Beautiful flat overlooking the sea and fabulous beach. Easy walk to the high street shops and restaurants. We were blessed with amazing weather so enjoyed the balcony and walks along to Sobo beach bar. Highly recommend and will return.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops and theatre. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host was friendly and the instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place and would love to return.

This is a great find, the location is perfect with Bournemouth beach or city centre easily walkable but also buses to other beaches that stop virtually outside. Surrounded by good restaurants.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Lovely cottage with everything you could want. ideally situated, so close to the back beach and pubs/ restaurants. very lucky to be able to park right outside of the door. Amazing veiw from the front bedroom window.

Loved our stay here! The house is modernized, sporless clean, has beautiful design features and felt very cosy and comfortable. Everything was as deacribed if not better and the host has been helpful and friendly. The hot tub is a great feature and the patio is lovely to have breakfast with some sunshine. Location is perfect - very peaceful - you really hear the waves crashing and can see the sea from the upper bedroom windows. The house had all necessary amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay. We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We stayed at Tristan’s beautiful house for 3 nights - 3 generations to celebrate a 85th birthday! It was perfect for us, the garage was a godsend for 1 car & to keep my father-in-law’s mobility scooter in! The location was amazing, a couple of pubs literally on the doorstep, the beach a 1 min stroll. Tristan was great at communicating - there was a little hiccup (nothing serious) and he sorted it immediately. Would we go back - in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay.

Wow, such a beautiful annex, everything you need for a perfect time away. Made extra special by the little extras: milk in the fridge, chocolates and nibbles. The host replied immediately when we asked him questions and he allowed us a slightly later checkout, which was very kind. Can’t wait to go back. This property was just perfect, in decor and location. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

When one needs a stress free, relaxing getaway with no hassles, this property and host gives you exactly that. The view of the sea and estuary from the lounge is simply breathtaking and very therapeutic, watching the boats coming and going as the tide ebbs and flows with the sun setting in the west. Convenient free parking, walking distance from a supermarket and restaurants, the location is superb . Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time, beautiful sunset and sunrise view of the beach from the balcony. I picked and dropped off keys to Sue, she was wonderful and amazing at responding to texts! Overall, was a great stay! Highly recommend.

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

Apartment was exactly what we needed for our family, especially with an 8 week old baby. Travel cot provided was perfect (not that little one wanted to sleep in it haha). The Apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Matt was friendly and accommodated what we needed when my mum spoke to him. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be and was great there was parking just outside, especially with the trips out and getting little one in and out of the car and the amount of things we needed to travel with.

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!
