una cabaña muy linda, super acondicionado, todo limpio una estancia para la familia muy agradable, muy equipada no nos hizo falta nada solo mas días! en vdd recomiendo al 100% muchas gracias por prestarnos su casa en el bosque 😎👌

Truong was so kind. The power in the kitchen tripped and I had called around 11pm, he picked up so fast and answered all my questions. The place is exactly as described and much more! It was so peaceful and clean. Only 10-15 mins away from Disney parking lot (traffic considered). All the amenities that was listed was available. He has everything from utensil to coffee pot in the kitchen, provided more than enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Would 100% recommend. If I were to go back to Disney I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s cabin. Located on a quiet street the cabin is convenient to food, downtown shopping, and skiing. We appreciated the heating on those cold winter nights. The soap and lotion provided were a nice touch. If you’re traveling with kids, the old school arcade games are sure to be a hit! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again for another fun weekend in Big Bear.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house has plenty of space, making it perfect for families. The layout allowed everyone to spread out and relax, and the views were absolutely stunning. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and inquiries. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

The cabin was well put together. Spacious, great outside view, cozy theater, and balconies. After snowfall, the view is very picturesque. We'll stocked kitchen with good amenities. Beds, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. I'd love to come back.

Pros: This cozy cabin was a perfect space for our family of three. The backyard, porch, and cozy but open living/dining room was such a great space to spend our time together! Bonus was the backyard was perfect for sledding and the covered patio was great! Cons: We rent properties all over the world, and probably the biggest turn off of this property was the tone set for early and late check out. We completely understand the inability to honor an early or late checkout, but the tone set for guests is shockingly unforgiving. I understand how setting hard limits is easier on the business, but as a guest, it felt cold and unwelcoming. Our cabin was cleaned and ready earlier, but no effort made to let us know.

Maria’s place was great! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and peaceful area. Maria was super helpful as well—she proactively shared a weather warning with me a few days before our check in and responded to all of our questions regarding what would be the safest route.
