Sandford is an excellent host and communicates well. When he didn't have what we had requested he was ready with a suitable substitute and allowed us the choice on whether to switch our reservation criteria. I like being offered solutions, not just "no." And, the accommodation was very nice.

I have to say the home was impeccable clean and the accommodations very comfortable. The staff at the facility we’re available for any needs from fresh towels and information about excursions. I would stay here again without hesitation..

Sanford was clear and communicative on directions, check-in, and all other details. I couldn't get on to the personal wifi my first night, so I had to purchase a 24-hour card through the building. Sanford found out about this and reimbursed me immediately. The room is a short walk/car ride from the heart of Kona. Was clean, in nice condition, and comfortable. Fit 4 people without a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kona.

I was really impressed with this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was stocked with cookware, and the furniture in living spaces was very comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool area and fitness center very much.

General timeshare booking so hosts are not involved much, you deal with the resort basically after time of booking. The price was good, resort itself could use some updates in rooms and upkeep around the property in places but overall I would stay again. Location was great quiet but close to main Kona town.

We loved our stay. It was a very large two bedroom condo with 2.5 bathrooms. The living room was upstairs and the bedrooms on the ground floor. That might be hard for people who are older. We asked for a unit close to parking. They do give rides in golf carts if needed and that was handy when we arrived and had Costco groceries. We loved having the pickleball courts and the beach gear for loan. We didn't expect a water view, but we did have a slight one over the golf course. The keiki hula show and free mai tais was wonderful. I wish we'd known about the other free activities. The pools and especially the hot tubs are very small, but they have a number of them scattered around the property.

The location and the unit served us well. It's proximity to the Keauhou offered shopping and dining options, but we also enjoyed dining in the heart of Kona.

Overall the stay was excellent. The improvement needed is the address. Address should direct to Wyndham Vacation Resorts. After a long flight we got lost for 30 minutes because the Airbnb app didn’t have the correct address.

We were without a place to stay due to another host canceling the day before our trip - Extra Holidays was able to provide us a reservation for the remainder of our trip and it made such the difference! The listing was just as described, very clean.

We had an enjoyable stay and made full use of the room’s facilities, as well as the pools and walking paths around the property. The scenery is beautiful, and the location was perfect for my trip, which was for the IM WC 2024.
