Wow, it’s been a while since we’ve taken a family get away but this was the perfect place, perfect host. Wasn’t sure what to expect but that uncertainty was gone upon arrival. I loved that the town isn’t far and the lake. The drive there from San Francisco was really easy even under the snowy weather, few curves but mostly straight road there so I felt safe. My kids are already asking when we can go back, it was an amazing weekend, I can’t wait to visit again. Saw a bald eagle land on the property as well that’s an experience I never knew I needed. 10/10 definitely will plan another trip, only complaint I heard was that the trip was too short.

We had a great stay continuing our annual tradition of heading towards Lassen for our mid-winter break. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The house was nice and cozy and warm. Was nice to have individual units to heat each room, especially since we all felt comfortable at different temperatures. Fun start with great proximity to Lassen Volcanic NP and Eskimo hill for winter fun.

This home is amazing! I’ve stayed here with my co workers for two weeks and the rooms are all fantastic. The kitchen has tons of room for whoever and comes with just about everything you can forget. The deck is arguably my favorite part, it’s stays shaded and the hot tub surrounded by pines is super relaxing. Meghann was super proactive with everything and made our stay here one of the best we’ve experienced in the area. 10/10 we wish we were going back next week.

Great cabin! The host made sure to start a fire and turn on the hot tub before we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. We had great walks around the property with our dogs. Definitely a great space!

This was a great place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and the location was really nice right on the golf course. Also, the lake is across the street which makes for a great view when going on walks. There is a day use area just down the road, as well as a playground. The house is full stocked with anything we needed, including the essentials for a trip with our kids/baby. We’d love to return and would definitely recommend.

This Property was the perfect getaway for our family. It was exactly as described if not even better. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, peaceful, well stocked, and PERFECT for any family. I almost felt guilty for not bringing more people so they could enjoy it too. Highlights for our Teens and 10 year old was, the hot tub, the foosball table and the loft area above the game room. Highlights for me was the well stocked kitchen, the wood stove (plenty of wood), and the entire layout of the house perfect for a family. Highlights for my Husband, fenced yard for the dogs with a view, made bringing them along so nice! Nice TV that we barely turned on because we enjoyed the family time so much. FAST internet… we had probably 10 devices on at any given time and it didn’t slow down at all. I also could not of been more impressed with communication Before the trip and During. I got a response generally within 5-10 minutes, day or night. No matter the question. Can’t wait to stay again.

This place was absolutely beautiful, It had everything you need. Most of the day we were out exploring the waterfalls and hikes in the area but got to relax in the evenings. I will definitely recommend if you’re trying to get away if your busy life and relax.

My husband and I stayed here as part of my 50th birthday trip to National Parks which included Lassen Volcanic National Park. The cabin was very close to the park which was nice after a long day of hiking. The wood burning stove was cozy. The neighborhood was peaceful. I will stay here again if I visit Lassen Volcanic Park again!

This is definitely a perfect getaway! I was roadtriping and stopped by Shingletown. Candess’s farm is huge and very beautiful. It’s for sure a wonderful place to have friends gathering, bbq, pool, animals, and all the natural beauty! The cabin is super super cute I literally screamed out when I stepped in, it’s exactly what you would imagine in the tales. Only thing was it didn’t have any service and I happened to get some work to do, and they kindly invited me to use the guest room which has internet. The night was amazing!

This cabin style home was such a perfect retreat for me and my family to gather and have such an unforgettable weekend! Ron was very responsive to any questions I had and the home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! I will definitely be coming back in the future to stay again. 5 stars ⭐️ !!

We came to celebrate my sisters 60th with just a few girls. It was such a charming cabin. It was comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. The area is adorable plus close to some of the local attractions. We took a day trip to Burney Falls and it only took us 45 minutes to get there. The house was cozy and clean and was so well laid out that everyone felt they had their own space. WE will definitely visit Erica's house again.

I happened to be there when they were having the heaviest snowfall of the year and a couple of storms came through the area. Glenda made sure the walkway and driveway were cleared. The cabin had all the necessities: bathroom supplies, kitchen utensils for food prep and cooking, eating dishes and utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, TV, comfortable bed (and warm), and of course coffee. With the bad weather, parking the car in a carport was a real plus. No frost on the windows and no snow to remove. My schedule, as well as the weather, didn't allow for me to take advantage of exploring the area. There appeared to be a variety of restaurants and the grocery store was well stocked. A nice stream flows near the cabin. The cabin is not on the main highway so there is no road noise. The yard is fenced with a gate and looked like a nice place to hang out in the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our churches ladies retreat! This house is very roomy with a beautiful view. We loved the huge dining room table. This house was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

Beautiful and cozy accommodation - Daniel’s Cabin was even better in person than in the photos. He also provided helpful instructions in warming up the place, and this helped a ton when it was really cold outside and we were able to keep warm during the stay. Definitely will be returning when we are back in this area!

This is a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and peaceful and Aaron and family are gracious and communicative hosts. I can’t wait to stay again when I visit next!

What can I say? It’s a beautiful place. My family loved it and we are already discussing going back. It is close to Lassen Volcanic National Park and the Subway Cave Lava Tubes. Rebecka was great and very accommodating host. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s cabin! The space was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having AC units throughout the home since it was warm at night. The griddle and outdoor space was perfect for dinners. We’d love to come back!

We were two families with 3 kids. The hosts are super friendly and communicative. L2 charger was an added advantage here for which we paid an extra $40 for the stay. Everything is as described in the listing. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay.

The cabin was amazing!!! The view spectacular!!! Loved everything about it! We were in the area for a wedding. While putting things away I discovered that I forgot my dress!!!! I called Tiffany to ask were to go shopping for one, she offered to let me borrow one of hers!!! How incredibly sweet! I ended up wearing black slacks and a nice top that I had as I couldn't find anything in Quincy. I was way more comfortable!!! Turned out better for me :) Love how the hall bath has access from the bedroom. Perfect place for two couples! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Tiffany!!!!!!
