I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s Place, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and the overall comfort provided. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations, from the cozy accommodations to the excellent amenities. I would highly recommend Xavier’s Place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

The Host Felipe was a great guy, and was very responsive to all my questions, and needs! The condo was great and in a good location. My stay was wonderful, and I highly suggest the property to anyone looking for a great place to rent. I stayed in the condo for 3 months and was totally satisfied! If I return to the Delray Beach area, I will stay at the condo again! I give this property a 5* rating!

The apartment is clean, fresh, lovely, and located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood near an active public park that has a fitness trail. The bed is soft and the fold-out couch is firm; both were comfortable. It has a clean shower, plenty of towels and other supplies, a well-equipped kitchen, really good AC, and wifi. It is right around the corner from the convention center, within walking distance of PBA university, and less than three miles from the public beach. Although it might be too cozy for a large group, it was super comfortable for three adults. Instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in and check-out. It is on the second floor, so there is one set of stairs to walk up. We felt like we were coming home each evening, we slept well, and enjoyed our stay. We definitely hope to stay there the next time in West Palm Beach!

A wonderful stay!! We just had an absolute blast staying in Delray Beach. The adorable retro apartment couldn’t be better located to easily hop onto the beach, or walk to restaurants and nightlife. We spent nearly every morning catching the beautiful sunrise over the water with a delicious coffee from Pura Vida. As noted in similar reviews, you can often hear people in the surrounding units, so something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. But all the other guests were extremely courteous and stuck to the quiet hours outlined by the host, so we didn’t find it an issue at all. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation!

James' place was as described. Compared to the cost of motels in the area, this was a great option for my short business stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. The unit is located on a dead-end street which pretty much eliminates traffic noise. There are some large, nice homes on this street. Felt like a safe area. Would stay again.

It's a nice place - not fancy, but basic and clean.

America’s place was lovely and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Everything was on hand for the perfect stay!

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

Really enjoyed our stay here. This was a nice well needed family getaway. The host was very responsive and has a well put together home. We will definitely be back and recommend for others in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-appointed, with plenty of space for 2 couples. We found the beds to be comfortable and there were plenty of comfortable pillows, blankets, and throws. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood not too far from the main roads in Port St. Lucie. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Very clean and super well stocked with snacks and all. Cute decor and everything seemed new. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Close to many nearby attractions. They brought supplies within a couple hours when we realized we didn’t have any dishwasher pods or more toilet paper. They have games and stuff for the beach. Comfortable beds and home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Plenty of comfortable furniture inside the spacious living area and by the very nice pool. Good appliances and a kitchen that was well stocked with non-food essentials. Very clear and succinct instructions for the week, and very little required for checking out. This was my fourth year of renting in the area for a week in March, and this was the best rental unit by far. As for the home's proximity to I-95, which was quite convenient, we quickly stopped noticing the background hum. It helped some of us fall asleep at night.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet close to many options for restaurants and stores. The lake view in the back was gorgeous and we loved sitting out back to watch the sunset. The house was well stocked with essentials which was helpful. Nicole was very communicative and responsive when we reached out about any issues or questions we had. We hope to stay here again on future trips to the area.

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The views were breathtaking. It literally felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time! We HIGHLY recommend this property as well as Al as a host!

Looking for a place to stay in or around Fort Pierce? Look no further, this is one of the calmest and nicest places i have ever been. Lilliam was friendly and helpful and i loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

We had an, albeit ahort, very pleasant stay. I'll miss the sound of the sea forever. The appartment has everything uou need to enjoy a beach vacation, the heated pool on the resort was amazing. It's woth noting that thia property is only four stories high, unlike most of the behemooths on that location, thia gives a sense of privacy and coziness that gets lost otherwise.

Great location - very central, 2 min from Atlantic Ave. and direct on the beach, at the same time very quiet. A lot of space, very clean and very comfortable, inkl. parking just behind the house. Thank you John, we really enjoyed our stay
