My Second Home in Solapur – Amazing Stay at Doshi Guest House! My stay at Doshi Guest House was nothing short of exceptional! The hospitality provided by Shama was truly top-notch—she made sure every little detail was taken care of, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was her homemade poha, which was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. The guest house is also very safe, with secure parking, which gave me peace of mind. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. From now on, this will be my second home whenever I visit Solapur. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay!

Property is situated quite near the main road and care taker of the property is an excellent person. Host kept a check on us until we checked in and out to ensure this stay remains comfortable for us… Helpful owners, care takers and people in the city… Highly recommeneded to stay and enjoy the ambience!!

As mentioned in previous reviews, there is only one air conditioning unit in the apt. However there is a very comfy futon that folds out into a queen bed in the living room near the air conditioner! The location is great, close to all the main attractions.

The welcome in itself is an experience here. Gabbar bhaiya was our go to person, he made our stay comfortable and easy. We stayed at Bella, it was a cosy, comfortable room. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

Very good property

We visited Bellary for a conference on 7-9th February 2025. We were in a bit of a fix in finding accommodation as the Hotel listings & reviews did not seem appealing. In a stroke of luck I chanced on Pratik’s listing. We chatted online and over a couple of calls our itinerary was sorted. As the regular housekeeper was unavailable, Pratik ensured that there was a person to greet us and show us around the house the day we arrived. The house was clean and very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood; felt just like home. The kitchen had all amenities to rustle up a meal but we brought in mostly vegetarian takeaways for dinner. The cutlery was ample. There is a nearby takeaway for idli/dosa breakfast, which we did, and got our coffee in a flask. Even though Pratik was not available at the property, he was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and quick replies to any queries. He is a welcoming host who knows his town. Someday we do hope to reciprocate his hospitality.

The place is extremely clean & peaceful and the host is super friendly & responsive. No of utensils are kept to prepare food yourself. I visited the place along with my family & everyone enjoyed the stay. The caretaker is also very helpful & very responsive since he stays inside the premises only. The location is slightly away from tourist attractions so can be tricky with the drivers you have booked since commute time becomes high & self drive options are unavailable within the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just minutes from the highway, making it easy to get around. The food prepared by the cook Mr Anil Rosario was homely and simply delicious. It was also great to find a truly pet-friendly place, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier. The host was incredibly accommodating. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Very naturalistic place surrounded with mountains, river, paddy fields, lots of birds, beauty views of sunrise and sunset. 45 mins drive to Hampi attractions. Had some maintenance issues but were addressed timely by both Host and Co-Host as soon as they were reported. Overall it was a good experience.
