Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We were a group of 5 people who stayed. It was quite enjoyable having the entire villa. Space was clean. Everything we didn't have in our last Airbnb was there. Clean and new furniture with clean sheets. Clean Bathrooms and clean kitchen. It was a relief to check in in this place after checking out from the last one. Position of washing machine can be improved, all of us banged our head into the staircase trying to operate it. And, a tap can be provided near the entrance to wash of sand. We put a bucket of water outside, as we wanted to keep the place clean. If I ever have to be in Colva, I will definitely consider this place. A property run by individuals, who provide personal touch to their place are better than company run Airbnbs. We had a horrible experience staying in such place. I wish Amit and Vinita a very good luck. Thank you for great three days.

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

Renu’s place was very nice! Quaint house nestled deep in South Goa in Talpona. So peaceful, and the beach is right at the door, within 5 minutes of walking. There’s a Zest Cafe, and a couple of restaurants only nearby, but Zest is too good! You’ll not want to leave. Finding basic stuff is easy. Go there if you want a peaceful get away

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kyle. L'appartement est joliment décorée. Dans une résidence calme et centrale pour circuler vers le nord ou le sud de Goa. Bus et taxis à proximité. Kyle est très réactif et a toujours répondu à nos questions rapidement tout au long de notre séjour, c'est rassurant. L'appartement était un vrai havre de paix après chacune de nos longues et cahudes journées de découverte de la région.

We visit Goa almost every year, but this was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and it was an amazing experience! We were a group of three families (six adults, four kids) and spent four wonderful nights at Happy2UVilla in Candolim, hosted by Parul. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped—featuring three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a cozy kitchen, a large veranda, a big TV, a music system, and two refrigerators—perfect for a large group like ours. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants like Jazz Corner, and conveniently near Delfino’s supermarket. Parul was a wonderful host, always in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. The caretaker, Mallika didi, was incredibly helpful and even accommodated our requests, such as adjusting cleaning times. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, made beautiful memories, and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Goa.

We stayed in this property for two weeks time . The property is nicely located in a well maintained society . Walkable distance from beach . Very well suited for beach lovers .

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. If you’re thinking about going to Goa… take the risk and reach out to Binesh. He and the staff will treat you Better Than Family!!!

Perfect place for peaceful vacation, Responsible host and friendly. Had all the amenities as mentioned, We family of 5 stayed for 5 days. Felt relaxed and joyful. Beach is near by to the location. Great stay at Agonda Wellness. Dana and her team were wonderful people. I was invited to share lunch with them one day, and as a solo traveller I appreciated the gesture so much, and the food was delicious. The accommodation is right on Agonda beach, and Dana's restaurant recommendations were spot on. Tea and coffee in room, also toiletries. Additional beach towels were much appreciated too. They are lovely people and I would definitely recommend staying here (I was upstairs, which was fine, but next time I would love a downstairs room). Dana arranged a lift back to airport at reasonable cost. Come here, you won't regret it!

Saurabh's service apartment is a gem, just a minute's walk from the beach. The accommodation offers excellent value for money, with all promised amenities present and in good condition. Saurabh himself stands out as an exemplary host. His high responsiveness and willingness to assist with any concerns ensure guests feel well-cared for throughout the stay. For added convenience, quick e-commerce services like Blinkit and Instamart are readily available, catering to any immediate needs. One minor suggestion would be the addition of a mirror or dressing table in the room. Saurabh has already acknowledged this and plans to install one during the off-season, showcasing his dedication to enhancing guest experiences. In summary, this apartment exceeds expectations on all fronts - location, amenities, and value. Coupled with Saurabh's attentive hosting, it provides an ideal setting a relaxing beachside getaway. Amazing place and very good staff.

I had my first 2 nights in India ever, and what an introduction! Dharman was incredibly helpful allowing an early check in, by keeping the accommodation empty for the night before, and for no extra charge! Dharman booked us a taxi from the airport, so our arrival was hassle free!, and Dharman was waiting to greet us and check is in, he then drove my partner to the local supermarket to get supplies! The place is set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, was immaculate, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Dahman to help us with, booking boat trips, taxis and allowing a late check out! Would highly recommend this delightful gem and would love to stay again sometime soon!
