We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and had good heating which was important as it was winter. Great location close to beautiful beach, good local shop and cafe. Thanks would book again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Villino at Cypress Ridge Estate. The views are absolutely stunning; the pool, hot tub and patio further enrich the experience. The house is delightfully tiny, tastefully decorated, and full of big windows and charming historic features. The kitchen is well stocked. The nearby beach is the most famous on the island, wonderful for walking and swimming, with lots of cute beach restaurants. - Just perfection!

Linda & Graeme were the perfect hosts. Everything about our stay was first class, from the very nice rooms to the amazing breakfast in the morning. They included a drop-off and pick-up (late at night) in their van from the wedding venue which was 20 minutes out of town, which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again when we need accommodation in the area.

First time using AirB&B so wasnt sure of what was provided etc but couldnt have asked for more. Tania and Mike came and introduced themselves to us over the course of the first 24 hours but in the whole left us to feel at home. The accommodation was stocked with supplies, again way beyond what was essentials. Beautiful view from the deck making it very peaceful, serene sitting at the outside furniture. Beachlands is far enough out the city to escape the hustle and bustle and Maraetai is within a lovely 70 minute walk to the cafe's by the beach.

Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Nice living space opens out to covered deck and garden, would be very nice once pool renovation is complete. House is mostly cool with summer weather, note there is no central air conditioning. We did not need it during our stay. Minor improvements could be kitchen utensils update ie knives that are sharp, lids for pots etc, consider rubbish bins in bathrooms and shampoo/conditioners. Tissues in house. Hairdryer was missing however when informed, one was delivered to house within the hour. Very responsive hosts. Would stay with them again.

We had a wonderful stay and have no hesitation at all recommending Jenny’s place. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderfully clean and tidy, comfortable beds, lovely quiet neighbourhood, with lots of shops and quality restaurants nearby.

Paula's place was great! Such a great location to stay at in Auckland. Plenty of space with 2 separate rooms with Queen sized beds. Very nice washroom. We really appreciated how friendly and welcoming Paula and her partner were. Recommended for a amazing, relaxing stay in Auckland!

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement de Graham et Léa. L’accueil en personne était bien apprécié compte tenu de l’heure de notre arrivée. Que dire des petites attention: pain frais préparé par Léa, excellentes confitures maison, fruits et tout ce qu’il fallait pour déjeuner. N’hésitez pas à louer ce beau logement.

l will be back again, when visiting family in Auckland Rose's place was just lovely, amenities breakfast and Surrounds were amazing. Spacious living area couldn't ask for more thankyou Rose

Ian was a great host, very helpful i would recommend this place to anyone. it was a peaceful relaxing place that's well located with an excellent bus service right on the door step. the weather was amazing, we will see you in 2027 if you will have us back? ..

Really loved our stay at this absolutely stunning apartment - super comfy, clean and well-equiped with everything we needed. Electric blanket came in handy, kitchen was well-stocked and check-in was easy. Also really handy being so close to Britomart Station and an array of great CBD restaurants. Truly an amazing apartment - highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Absolutely incredible. We had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. Rozelle is a really lovely person and host who goes above and beyond with your stay with her kindness, responsiveness, detailed recommendations, thoughtfulness and helpfulness. The views are something from a postcard and the fact that you can see these from every room is spectacular. The peace, quite, and beauty is absolute bliss. The bus route is right there so it’s easy to get places and there is also a more coastal walk that you can do to Oneroa which is beautiful and not too strenuous. The accommodation is wonderful. It has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. You felt that you had luxury throughout. Highly recommend :). Thank you for a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Antoinette and Barry were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious, and a big thank you for the lift to and from the ferry. We had a great stay.

A handy spot for Devonport or Takapuna. Easy to find. Very small bedrooms up a flight of stairs from the small bathroom & toilet combined. Lovely kind hosts.

We loved our R&R time with Carin and Tai-yo. Great recommendations for a walk, beach walk to Sundays Cafe for morning coffee and broiche, fantastic fish and chips watching sunset. Carin is a wonderful host - well kitted out, loved the vege patch and outdoor area. Thoughtful with homemade bread, fresh fruit and flowers. Thank you so much Carin 💓

We absolutely loved this Airbnb—definitely a 10 out of 10! Everything was spotless, super clean, and perfectly organized. The thoughtful details from the hosts made our stay even better. The breakfast they offer was incredible, a perfect way to start the day. But the best part? The beautiful sky, the privacy, and the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely be back someday!

Conny’s place is just beautiful! Like being in a 5 star hotel - but also with a home away from home vibe . A friendly, responsive host and absolutely everything had been thought of. We will definitely stay again. I cannot recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, by my own error, I could not stay here. Colin was very helpful in trying to make it work and offered lots of resources. I’m sure it would’ve been a wonderful time. Hopefully when I’m there again, I can actually stay :-)

Stunning home & location. Peaceful, relaxing & private. Amazing breakfast both mornings provided by Bozena & Murray. Yum! Even on request Bozena made delicious burgers for dinner after our busy day sightseeing. Pristine home. We would love to stay again in the future.
