We stayed at Dragonfly for a girls weekend and absolutely loved it! The floorplan is phenomal - nice and open! Lots of fun activities but no clutter. The bedrooms were spacious and phenomenally set up! And the bathrooms are immaculate! We loved the hot tub and swinging in the hammock watching the cardinals and deer! This part of the hill country is gorgeous! We hiked Inks Lake and loved exploring the local wineries, restaurants and shops!

This space was beautiful and peaceful. I felt like I was sitting in a place where artist and writers and storytellers had gathered. The house was so comfortable and inviting. Back Yard Bistro in Pipes Creek had the best chicken fried steaks I've ever tried. The hill behind the home was an excellent adventure for my family. The yard was perfect and sitting in the hot tub with the views was magical. 10 out of 10 on everything. I want to come to this place again.

Enjoyed this place! Great place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Inks Lake State Park without staying inside the park. Hot tub was great after long day of hiking.

Came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This little house is the perfect serene getaway to escape the city life! The beautiful scenery and quiet of the hilltop was the perfect setting to truly connect and cherish every moment with my fiance. Such a cute a special place that provided us with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Katie!

First, cabin was beautiful and so relaxing! We were able to have a little break from our normal routine and enjoy the simple things. Place was super clean and well equipped. With that said, Laura, is a great host and you can see they take care of every detail! You will have beautiful friends come visit! 💗

The house was very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location, sitting on the front porch and watching the deer. There were many nice amenities - including the corn to feed the deer and the treats in the welcome basket. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!

Tamra and her husband Tony were amazing. They were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Not only are they amazing host but they’re the best kind of people.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this cabin, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature. A highlight of our trip was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Had a great time staying with Randy and Michelle! They provided helpful and thorough instructions and the place was the perfect getaway for 2! It was in a quiet and peaceful location that offered the privacy we were looking for while still being in a great location to visit Fredericksburg!

Cozy cabin. Worked just fine for our family. Very reasonably priced for the area. Host even set us up with the coffee and creamer we preferred! Excellent communication with the host.

The place was just as advertised. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, deer, rabbit, armadillo, turkey and at least +15 other bird species. My only regret is not having the time to take advantage of the opportunity to explore and learn more about the ranch. It is worth another trip back.

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

Liked it so well last year, we stayed this year. Some maintenance issues found but communicated them and should be resolved by the next person’s stay.

Highly recommend this Airbnb. Such a cozy cabin, enjoyed sitting on rocking chair on porch, seeing deer all around, grilling out, Jacob set my dog up w crate, water bowl, and long leash. It was very peaceful, great to experience Mother Nature, and Jacob was such an amazing host and great guy.

This little cabin was a great surprise. Came here for a few days for my girlfriend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we immediately knew that pictures hadn’t done the place justice. It was a lot more manicured in person and had a awesome view of the river. We drank coffee on the porch every day and bird watched/deer watched every morning and night. The bed was comfortable and the couch was just enough space to cozy up and watch a movie on the TV. Our dog is great off leash, and with supervision he had the time of his life down by the river. Bandera was an awesome town, and again, we were pleasantly surprised by all they had to offer. We are excited to go back and spend more time in the town of Bandera. The stay overall was basically five star, but here a few things to know: The road to get to town is windy and hilly and dangerous at night so be careful. Bring your own steak knives. You’ll have to space your showers out at least an hour apart or be prepared to shower in cold water. Thanks!!

It is safe to say that our family has made Callie's cabin our favorite retreat. Just 20-minutes from our home in San Antonio, when we stay here we feel like we are completely alone with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We love that the cabin is always amazingly clean and well-maintained, yet we love that it feels older and is very rustic! Callie is always super communicative and extremely prompt in replying to any question or request. I probably ought to stop writing these reviews because we hope the calendar will never be too full ;-) as you can bet we'll keep coming back!

Wonderful experience. Perfect peaceful place for a gettaway! Kelli was awesome and so responsive. A storm came through and we lost power for a bit during the stay (which obviously was out of their control), and they even drove out to check on us and keep us updated about the electricity being restored! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you!!!

I can't say enough great things about Micky and Vicky. They were awesome from start to finish. The day before our stay we found out that the original cabin that we booked had been accidentally double booked. We had originally booked a two bedroom cabin for my wife and I and another couple. Micky and Vicky called us and said that, due to the double booking, they were going to put us in two other cabins. One for my wife and I and one for the other couple. When we arrived and saw that those two cabins were too small for us we called Micky and Vicky. Understanding our problem the quickly offered to trade with us. Micky and Vicky would stay in the small cabin, and they allowed us and our friends to stay in their private 3 bedroom residence. That's right. They allowed us to stay in their own private residence while they loaded up their animals and personal belongings to move to the small cabin during our entire stay. How's that for customer service. They were absolutely the best hosts ever.

Litzy was extremely flexible and responsive to all my questions and requests. I asked for flowers and candy to be waiting and she fulfilled my personal request in grand fashion. Litzy allowed us to check in early and leave late which made our stay easy going. The space is generous for a couples getaway and having a firepit to light up was a perfect way to end the night. I only wish our G unit had it's own firepit in the front. We certainly will be returning on our next adventure to Fredericksburg.

Really enjoyed our stay. My Dad lives right around the corner and this is such a convenient place for us. This is our 2nd time staying in one of the Suite Shed Cabins and are exactly as described. This time we stayed in the “The Loft Cabin”, so cute. Thank you Beau for arranging to get us more towels!! Quick response time!!! Very reasonable rental price!! Thank you, Lynn and Richard.

We loved our stay at the cabin. Nancy and Charles were friendly and gracious - going out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Nancy made great suggestions for our day in Fredericksburg. She even made reservations for us at one of her favorite restaurants. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. If we are back to the area we would love another stay.

Wer die Natur liebt ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Wir haben uns aufgrund des Grundstücks und der Sauberkeit äußerst wohl gefühlt und wären gerne etwas länger geblieben. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Tipp (Mac&Ernies), bestes Restaurant. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland
