Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – perfekt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

Удобная и чистая маленькая квартира. Есть центральное отопление, в ноябре в квартире было очень тепло. Я была одна с шестилетним сыном, комфортно и безопасно. Рядом с домом автобусные остановки, легко добирались до центра и в Петроварадин. Совсем рядом магазин Lidl.

We stayed at the apartment for almost 2 months. The place is exactly as on the pictures, very well located, walking distance to old town. Shops just on the corner, also close to cafes and restaurants. The place was extremely clean and Nebojsa is an excellent host. Easy communication, quick response, very kind and pro active. I truly recommend the place and the host. We had a lovely time in Novi Sad.

Хорошая ухоженная квартира, все новое, очень чисто, просторно и комфортно, хорошая кровать, вся техника работает. Расположение идеальное для прогулок по центру города, легко найти, хозяйка всегда на связи и очень отзывчива и дружелюбна. Единственный недостаток, о котором писали и другие - сильная слышимость, слышны разговоры соседей в подъезде и соседних квартирах.

Amazing host! I stayed in the apartment for several months and Stefan was always ready to help with anything I've asked. Apartment has everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Located in a walkable distance from bus station and city center.

Nice place, I think its spacier than it is shown on photos. I cant say it is new, but its pretty good. I didnt have problems with wifi or anything else. As I was in winter, it was warm on rooms with batteries. In my experience I got renovation from the upstair neighbors, which I cant blame host on. Cant remember anything else that might be cons of apartments, so I decided to give it 5 stars

Moj boravak u G1 apartmanu bio je nezaboravan! Apartman je moderan i uređen u prijatnim, toplim tonovima sa pažnjom na detalje. Dnevna soba sa udobnim braon kaučem i elegantnim drvenim stolom odiše komforom. Kuhinja je funkcionalna, opremljena savremenim uređajima i dizajnirana u kombinaciji belih i braon elemenata. Kupatilo je čisto i moderno, sa svetlim pločicama i prostranom tuš kabinom. Spavaća soba je mirna i jednostavna, idealna za odmor. Toplo preporučujem svima koji žele udoban smeštaj u srcu Novog Sada!

Это были прекрасные дни в Сремкой Митровице! Dejan очень учтивый и приятный хозяин. Он очень подробно описал местоположение и дал конкретные инструкции для легкого и быстрого заселения. На улице было прохладно, но отопление кондиционером очень выручало. Расположение квартиры 10 из 10. Мы чувствовали себя очень уютно! Спасибо, Dejan, за прекрасные дни у вас!

Great place for digital nomads (and other people as well ha-ha)!! I want to say personal thanks for Luka, he was very proactive, he proactively did everything to make our accomodation, check-in and check-out perfect! I may confirm all other reviews - super comfortable, clean, cozy, no problems whatsoever. Nice location - well, novi sad isnt that big and you may go without taxi even to the fortress. I've enjoyed technics pretty much (tv, microwave, fridge, etc.). Also, home itself is very stylish and nice, first time in my life I actually enjoyed halls ouside of the flat. Amazing experience! Wifi perfect, no problems at all.

Radmila was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive, she made me feel very welcome and right at home from the beginning, I could not recommend her and her place more! I will definitely come back if I have the chance to!

I lived in this apartment for 1 month. Everything was great. The apartment had everything I needed for a long life. Dusan is a nice and helpful guy. Quiet neighborhood, with many supermarkets, fast food and restaurants nearby. Stable and fast wifi-connection for work. The bike that Dusan gave me made my stay in Novi Sad more comfortable and colorful. I recommend the place for a long term stay. I enjoyed it, and next time definitely will try to stay in this place again. Thank you, Dusan!

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

Great location at the base of Petrovaradin Fortress and by the Danube, with Novi Sad centre just a 15-20 minute walk away. Ivana was friendly and helpful in getting us settled.
