I would recommend. The owner being very supportive during the check-in process also invited people to take our luggage for us. Rooms are clean and I would say a great experience overall. Great location though not on the main road but you got monkeys, lake view and tranquility. Walkable distance to great restaurants.

Chathura is a very friendly and helpful guy! The Villa is great, simple and clean. Location is a little walking distance, but for that reason perfectly quite. Every night the Garden was packed with fire flies - magical! We went on a tour to the cinamon garden at his parents House and had great and private conversation about life. Thank you very much for everything!! :)

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Sri Lanka with a group of six, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The villa is located right on the beach, which made for stunning views and peaceful vibes. However, one thing to note is that the sea was too rough for swimming during our stay due to strong waves. So while the beach setting was beautiful, we mostly stuck to the pool for swimming. That said, everything else was excellent, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing getaway in Sri Lanka!

It was a pleasure to stay here. We had everything we needed. Nihal helped a lot: with transfers, sightseeing, food, house, etc. We didn't have any problems. He's a great host! I highly recommend it!

It was fantastic stay! We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets 🥰 Garden was so beautiful! We love when there are a lot of light in the house and that's the right option. The host was so nice and kind! We adore our dinner and his caring in general. Place is really quiet and cozy. We slept so well. We found breathtaking beach near the house. No crowds and worries at all! Only small turtles and blue waves. We also recommend "Kat's coffee" place, great food and drinks, worth visiting. Our first experience in Sri Lanka was amazing because of this house!

Mango house was just perfect for our stay in Unawatuna. We felt very welcome from the beginning. The team was amazing and made our stay very special. Manoj was very good with communication and answered our questions/requests asap. The villa was very spacious, airy and very well maintained. We enjoyed our morning coffees in the upper veranda and breakfast was excellent with variable menu. I would also recommend to order lunch from the team; it was an unique experience. Beds were comfortable and nice showers with plenty of hot water. The location is a bit uphill, but nothing we couldn't manage. I would love stay here again some day.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and I am very picky when it comes to finding the right place. Honestly, after our stay, I feel a bit sad… because I know it will be impossible to top this experience! We had an absolutely dreamlike stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb. From the very first moment, we felt like we were staying with friends – Bianca, Dasun and Dinu were incredibly warm, attentive, and took care of everything around the clock. Not only did they drive us around Weligama and Mirissa, but they also shared great local tips and made sure we experienced the real Sri Lanka. Early check-in was no problem at all for them, and throughout our stay, they thought of every little detail. The house itself is perfect – clean, comfortable, and with a breathtaking location right by the ocean. We can only highly recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat! 5 out of 5 stars aren’t enough! Thank you for a heart full of memories and beautiful moments from this unforgettable time

Мы провели здесь месяц – это почти идеальное место! Интернет идеальный для работы, в т.ч. с видеозвонками. Удобная кровать с новым матрасом. Ванная комната – восторг! Туалет и душ отделены друг от друга, а горячая вода – это действительно горячая вода в безлимитном количестве и с великолепным напором. На кухне есть все, кроме турки для приготовления кофе, но это мелочь. С собаками мы подружились и часто играли. Они действительно лают, но только когда кто-то приходит, что в нашем случае происходило очень редко. Хозяева – прекрасные люди, общаться по всем вопросам было легко и приятно. Между нашими и соседними апартаментами нет шумоизоляции за счет тонкой двери в смежной стене. Мы сняли и эти апартаменты тоже и использовали их как отдельный рабочий кабинет. Когда на виллу кто-то приезжает, слышно абсолютно все, что происходит на улице в любое время суток. В любом случае моя оценка 10 из 10, потому что все перечисленные плюсы с лихвой компенсируют несущественные недостатки. Спасибо!

Es war alles super! Eine richtig tolle, moderne Wohnung. Wir haben die letzten Tage unserer Reise eigentlich nur am Pool verbracht und sind nur zum Essen rausgegangen. Alles auch wirklich sehr sauber. Das einzige zur Lage ist, dass die Wohnung zwischen Gleisen und ner Straße liegt. Es ist also laut. Das war uns nicht bewusst. Man gewöhnt sich aber immer an alles. Würden wiederkommen!

