The overall experience was good. Michelle had very good communication throughout the process. Check-in was very easy when we arrived. Th unit (2 bedroom) was clean and fairly well equipped. We cooked in several dinners and I had to improvise some but the unit had all the basics I needed. The bedrooms were spacious and once weekly housekeeping service was included to change the sheets, towels, etc so that was very nice and helpful. This Westin location is very easy for families and the pools and beaches were great. There is easy snorkeling right in front of the Westin and even though it was a holiday week during New Year's it didn't feel too crowded. Parking is free and the location is very close to Lahaina town for shopping and restaurants and also Whalers Village shopping. The Westin has a shuttle that runs to both these locations and their other properties so that was also helpful. Overall, I do recommend this location and Michelle's property for a stay in Maui. Only one thing to note about the set up of the 2 bedroom is that there is a little entry and then the unit has a large studio bedroom + sofa + small kitchen + bathroom on one side with its own door/entrance and then the other side has the one bedroom + living area+ larger kitchen + larger bath. This worked great for us as we had 2 teenagers and put them in the studio but if you have young children you might not want them completely separate from you (although I guess you could prop the doors open to each unit).

Book now! This is the place to stay when visiting Maui! The resort is incredible, multiple pools, and right on the beach. The sunset from the resort and beach are amazing - picture perfect! Downtown Lahaina is right down the road for shopping and more restaurant options. Jonathan made check in a breeze with the front desk and was great with communication throughout the booking process. Highly recommended staying here!

We had an incredible 12-day stay at this Airbnb with my wife and our 8-month-old baby! The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which gave us such peace of mind traveling with a little one. The location was great —beach is basically steps off the back patio, shops and the boardwalk—making it super convenient for family outings. The space was comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay.

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Tim and Sabrina’s condo. They were great at communicating and showed the utmost hospitality. The condo was clean, tidy, and decorated very nicely. For a studio, it felt very spacious and accommodated a beautiful dining space on the balcony with an ocean view as well as a nice place to sit inside. The bathroom was very spacious as well and we liked that the toilet and shower were private and separate from the sinks and mirror. The community cabana on the beach was a nice accommodation as well with great amenities. Providing guests with beach towels, chairs, ice, and kitchen area to cook and store food. We also loved that Whaler’s Village was a close walk for plenty of shopping and food options. Over all we had an amazing experience at this location and Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a bit worried staying at this Airbnb without Marriott being able to confirm our reservation at time of booking, but Catalina assured us that the hotel will have our booking info at least 15 days before our arrival. Apart from the anxiety, everything was as described in the listing with the exception of parking being free or included which originally we were informed was extra. Also, there was the hotel tax of some sort which was minimal - about $9 for 3 nights. Biggest reason why we chose this Airbnb was its location. Having stayed at the Sheraton before which is up the road, the Marriott Maui Ocean Club is right on Kaanapali beach where most of the luxury resorts are and close to Whalers village if you’re looking for good food and shopping. Amenities on the property such as the pool and other activities for the kids were a big plus (see hotels website for more details). As for a the host, she was super responsive and answered all our inquiries in a timely manner. 🤩

Everything matched listing. We stayed here (family of 3 - Mom, Dad, 2yo daughter) in January for whale season. It was much larger than we needed, but loved having a separate room for our daughter. This place could comfortably fit 4 and up to 6 if a couple were kids. The full kitchen was as big as our kitchen at home and had everything we needed. Property has many amenities and is right on the beach. A few different pools and hot tubs to choose from. We really had a great time and it was wonderful to show up after a long travel day with a toddler and have everything as expected. Really took stress out of our vacation.

What a beautiful spot! Perfectly situated on Ka'anapali beach, with plenty to do and see nearby! And delicious pineapple iced tea in the lobby! Our friends were staying nearby in a Marriott timeshare, and our unit was WAY NICER than theirs! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Western Maui. You'll need a rental car if you stay here, but it's a short drive to all the shops and restaurants in Lahaina, and the many beautiful snorkeling coves in Napili and Kapalua. We saw plenty of sea turtles, and a gorgeous array of tropical fish, just a stones throw from shore. I'd definitely stay here again!

Incredible place. Room was amazing and wonderful view of the pool and the lite walkways at night. Just beautiful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room. Bathroom was gorgeous with the best shower. The pools and beach are wonderful. Been coming to Hawaii for 20 years and by far the best snorkeling (from a hotel beach) I have seen. The coral is coming back! And felt like we were in an aquarium. Simply stunning

This was our third stay at the Maui Eldorado, and we absolutely loved K.T’s place. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable by helping us secure a second parking spot and bye helping us get some medicine that we left behind. The amenities are also amazing. This is our absolute favorite location to stay in Maui. Thanks K.T.!
