It was a great time at Maria‘s place. The house is beautiful, super clean, very modern style and perfectly located on the island. The hosts are super friendly and always try their best to meet your expectations and they will do anything to give you the best stay on this island. Highly recommended!

We were three families with six adults and five children, so we really appreciated that Anta’s villa is so big. Also the pool area, bbq and tennis court are all lovely and make keeping the kids busy very easy. Anta set up for Maria and Anastasia to cook for us a couple of times- I would highly recommend that as the food was great and the ladies very kind and helpful. Anta also gave us many helpful recommendations. The villa is in a convenient location in the countryside but not too far from zakynthos so it’s easy to get to many things to do. Overall we had a lovely time, the house was lovely and perfect for a big group, Anta and her team were very kind and helpful to us. Thanks a lot!

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Azra und können diese wärmstens Weiterempfehlen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben die 3 Zimmer daher sehr gut untereinander aufteilen können. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon / Aussensitz und es gibt oben und unten jeweils ein Badezimmer, wobei wir nur oben geduscht haben. An den Wasserdruck gewöhnt man sich mit der Zeit ;-) Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam ein Putzteam und der Poolcleaner einmal vorbei. Ausserdem haben wir bereits vor der Ankunft hilfreiche Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars, Beaches etc. von Lia & Stathis erhalten. Für Fragen standen Sie uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und es war super einfach, das Apartment zu finden sowie der Ckeck-in und Check-out.

Villa très bien aménagée, confortable avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Nikos, notre hôte, a été très accueillant, chaleureux et plein de conseils et recommandations très utiles. La maison était très propre, avec les produits de base fournis et bien plus même : un panier garni de fruits nous attendait, une douce attention très appréciable. La piscine très agréable durant les chaudes journées. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et faire confiance à Nikos qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Eine unbeschreiblich schöne Villa! Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alles war perfekt gereinigt und in einem makellosen neuwertigen Zustand. Reizi war äußerst zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Er hat sofort auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und herzlich, und wir fühlten uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ☺️

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

We stayed at Ioanna (and Apostolos)'s place in Korithi, Zakynthos, for 1 week, and it was one of the most peaceful/beautiful locations we have ever experienced for a holiday. Prior to our arrival, we were contacted by the property manager Arthur, who provided a great Google list of recommendations all around the island, to help up build an itinerary. Arthur then met us at the property gave us the usual pointers, and left a helpful range of initial supplies including drinking water, olive oil etc. We were then left to enjoy the exceptional setting - perched on a rocky hilltop on the northern tip of the island, with 180 degree panoramic views east, north and west, looking north to the island of Kefalonia. We hired a car and the beautiful Agios was a short 5 minute drive, which has a beach and selection of eateries. If you didn't want to venture out at all, the local grocery shop and 1 restaurant provides a delivery service, eliminating the need for a hire car. An exceptional place!

I had a group of 10 people and it was such a beautiful time at the Villa. The host, Dimitris was so welcoming and helpful with anything the group needed. The location was in a great place, the airport is 8 minutes away, the Laganas strip is 10 minutes away, town centre is 10 minutes too. We came off season and loved the quietness and spent a lot of time in the villa - restaurants also deliver to the Villa. Everything was clean, i would definitely stay here again!

The Villa was remarkable, the host Nikos was fabulous and the environment was so friendly and welcoming . Zante town , was only 13 euros by taxi, which is very vibrant. Kalamaki , is so peaceful, beautiful and welcoming . We had two excursions from Nikos recommendations of tour company .Bestofzante, to the north of the island. It was a very splendid trip, safe, knowledgeable, humours driver that took us to many breathtaking landscapes. The beach for most is a small walk and a taxi for 10 euros . Nikos arranged airport transfers making our arrival/departure stress free. We had an evening departure flight. As the villa had no one booked In Nikos let us stay until evening . We are grateful and to Suzana/ Angela who kept the villa spotless , and Andreas for the pristine pool. We ate at the Pandesia each evening , a favourite for 30 years . Aris and his team are like family . Finding a resort you love , feel safe , a host you trust , sand/sea/sun there is nothing better ❤️ x

Wow, what a wonderful holiday in an amazing location. Tasos was a perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport for us making our arrival a very easy journey. He popped by to check everything was ok on many days. The property is beautiful, everything is decorated to a very high standard and kept very clean with daily housekeeping. We mostly spent our days by the pool and walked to one of the many wonderful restaurants for dinner each evening. We walked to the beach one afternoon and to the waterpark on another day. A very relaxing holiday and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Tasos

AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

Athina nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans les villas à l'emplacement unique avec sa vue sur la crique de Porto Limnionas. Vous serez très bien accueillis dans la taverne tenue par la famille d'Athina au pied de la villa qui permet de ne pas avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture malgré l'emplacement unique et assez isolé.