Merveilleux séjour en famille !! La villa est exceptionnelle, la situation est parfaite, a proximité de restaurants et dans le quartier résidentiel de Mahdia a Mirissa ( a mon avis, le meilleur endroit pour séjourner). La présence d'Indika durant le séjour rend le séjour mémorable. extrêmement gentil, attentionné et discret il lui tient a cœur que les voyageurs puissent passer un séjour d'exception. Grâce a ces conseils et son aide durant le séjour nous avons pu nous relaxer et profiter au maximum de nos vacances en famille. Merci encore Indika !! Bella et Gaston les deux chiens de la maison sont également très discrets et sympathiques. Bref, Tout était parfait

Es war wunderschön, noch viel besser als beschrieben! Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft im makellosem Zustand und wir wurden sehr freundlich durch Sunethra und Pamoda empfangen, die sich jederzeit um alles kümmern und viele Tipps geben können. Die Villa entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Es gibt einen 24 Stunden Security-Service der das Grundstück und die Einfahrt bewacht. Dadurch ist die Privatsphäre leider nicht zu 100% gegeben. Die Villa liegt schön ruhig in einer Wohngegend, direkt am Meer, ist aber nur ein paar Tuk-Tuk Minuten von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (inklusive Wine Store) und allem was man braucht entfernt. Wir hatten eine wirkliche traumhafte Zeit in der Villa und haben jede Sekunde mehr als genossen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles... Leider wird momentan gegenüber wohl ein Hotel errichtet.

Breakfast with a view of the wild ocean, where you can have a great time and forget all your worries. The villa offers all food at any time, but you can buy food about 50 meters away in the market and leave it to the wonderful host and his team, who will arrange literally everything you ask for. So an ideal choice for a group of friends. It is a little more expensive, but if it can be taken that way because everything here is at prices that are still more than good. If you are planning a trip, the prices are very similar everywhere and here they will arrange any trip you can think of at prices like anywhere else in the area. We had a lovely 4 night stay at the end of our Sri Lanka trip in Hikkaduwa. We have 3 kids and they loved the pool after going surfing. Everything in in walking distance. The kids loved the trains going past. Kumari is an absolutely gorgeous person. She met us at check in and straight away we left at home. Thank you

The Blue Peacock Beach is everything you could wish for! From the first moment you arrive you feel at home, both in relation to the property but also the warm welcome from Chandana and Sumita. The villa itself takes your breath away. The beautiful building itself, the quiet location on the beach, the verendah area to relax and hear the waves in the background, to the rest of the villa which is kept really clean across all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The villa simply feels like a home away from home. The real asset of the stay for me and my family was Chandana’s support during our stay. From the amazing food, to general advice on the area - he is truly a gem and makes you really feel like you have known him for years. The White Sand Villa stay will be the highlight of my Trip to Sri Lanka. The Villa was Fantastic with a Pool and just a Few Steps from the white Sand and your the Prive Indian Ocean Lagoon. the Staff was just so Nice took care of all our requests. The Chef just made best food what we wanted. I will recommend this Villa to anyone. Nirasha was Fantastic host.

Some of the reviews here made me second guess my booking, but you can't always rely on what you read. That said I LOVED my stay here, it was heaven on earth literally ON the beach. I am traveling through SL solo and this place was a dream, Ravi was so helpful and accommodating, he and I got along very well, (yes he is a bit rough around the edges) but you can't always judge a book by its cover. Ravi went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. Erich was amazing as well, his communicaiton was excellent, very responsive. Points: Make sure you discuss price upfront before anything. My only complaint is that Ravi had a bag of laundry done for me and the next day charged me $40 USD!!!! I was floored. I had two bags of laundry done a few days later for $6.50 USD wishing you both all the success ( I have already told 3 people to book with you when they get down South) I hope they do!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Bryans Bungalow. Rani und Lanka waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns bei Fragen geholfen. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral genug, um alles in Mirissa zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

We had a wonderful family stay at the villa which was made all the more enjoyable by the excellent care and service provided by the villa staff especially Mervin. Would love to come back.

We have just got home after our trip to the Tropical Beach House in Hikkaduwa. What a totally lovely time away. Great communication with Gavin prior to the visit and out in touch with Darmith (house keeper) and taxi transport for arrival. We arrived at 2am to be met by Darmith and Saji (security) and felt at home straight away. Darmith had collected fridge essentials before we arrived so we were set up for the following morning. The house and gardens are lovely, the sound of the ocean 24/7 is just perfect and the house was spotlessly clean with good facilities. Sangrita helped to provide us with Sri Lankan breakfast foods, loved the Dahl curry and the hoppers but also gave us an awesome Brit breakfast of eggs and bacon! Chandra was on hand at night to cook a bbq which was tasty and varied. We used Tuk tuks to get out and about during our stay which were easy to find. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Lots of local bars and eateries along the beach or further into Hikkaduwa.

We had an amazing week at David’s villa and cannot recommend it enough!! From the start until the end, everything was perfect! Madhu made us feel at home and not wanting to ever leave: from the home-cooked delicious meals, to groceries shopping and best recommendations on everything - he really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We loved the location with direct access to the surf spot (advance level only) from the backyard and made so many memories as a family in the villa. We are definitely coming back!
