This place felt like a lucky find! We wish we had more spare time to enjoy the spot, but hopefully we will be back again. Totally recommended :)

Nustebino ,kad visuose kambariuose buvo pamerkta šviežių tulpių, tulpės buvo netgi miegamajame kambaryje. Virtuvėje yra kavos aparatas su keletu rūšių kavos , kelių rūšių arbatos , prieskonių maisto gaminimui , pakanka įrankių ir indų . Miegamajame plati ir patogi lova . Mums tai buvo pirmas potyris gyventi namelyje ant vandens ir jis tikrai nenuvylė. Nuoširdžiausios rekomendacijos ir linkėjimai Albertui 🌹❣️ Daiva ir Ilarijonas

Lovely home Perfect neighborhood to stay if touring Amsterdam Host extremely responsive to any of our needs

Incroyable! Dormir sur une maison flottante est une très bonne expérience, surtout lorsque celle-ci est aussi chaleureuse, belle, confortable, avec un goût pour la décoration exquis ! Le réveil au bord de l'eau avec les poules d'eau et les canards est vraiment chouette ! Les enfants ont vraiment beaucoup apprécié ! Et le prix est imbattable comparé à la qualité du logement ! Et nous sommes en pleine campagne, au calme, tout en étant très proche de la ville. Nous recommandons à 200%!!!

Uma boa estadia, conforto, tranquilidade e uma conexão única com a natureza. Pela manhã, o sol nasce refletindo no espelho d’água, criando um espetáculo dourado que pode ser apreciado com uma xícara de café na varanda flutuante. Adorei!

evdeki herkes huzur, keyif, mutluluk ve sohbet dolu bir tatil geçirdiler. Çok param olsa o evi isterdim Amsterdam'da. Bir daha umarım geldiğimizde yine Hanco'nun evinde kalabiliriz. Sevgiler.

Living on a boat on the Prinsengracht is special. The beautifully furnished, wood-panelled elevated wheelhouse is ideal for reading, relaxing and having a drink in view of the busy surroundings, and in particular the graght. The deco lamps, spacious living area downstairs and fully equipped kitchen was a bonus and we really enjoyed spending time there. The sleeping quarters were cramped, but cosy! Hadewych, as a host, was excellent! We will be back!

We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Wir haben zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester einen Familienurlaub mit unseren zwei erwachenen Kindern in Justin´s schwimmenden Haus verbracht. Es war ideal um in Ruhe Zeit miteinander zu haben. Das Haus ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, die Heizung ist auch im Winter wunderbar warm und man hat alles was man braucht. Meistens haben wir am Tag einen Ausflug nach Rotterdam, Amsterdam oder ans Meer gemacht, was nur 30-45 min. entfernt liegt. Abends haben wir im Haus gekocht, gespielt, gelesen oder auch mal einen Film geschaut. Alles war prima, und sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach zu finden. Gastgeberin spricht zwar nur Niederländisch, hat sich aber gut vorbereitet mit einer Übersetzungapp. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann den Bus nach Amsterdam zu Fuß erreichen

- [ ] This was truly the perfect place for our Amsterdam visit! The houseboat is serene, spacious, and cozy—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our party of three adults had plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely, with charming bars and coffee shops, yet still so close to all the main sights. The canal is peaceful at night, which made for incredibly restful sleep. Fern is an outstanding host—welcoming, gracious, and always quick to respond. We’d book again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this houseboat enough!

If you are looking to stay on the river in a quiet neighbourhood - on a house boat - it doesn't get better than this. I loved waking up, peering out onto the water. Each morning the rowers are out, people running along the riverbank - it's incredibly peaceful yet full of life. This is a real boat, not a floating house so you have to navigate different levels inside, getting on and off the boat etc. All part of the charm. Martin is a fabulous host. Note: this is the old school airbnb of old - its Martin's home, beautifully appointed, spacious and generously kitted out - with the comfort of a 'lived in' feel. The upper deck is just delightful, full of light and windows and you can sit with your coffee and watch the river-world go by. The area is surrounded by park, but just nearby is a lovely high-street with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and deli's. Trams will take directly into the centre of Amsterdam - everything you need - highly recommended!

This houseboat is a true magical dream paradise. It’s cozy, does not seem small at all, and has all the touches to make it feel TRULY like your home in Amsterdam… the hammock and outdoor patio, the big couch and pull-down projector screen, the fully equipped kitchen, the incredibly comfortable bed. Unlike some places that feel like soulless hotels, this is a beautiful, warm, welcoming home. I absolutely will be coming back here when I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Our stay at Claire’s place was nothing short of magical. The location is hard to beat in the heart of Jordaan, steps away from great Dutch cafes, every restaurant we ate at was within a ten minute walk, every one was fantastic. As well as minutes walk from transit. Somehow though being in the middle of everything, being on the water in this houseboat makes you feel like you’re in your own private oasis. Claire has great taste, her home is designed impeccably, with one of the major highlights being the record player, listening to classics like the Beatles, Bowie, The Doors while sitting on the back porch taking in the incredible view of the canal. Bonus was the most efficient washer dryer I used during my 3 week stay in Europe and the large dishwasher. Had we stayed longer, we would have cooked, there was a fully stocked Chefs kitchen. Thanks for the perfect end to our adventure!

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Hausboot in einer traumhafte Umgebung, mit allen was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Immer gerne wieder.

My friends and I had an amazing stay. Everything was very clean and well-organized, making it feel like home right away. The furniture and decorations were beautiful. Marjan herself was an amazing person, she gave us great tips for our trip and took the time to explain everything. We’ll definitely be staying at her place again.

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung mal auf einen Hausboot zu Übernachtung. Schöne ruhige Gegend. Einfach toll!

Es ist ein kleines, schön ausgestattetes und gemütliches Hausboot. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten dort eine schöne erholsame Zeit. Lediglich der Lärm, der manchmal minütlich startenden oder landenden Flugzeuge, die sehr niedrig, direkt über das Hausboot flogen, hat teilweise gestört.

What an excellent experience! We weren’t at Dominique’s place long, but loved the uniqueness of our stay. Our morning on her boat was special and it had all the right touches to make us feel special.

My 5 days at Erica's boat house was peaceful and properly stocked for convenience. The bottle of wine was very welcomed coming off a very long flight. I had no unexpected issues arise. It was a very quiet stay. The town center has lovely dining choices. If you are looking for modern conveniences and a peaceful stay, Erica has this to offer. The Wi-Fi is super great and she provides a great Bluetooth system and a charger station. Coming from America this was an A+ Thank you for a wonderful stay. Louisa- Texas USA

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Hausboot. Man kann von dort direkt zu SUP Touren starten oder mit dem Motorboot nach Leiden fahren. Annemiek ist sehr nett und hat uns zum Hausboot gebracht und uns alles gezeigt. Vielen lieben Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft sowie der Kommunikation mit Mandy! Besonders begeistert hat mich die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Wir konnten direkt vor der Türe parken und hatten unsere Ruhe. Die kleine Terrasse war auch super schön! Viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr empfehlenswert.
