, we were also able to check in early. Only note is that it’s connected to another unit and there’s a door with a keypad in the living room - not an issue but something I didn’t realize from the listing. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We travel for work and this home was stunning. The backyard was beautiful and like a resort. Sheela was a great, friendly host also. We would stay here if in the area again. Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

El alojamiento y el servicio de Victoria fueron increíbles, estuvo atenta a mis solicitudes desde un principio. El lugar muy ordenado, súper tranquilo, todo estaba en orden y muy limpio. Que permitieran alojar a nuestras mascotas fue un plus porque a ellas les gustó mucho el lugar. Un plus fue que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde para que las mascotas no sufrieran con el calor. Definitivamente regresaríamos en la siguiente ocasión!

I travel around southern cali for work and I've been staying at this unit on an monthly basis. Shawn's spot in East Village is the only unit that I can actually book in the East Village area. It seems like the other buildings or units only allow 26 days or more in order for you to book. Shawn is accommodating and somehow always manages to to fit me into his unit. He's very responsive and the place is clean. Downtown always had an homeless issue but it seems as if San Diego has cleaned it up due to the new ordinance. Anyways, this place is highly recommended. I'll be booking again in a next month! Thanks Shawn!

Steve was an excellent host. I loved staying here so much I extended my stay 3x. I would have extended it a 4th but it was already booked. I'm moving from Chicago to California and this was the ideal place to stay while I searched for a home. When I have out of town visitors this is the place I am going to recommend. It had a covered parking spot included as well. I felt at home here.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

Great stay in Normal Heights! The unit felt safe, home-y, and comfortable. It had everything I needed. I didn’t have a car but it was 5-10 min walk to 2 bus lines. Within 10 mins walking to a few coffee shops, eateries, bars. The unit is on the 2nd floor and at the front of the complex, which I liked that location also. The host was also very responsive. I’m at a new airbnb now in LA and there’s been a bunch of things missing or off already, which makes me miss Dee’s place! Normal Heights is a little off the main areas of downtown, little italy, balboa park, north park, etc., but it is close enough for easy access, also makes for peaceful stay in a chill neighborhood.

Great place perfect for a family!! Very clean, lovely friendly host, and the staff at the Welk were super nice and gracious. I would stay here again with my family.
