Dieses Haus ist fast wie aus einem Film, der Architekt hat es so gebaut, dass man einen tollen Blick in alle Richtungen hat, immer auf einer der Terrassen Schatten ist und immer eine frische Meerbriese durchs Haus weht. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte vorbei an Tavernen vom Strand entfernt, ruhig gelgen, und die Minimercados sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man ist für sich und doch mitten drin. Tonia ist ein Schatz und super zu erreichen, das ist ein Ort wo Erinnerungen geschaffen werden können. Absolut zu empfehlen, fast unwirklich schön. Und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort und das Haus strahlt einen kolonialen Charme aus, besonders wenn man Abends auf einer der Terrassen sitzt und die Sterne zählt. Es ist Platz für Mann, Maus und Auto... für Kinder ein Paradis und für Eltern ein Gelegeheit mit Familie zu entspannen. Wir sind das zweite mal in dem Haus gewesen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Tonia, für Alles.

Great house at an amazing location! The place takes you directly in the past, since all the furniture are vintage, yet very well maintained that feel quite new. The house can easily host two families with young children (in two big bedrooms), however need to note that there is only one bathroom. Finally need to say that Natasha has been an excellent host, she has been very responsive and proactive giving us excellent instructions about how to get to and about the house.

We had amazing time staying at Julia's. The apartment is in a very quiet location, there is everything you need for spending a few days, a few weeks or even a few months. It feels like home, it's very clean and very tastefully decorated. Julia is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive and very reliable! I can totally recommend staying here!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή!Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ζεστή και μας φρόντισε με το παραπάνω κι εμάς και τα ζωάκια μας!Η γκαρσονιέρα πεντακάθαρη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη,σε πολύ καλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά,που έβρισκες τα πάντα.Η τιμή πολύ λογική.Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

la casa è molto bella, ampia ed accogliente. l'host ci ha omaggiato con dell'ottima frutta! peccato non aver letto che era una casa per fumatori, errore mio. l'odore di fumo purtroppo era persistente in tutte le stanze, ma ripeto errore mio, nella descrizione della casa era indicato chiaramente.

Εξαιρετική θέα, όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι, καθαρό. Ο Γιώργος απαντούσε άμεσα και ήταν ευγενέστατος.

Πολύ όμορφο και μεγάλο σπίτι. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεδπότη ήταν άψογη. Από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες και εξαιρετικά value for money. Το συνιστάμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε στο σπίτι του Γιάννη και της Βάνας. Από την πρώτη φορά που ήταν πριν δύο χρόνια , έχουν κάνει αναβαθμίσεις στο σπίτι και το έχουν κάνει ακόμα καλύτερο ! Πάντα φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε . Οπότε θέλουμε να έρθουμε Καλαματα , μόνο εδώ θέλουμε να μένουμε . Είχαμε και το σκυλάκι μας μαζί και πέρασε τέλεια ..ειδικά στην αυλή . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα !!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The pool was incredible and the design of the house was a true pleasure for the eyes. The house had everything we needed, and even when supplies like salt were running low, it was easy to replace them—no big deal. Although the closest beach wasn't the cleanest, we didn't mind driving a bit further for better spots. Antonis was fantastic at sharing information and his genuine kindness was evident throughout our stay. We really have nothing bad to say about the property. Highly recommended!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Stathis. Georgia avait préparé des choses pour notre arrivée : Super ! Nous n'avons vu ça nulle part ailleurs ! La maison est grande et propre. La piscine est super !! Stathis et Georgia nous ont également conviés à la fête du village. De supers hôtes ! Il faut noter que la maison est dans un village en montagne. La vue est super. L'endroit est très calme et reposant.

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

Ήταν όλα πολύ λειτουργικά και φτιαγμένα με μεράκι και σεβασμό προς τους ανθρώπους που επιλέγουν το σπίτι της για τις διακοπες τους!Η ίδια ανταποκριθηκε αμέσως οπότε την καλέσαμε στο τηλέφωνο!!!Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα!!!

Anita was fantastic host along with the maid. The house is perfect for a retreat… but best to stock up on groceries as there’s nothing close by…. But that is the charm of the place. I needed a few more days there to just sleep swim and read. Great place for a couple to drink wine and watch the village lights twinkle in the distance The roads are narrow getting in and out and some good villages 30 minutes if you want a restaurant and drink The house is as it looks charming and eccentric ( for me) but that was its appeal the patio from the upstairs bedroom with a wine or book perfect. It’s a bit out the way so if using for a base expect some driving but as a country retreat perfect Thanks Anita for your care and use of your lovely house

Our week at Constadina’s place was a dream come true — maybe our favorite AirBnB stay ever. This was our first time in Greece and our first stay on our trip. We immediately felt ourselves welcomed into and immersed in the “real Greece.” The location on the sea was amazing. I half expected Odysseus to come sailing by. The region is stunningly beautiful! Constadina’s place was a perfect base for exploring the western Peloponnese, including archaeological sites like Olympia, breathtaking beaches like Voidokilla, and charming towns like Pyros. The unit itself was spotless and was comfortable in every way. Constadina herself is a truly exceptional host. Every recommendation she made, be it a taverna, a particular town, or a site to visit, was 5-star amazing. She made us feel like family. This feeling of connection was perhaps the most wonderful aspect of our visit. Those seeking glitz should go to Mykonos. Those seeking an authentic experience could not do better than this glorious place.

Apartment full equiped! All the facilities and very fancy. The host is very kind and always available and ready to Help. Full recomended!

όμορφος χώρος ,καθαρός ,περιποιημένος ,ησυχία ,με θέα την θάλασσα,κοντά στην πόλη.Ο ιδιοκτήτης άψογος.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

Όλα ήταν πολύ άψογα, για ανθρώπους που τους αρέσει η ησυχία είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, όλα στην θέση τους και old time house για τα δικά μου γούστα...ήταν αυτό που έψαχνα και στην επόμενη εξόρμηση προς Καλαμάτα εννοείται πως πρώτα θα ρωτήσω τον Νίκο!!!! Όσο για τον ιδιοκτήτη, χίλια ευχαριστώ για την όλη κατάσταση, μπράβο!!!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες και η κυρία Παναγιώτα εξυπηρετική όσο δε πάει.....Ότι χρειαζόμασταν,μας τα είχε δείξει πριν τη ρωτήσουμε...Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, μεγάλο και ζεστό.Υπηρχαν τρία μπάνια και αυτό διευκόλυνε πολύ τη διαμονή μας.. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Second time staying here, and I will be coming back! This time I stayed for a week in a larger room and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and perfect size with beautiful large balcony. Didn’t expect my room to be cleaned every other day throughout the week, very much appreciated! Highly recommend this place. Very close to city center.
