Nick and DeAnna's place is conveniently located and as described. They were timely and responsive with their communication. I had a couple of minor questions when I checked in and they were always very quick to respond. It's a great location, simple to navigate, close to the beach, close to the shopping mall, and close to several group tour pick-up locations.

a beautiful spot to enjoy Hawaii from up high (30th floor) The main building is easily accessible by Uber, walking and is on the main bus line and 2mins walk to beachfront. Would definately stay here again next time we visit Waikiki.

Absolutely recommend. If you’re going to Waikiki and want to have a great home base to strike out on fun trips, this place is perfect. If you’re going to Waikiki and want to go nowhere and sit on a beach and completely relax, this place is perfect. Easy check in, parking, super walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the place itself is very clean cozy and private. Might see reviews for places talking about the elevators. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes or so for one, but it also takes about 2 mins to walk down the stairs. Door is right next to laundry room, trash room, and the staircase which is great. The bedroom has a sliding door so you can separate the two beds and feel like you have some privacy which is nice. Tons of beach gear: chairs, snorkels, floaties.

Great location. Everything in Waikiki is less than a 15 min walk. Free parking is a major plus with your stay! Host provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards . Had to wait 5+ mins occasionally for the elevator sometimes but wasn’t too big of an issue. Overall a very worth it stay!

Jeanne was a great host. Really appreciate her quick responses on any of our queries. We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The place is very close to the beach and many restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment was clean, modern with many amenities. Overall I would recommend this place!

We really enjoyed this location--it was close enough to many of the Waikiki hot spots but also a few streets away from all of the action, which made it much quieter. The location was handy with having a convenience store on the 6th floor, as well as having a car rental place on site--that was very handy. The chairs and umbrellas were very handy to take with us around the island and made it a game changer for not turning into a lobster!

THIS WAS SUCH AN AMAZING HOME! Everything was there, from the washer dryer to the spacious refridgerator, to the immaculate sunset views in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for me and my family. The jacuzzi was an awesome bonus and with my kids being from the desert state, it was a nice bonus for them to see the papaya tree lol def recommend!

We had such a great stay. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups. The outside areas were amazing as well and had a perfect sunset view. This house is 5 STAR. Location, complete home was more than enough for our party of 8. The staff was always available with any questions we had. Our family is already on the books for next year.

The open-concept living space is beautifully designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer stunning views of the lush mountains and vibrant greenery. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved enjoying them on the spacious lanai while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and soft linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of the home was the outdoor shower, which felt like a luxurious treat after a day

Jimmy was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The place matches the photos and descriptions exactly. Many local friends new nothing of this great location and gated community.

Great airbnb! Place was spotless and smelled great, which is hard to accomplish in a humid location. House is in a safe area, but Would not recommend walking anywhere. You'll need a car for sure! The views and sunset while BBQing were spectacular. Thank you!

Property is located in a valley with amazing views of the oven and the mountains. Peaceful, quiet gated community - able to sit outside in the morning and evening and hear nothing but birds. The property is beautiful and well furnished - the owners have provided all beach needs including boogie boards, snorkels, chairs, life jackets, coolers and umbrellas. Several local beach options nearby, limited dining and shopping. Due to location it is 1-hour drive from Pearl Harbor, Waikīkī and north shore (longer with traffic)

We had a great stay in Reny's place. All matched our expectations. Though air conditioner was a bit noisy it made a great job. Reny is a very friendly and responsible host and did a lot to make our stay comfortable.

Jerry’s place in the Waikīkī Banyan is very well located, extremely clean, and very well stocked with anything you could want. We loved being a block or two away from the most central area of Waikiki, but still very convenient to all that Waikiki has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shops, and the gorgeous park. We were only there for two nights, but felt that we got a real sense of Waikiki. Jerry and Ed were super communicative, the unit was pristine, and lacked nothing. The bed was super comfortable, great coffee, and a very nice view from the lanai to top it all off! One of the elevators was not working, but we never waited more than a couple of minutes at most, despite being on the 31st floor. Highly recommend both Jerry as a host, and the unit in Waikiki Banyan.

Host available and responsive before and during stay. Unit is exactly as described and pictured. Enough room for 2 adults maximum. Check-in super easy and accommodating. Allowed me to store luggage in unit while waiting to check in and gave me tips on options after checkout. Location was perfect! Restaurants, beach within minutes walking distance! High speed internet allowed me to take video meetings and work remotely. Great stay!

Had a wonderful week long stay here! Great views from the lanais. Joan was super responsive and checkin was simple. Nicole the greeter met us and took us to the condo and made sure we got settled in. Ko Olina is a fantastic area to visit and I’m already planning my next trip back!

TL;DR - It was great with lots of pluses and very few minuses. We rented this 32nd floor condo primarily for its location. It's 2(ish) blocks from the beach - everything is in walking distance. The view from the balcony was great for watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well furnished - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The beds, for us, were phenomenal - if you like firm foam mattresses. The A/C unit, while noisy, was fully functional and kept the condo cool to our liking overnight. There was a small cooler. For the minuses, not all are within the control of the host but should be recognized. First, we received late notice that the pool was to be closed for the week. The plus is that it was open after 2 days. There are 2 hot tubs but only 1 works fully. The shower has a small glass divider that does a terrible job to keep water in and no bathmat was provided. Some outlets didn't function. There was only 1 umbrella and beach chair - no kids toys (not needed).

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was good and I enjoyed my stay without any worries. However, I was concerned about the crowded elevators.
