This was one of our favorite stays! A friendly host who was very responsive and proactive in fulfilling our needs throughout the stay. Affordable but alot to offer! The location is great, virtually no traffic because it's the end of a road, it was quiet and peaceful. Each unit has a private patio, which was great for our old dogs to access securely while we enjoyed some morning coffee. >5 minutes from the beach, the locations coastal with exotic plants and critters, but felt like a ranch house on the property, and the unit itself had almost a woodland cabin vibe inside, getting the best of all worlds! Foxtrot is the smallest unit, but roomy for a couple and pets, even a pullout to accommodate a small family comfortably. We prepared meals everyday in the efficiency kitchen, able cook bake etc. the bathroom was large and the heated shower was a nice surprise! lots of storage throughout, great use of space, affordable with a great value. 10/10 will definitely stay again! The host was very friendly and responsive. Enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was the best part for us . Backyard is spacious and entire place is well kept. We would definitely come back. The only thing we would change is a curtain to cover the doors near the parking space since they are see-through.

This Airbnb was very worth it and we would stay here again! It was very closely located to the downtown Disney area, and we were in the parks within a matter of minutes. The Airbnb was very spacious, and I just wanted to highlight how clean the home was. The bedrooms were very large, the beds were comfortable, there was an extra air mattress supplied (we didn’t need it-but thought this was a nice touch), and there was extra supplies such as toilet paper stocked in the bathrooms. There was easy check in and check out instructions which really made our trip seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best trip me and my little family ever had and we are definitely coming back ! It was really relaxing the hosts were amazing , very helpful , and always replied when needed . very peaceful I enjoyed it and my kids did too they loved the pool .

The location is perfect and safe for our visit of Little Saigon, as everything is close. Check-in was seamless as all information was communicated couple days before, following by door code on the day of arrival. Diane and her crew were very responsive (within 5 minutes) when I contacted them asking a question. It's a front house with 2 dedicated parking spaces and ample street parking if needed. Inside, the combined space of living, dining, and kitchen is great for family visiting and gathering. Bedrooms are large and plenty of windows, which are new. One has a suite and one is large enough to house 2 queen beds. Both bathrooms have showers. There is a large very private patio in the back with grill and picnic table. W/D units are quite new. Great internet and TV everywhere with a huge one in the living room. Overall, it was a great stay for our family. Definitely check back next time we're in town.

Levy's place was definitely what I was looking for when I planned to stay in Orange. The add-on of the heated pool was amazing for those cold nights when you still want to go for a swim. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and ready to go. The additional games in the backyard definitely kept us entertained in between our weekend events. Levy was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she accommodated us with a generous late check-out. If I'm ever visiting the area again and Im in need of a place to stay like Levy's, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Our family of 12 had a great stay!! Unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the swimming pool, however the pool table added some fun and the house was just as described. Very big and everything worked great. Some things I did notice is that some of the household items provided were very limited. There was maybe 2 extra blankets, which we used because of the cold weather we got. Also they left exactly 12 towels for the exact number of guests we had, not 1 extra. Toilet paper ran out pretty quick since we booked for 8 days and only about 5-6 rolls were provided so we had to purchase some during the week and shampoo and conditioner bottles were extremely tiny. Thankfully most of us took our own. Kitchen can also use some extra pots and pans. Overall, you get what you’re paying for, the house is still very pretty and we felt right at home!

Loved this beautiful home and its so worth staying? This was my family n I's second time staying at their beautiful home because we had such a great experience the first time around. Host is always super cooperative and responsive. The home is immaculate and just like the pictures. Only about 10 to 15 minutes away from Disneyland which made our family trip amazing! This time around we experienced hot water heater problems had gotten ahold of the host and host responded within 5 minutes, and maintenance was there within 15 minutes. They discovered that the hot water heater had went out. So within that hour, they had took in the old one out and put a whole new in. And we were only without hot water for less than an hour. If that isnt a super host then i don't know what is! Theyre amazing n we really appreciate them! We will definitely be returning next year!!!

Cute, clean, and private guest house! It has its own separate gate entrance and fenced area around half of the house. Loved that it’s pet friendly and just about 10 minutes from Disneyland! Only disappointment is that the grass is fake and my dogs wouldn’t use it to relieve themselves, so we had to walk around the neighborhood. After a long day of waking around Disneyland, that was not fun. Overall, great stay!

Hanna is an amazing host! Her house is beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, and has everything (phone chargers - including apple watch charger, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, big washer and dryer, lotion, soap, etc etc) you can think of. Most importantly, she is very responsive and helpful. When we said the wifi was down, she immediately went to Spectrum to get it taken care of. The highlight is how responsive and helpful she was during the Eaton fire, we were so so worried as we heard that people from nearby cities had been evacuated, the power was out, and our greatest concern was that we had no car! She responded to my back and forth questions in the middle of the night timely (when she herself also had to take care of her own family), guiding us on how to watch for evacuation warnings, and telling us where the evacuation centers were at. In the end our friend came to pick us up to their home but we are still very grateful for Hanna’s help.

THIS PLACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED....Everything was perfect. Melanie is a sweetheart and very kind! All the little extras made us feel special. Just wish we had more time to really enjoy the beautiful patio. The beds were heaven! Great water preasure in the showers! (weird but it's a big deal for me ... lol) Will come back FOR SURE! Thank you Melanie for being an amazing Host!!!!

Amazing stay for our family visiting Disneyland! Looks exactly as pictured and the host was very communicative checking in if we needed anything and providing instructions. Lots of toys for the kiddos, the backyard playground, and some complimentary drinks/snacks were a nice touch. Look forward to staying here again!