Toto ubytovanie bolo skvele. Spyros bol veľmi ochotný, komunikovalo sa s ním ľahko, vždy bol veľmi nápomocný. Určite odporúčam šla by som tam znova.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle villa Domenica. La villa est spacieuse, bien équipée avec une très belle terrasse toute aménagée. Elle est située dans un endroit très paisible entourée d'oliviers. Nous sommes arrivées de nuit toutes les lumières extérieures étaient allumées, facile pour trouver la villa. La communication avec Spyros s'est très bien passée, il a répondu rapidement à toutes nos interrogations. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié les attentions de bienvenue dans la cuisine et le frigo, ainsi que le ménage et le changement de linge en milieu de séjour. Je recommande très vivement cette villa. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

fabulous villa in a great setting. plenty of brilliant restaurants offering value food within easy walking distance. if you have a car, there are some great options near volimes also. the host was superb - great instructions and very responsive without being obtrusive. couldn't have wished for better.

Before we arrived we were sent details of places to visit and other information so we could be prepared before our stay. Upon arrival the villa looked bigger than the pictures. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The local amenities were on our doorstep, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We found everything we needed for our weeks stay within a 1min walk. This was extremely handy as we traveled with a 13 & 8 year old. The beach in the opposite direction was a short walk from the villa which had beautiful views, the beach has bars & restaurants too. The beach is famous for turtle spotting which we were lucky enough to see one. We would recommend a car to see the rest of the island.

What an amazing property. Stefania was a wonderful host who was able to accommodate us at last minute after arriving and finding our original villa, in the marineika vanato region, was under the flight path, 3 flights per hour for 18hrs a day almost ruined our holiday but Ambelos Villa saved the day. The villa is beautifully designed, modern, very clean and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is far bigger. Our children, 9 & 7, loved the mezzanine level with the lower roof, they enjoyed having their own seating area and bathroom. The pool and views are stunning. Sunrise with a coffee on the terrace with nothing but the sounds of nature was a highlight. Irini, the housekeeper is so friendly also. The area has lots of wonderful Taverna’s nearby, Votsalo being a must! Cameo Island is 15mins away. We hired quads to tour up to Zakynthos Town down to Vasilikous and back to the villa. A fun afternoon out. You will have a great holiday at this villa

Excellent séjour chez Aris et Nikos. L’accueil était top. La villa est propre, neuve, équipée, avec un cadre absolument magnifique. Les deux étaient toujours disponibles pour nous répondre et nous conseiller lors de notre séjour. Nous sommes également allés au resto de Aris : très bonne nourriture, et excellente ambiance. Nous recommandons très fort et encore merci à eux !

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

Generelt et fantastisk ophold, med utroligt gode værter. Dejlig nem velkomst og fantastisk privat, selvom de boede ovenpå - det opdagede vi ikke, ud over deres hurtige hjælp hvis vi spurgte. Ligger væk fra det mest turistede Zakynthos med masser af dejlige lokale oplevelser: Oplevede olivenolieproduktion live, lille lokal kirke, restauranter tæt samt små hyggelige byer at besøge. Og den private pool var helt utrolig lækker. Tusind tak for en fantastisk ferie☀️😄

We arranged a last-minute stay at this beautiful home and we were not disappointed. From the very first message it was apparant that the host wants you to feel at home and really enjoy your holiday. We were greeted with such a warm welcome with fresh fruit and cold drinks and shown the property. The outside area is fantastic for entertaining or just relaxing but the pool. While we were there we took advantage of a private boat trip where we were lucky to see a Turtle up close. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home

Der Aufenthalt war ein absoluter Traum. Die Besitzer der Villa sind unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist super saubere und das ganze Anwesen genau wie auf den Bildern. Es war eine tolle Zeit! (Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um einzukaufen, zu Stränden zu gelangen oder die Stadt zu erkunden.)
