This spot is not only gorgeous (think oceanview sunset) but also luxurious. Newly renovated, extra comfy couch and a projection TV. All within about a 7-min drive to the airport. Would stay here again to be sure.

Absolutely incedibile location with an even more incredible host. Jane welcomed me to the property with such sincerity and openness and had everything prepared to perfection. The property and cottage itself was truly a dream and exactly as advertised. A true hidden gem on an already beautiful island that felt private, safe, and like home away from home. Not to mention, interacting with the sheep on the property and other creatures that wandered around… I would 10/10 recommend and come back again and again! Do not miss an opportunity to experience this side of the Big Island! You will not regret it.

Naomi’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. The lanai is an exotic and fun feature and the house is full of character. Tropical frogs serenade at night time while the morning starts with beautiful bird song and a view of the ocean. Meanwhile, beaches, restaurants, and shops are only a 5-10 minute drive away. When you stay in the house though, you feel as though you have escaped the hustle and bustle of day to day life. I stayed here with my wife, two young children, and in-laws. It was a fantastic time and I will always remember it!

We had an amazing stay at Jill’s place and would definitely stay here again. She was super communicative and clear in instructions; the space had everything we needed; and the location couldn’t be beat. We were 1 block from a great spot to drop our SUPs in each morning and loved coming home to the cozy Mermaid Studio each day.

We live part time here on Kona- my partner and I planned a small wedding and chose this place to stay during that period so we could be close to some of our visiting friends. The place was spacious, clean, and has an amazing outside area to connect with those staying together. We played karaoke at night and made use of the fun popcorn maker which made for playful moments. Kyle the ground keep was very friendly and helpful. He took care of all of our needs right as we asked him. I didn’t realize he would be staying in the room right outside of the kitchen… if I knew someone outside of our planned guests was staying there in the main house with us I may not have booked…. Thankfully Kyle was fabulous and we loved having him there to assist us as needed - and appreciated his genuine personality, and thoughtfulness in the space as we passed in rare moments. You rock Kyle!!! I would happily stay here again, and I will remember the beautiful moments getting ready for our wedding in

Dreamy accommodations as a base camp for adventure, relaxation, and fun. We visited the southernmost point and the northernmost area of the big island and a volcano in-between. We saw fantastic panoramas, but none surpassed the epic views from the balconies of this house. The home away from home was very clean and is in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The property manager who lives next door was very welcoming, available, and responsive to questions. The house had everything needed for a family vacation to create lasting memories. The open floor plan with a great layout had plenty of room for our family of 11 allowing everyone to have patio doors to the outside from the bedrooms. Individual air conditioners kept everyone comfy and cozy. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, several microwaves, air fryer, ice maker, and many other countertop appliances. There were lots of towels and cleaning supplies.

we were very happy with our stay. The unit was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything that we needed. There were several pools at the complex and a fitness area which was great. Across the street there was another resort (outrigger) with 2 restaurants and they also had a market on weds and friday with other options for food and drinks ! The grocery store was only a 5 min drive away and there was also a couple of restaurants near there. Downtown is about a 20 min drive. There wasn't much for beach access or walking paths near here so that is just something to note if you really like that. There was a waterfront walking path near the outrigger but it is short and it was closed during our stay because of the big waves. Other than that, it was perfect.

Condo is older and a bit worn but clean. Condo is walking distance to everything, or just a very short drive. Location makes this place a great stay. People in condos are extremely friendly and helpful. The best part of this place was the pool. We didn't swim much but sat and watched sunsets with whales in eve and dolphins in the am. We loved our stay and recommend it anyone visiting Kona.

Mary was a quick to respond and very helpful! Her place was in a good location and had lots of amenities! We would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for my family of four. The unit was very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The pool areas at the resort were great and not crowded. Staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Tim was able to arrange this place for us very last minute and all went very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved our stay at the Royal sea cliffs the view was a little far from the room but we could see a little bit of ocean from our balcony. Hawaii is unmatched it was about a mile to get to the little downtown area and we liked eating at fosters and oceans was a vibe at night time . Our host was easy to talk to responded fast and our room was so spacious and clean . Highly recommend this stay !
