The place was great. It was safe in a gated community. As you know Makaha area isn’t as safe but the area we stayed was on a hill In a safe area.. Place was nice, modern, clean. Stella was great with any questions. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

It was our first time in Hawaii for my family. The house was beautiful clean and we felt at home. We will stay there again next time we visit!

Absolutely stunning home. Waianae was a beautiful place to experience Oahu with a less city feel. Everything was meticulously decorated and felt like a premium experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious experience with family.

Our supper host had it all covered, up to the smallest details such as having extra item to make you feel right at home by going above and beyond as to providing accessories for the beach, extra qqblankets, towels, etc... All was wonderful and comfortable for my family.

The house and surroundings were beautiful, and fit our party of 6 beautifully. The backyard is also amazing. The only thing I wish I would have known before is that nearby beaches have a lot of homeless encampments that take away from the beauty of the beach and all the touristy attractions around about 1hr to and 1 1/2 away.

The host was very pleasant to communicate with. She always responded in a timely manner. The property was beautiful inside and outside.

Great stay! Away from touristy area but still very fun and lots to do! You’re about 15-20 mins from ko olina which is where we spent most of the time. House was equipped with so many amenities! Our 2 families had a very comfortable stay!

Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Best deal in Waikiki. Air conditioning worked well. Great view out the window of the water and the Zoo. It is a small unit but very suitable for a couple. Extremely well equipped for such a small space. Very quiet which was surprising given its location in the heart of the action. Kanae was very responsive when we requested to amend our check out date due to a flight cancellation.

Emily is an outstanding host. Pleasant to deal with, very flexible and although I didn’t meet her, Emily seems to be a very nice, caring person. We loved it there and I hope we left the home in clean condition. The view….. well, you’ve got to see it to believe it! Thank you Emily for your attention to detail and being so accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I visited with my mother and four daughters, and we fit comfortably in the space. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing several meals during our visit. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the beach, access to two pools, and numerous dining options nearby. Additionally, if you're considering groceries, I highly recommend delivery services, as drivers are familiar with the property, making it hassle-free.

It was near a lot of things , convenient walkable to the beach Nice balcony view of the mountains and the ocean Liked the fact that extra things were provided such as beach chairs etc No complaints

Jollen was a great host and provided helpful instructions for check in/out. We enjoyed the 5-10 minute walk to the beach!

Honestly probably the best place to stay in Waikiki. The view was stunning and the beach was a 2 minute walk. You're also kind of away from all the craziness of downtown which is exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to check in Francisco was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had a long flight and were having a hard time finding a store to get distilled water for my oxygen machine and were tired and frustrated at the problem with parking in the area and she actually walked to a store a purchased it for us. Also because I got sick at the end of our trip we were supposed to be out by 11 am but our flight wasn’t till 6pm so we wanted to just hang out at place and she actually offered us I night free if we needed it which I thought was wonderful we didn’t accept cause would have had to change flights but we didn’t leave till around 1:30 no charge she was a wonderful host

Cintia was a wonderful host and my partner and I loved the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, lovely, and so conveniently located! Quick easy walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and tour pick up locations.

The Airbnb location was amazing because it was in a quiet area but walking distance from all the nice restaurants, waikiki, and beaches. The parking was nice to have and easy to get to and from the Airbnb location. I love how the place was pet friendly if you want to travel with a furry friend. Everything was perfect and funny we actually met Janet in the elevator. She was super sweet and friendly. Super accommodating to getting the room ready for us to check in early.

Janet told us about the parking of the vehicle that there was no parking with the condo & if we wanted she would get us a parking pass & the cost we agreed paid fee & Janet got the 10 day pass it was in the key lock box it worked out very good. We appreciated all the up front info it all went great. It was a very nice place to stay if we were to come back to Hawaii we would stay at Janet’s condo. Thanks Janet !!! Norm

We enjoyed our stay at this charming dog-friendly duplex. Instructions are clear for which unit it is (lower) and how to get in. There are yummy casual restaurants in the area, which is a residential neighborhood near the University of Hawaii but relatively close to the tourist areas of Waikiki. Price was reasonable for a two-bedroom, one-bath unit (nowhere in Hawaii is cheap), and having the kitchen means you can save some money on meals since you don't have to eat out constantly. We loved sitting on the sleeping porch watching the weather change every few minutes.

TL;DR - It was great with lots of pluses and very few minuses. We rented this 32nd floor condo primarily for its location. It's 2(ish) blocks from the beach - everything is in walking distance. The view from the balcony was great for watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well furnished - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The beds, for us, were phenomenal - if you like firm foam mattresses. The A/C unit, while noisy, was fully functional and kept the condo cool to our liking overnight. There was a small cooler. For the minuses, not all are within the control of the host but should be recognized. First, we received late notice that the pool was to be closed for the week. The plus is that it was open after 2 days. There are 2 hot tubs but only 1 works fully. The shower has a small glass divider that does a terrible job to keep water in and no bathmat was provided. Some outlets didn't function. There was only 1 umbrella and beach chair - no kids toys (not needed).

Great location for Waikiki. Close enough to everything but far enough to not be on the main drag. Loved the Jack and Jill sinks! The washer and dryer was also a great bonus. Easy coffee maker and filters. Lots of useful kitchen items but only one dish towel and no paper towels so bring some if you want them (we left some)! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The best part is the PARKING! Parking can be terrible in Waikiki so knowing you have a place to park every night was a relief. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable so two of us ended up sharing a bed. Not the best communication I’ve had with a host but it didn’t affect our trip or stay. Only things I would suggest is a shower caddy so you don’t have to leave everything on the floor of shower and a full size broom to sweep up. All in all would definitely book again.
