Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Jamila und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Alles war im Apartment wie beschrieben, soweit war auch alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben und konnten das Fitnessstudio im UG nutzen sowie den Strand für die Residences. Die Kommunikation mit Jamila hat sehr sehr gut geklappt, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und war flexibel. Wir haben uns äusserst wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

We stayed in Christopher's apartment for one month, and everything was perfect, starting from the flat itself and the location. We really loved to stay there and hope to come back one more time.

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! I recently stayed and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The décor was charming, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! It looked just like the photos—absolutely stunning. The home was immaculate, well cared for, and had stylish decor that made us feel right at home. My husband and I loved spending time in the pool, relaxing on the sunbeds, and preparing meals in the pristine outdoor kitchen. The master suite was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like a dream! The cohost was extremely kind and informative, giving us a thorough orientation to the property. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The villa is in a fantastic location—only 15 minutes from downtown Dubai, and there are some great restaurants even closer. We also appreciated the gated community, which gave us a real sense of security. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and had fun riding the bikes provided. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Dubai—it’s the perfect home away from home!

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. This is really a true hidden gem. First time in Dubai and we couldn’t be happier! Didn’t try the gym but the pool is fantastic as well! He was super responsive, even when I forgot to let them know that we’d arrive an hour earlier than planned, they sorted out things super quickly. The apartment felt super luxurious and we were blown away when first entering it. Views towards the Burj Khalifa are incredible! Thank you so much for this experience, we’ll come back!

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

Отличные апартаменты . Очень чистые , вся мебель новая . На кухне есть вся я посуда . Все очень понравилось , в следующий свой приезд будем снимать только эти апартаменты .

Nice place where to spend your holidays in Dubai. The apartment is very clean, the traffic on the highway is possible to hear even with all the windows close, but it is not a problem to sleep. Bastien always ready to communicate within few minutes. Really appreciate it

Bhaumik était très réactif et a répondu à nos demandes. L’appartement était beau et propre. Petit bémol sur les ustensiles de cuisine qui était absent. Nous sommes très content de la réservation. Le parking à disposition est très apprécié
