Great stay with a great host! Traveled here on business and it was the perfect location. Communication was easy and the place was very clean.

Surprised our mom who loves Frank Lloyd Wright with a trip to Doug’s home. She had no idea until we pulled up and was in absolute awe of the place. The house is really is amazing and was so clean/cozy. We all had the most wonderful time, including our nine-year-old son who loved playing in the backyard in the snow. It was an incredibly unique experience and we would definitely recommend. Thank you for hosting us!

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

Billy was a very helpful and responsive host. The kitchen was very well stocked and bathroom was very nice. Lovely shower. It is a lovely private and quiet location. Plenty of beds and lots of room. It was a little pricey, almost $500 for one full 24 hours and the evening on day of arrival. Check out is at 10 am. Usually Airbnb is 11 am, Which gives enough time to have a leisurely breakfast and clean. I would recommend this location.

We had an unforgettable two-night stay at the Frank Lloyd Wright Eppstein House for my husband's birthday! The design of the home is breathtaking, showcasing Wright's iconic style while blending beautifully with the natural surroundings. The interiors are stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It was so cozy to spend the days reading and lounging in such a peaceful, beautiful space. Cooking in the vintage kitchen was a delight, and we loved enjoying our meals at the dinner table with a spectacular view. Even in February, the house was warm and inviting. Marika and Tony have thought of everything to make the experience perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway—we loved every moment of our stay!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this Kalamazoo home. The location was quiet and easy to access. And the accomodations within the home were quite adequate for our large group. We very much appreciated the rapid responses of both AnnaLaura and Sulan. They were great hosts who seemed to truly care about our needs. Doug

Eric’s space was super comfortable and homey! I will absolutely be staying again. We met Eric on the way out and he was just a really friendly and easy going man! Absolutely recommend staying here!!

Very nice place and a great value. Good location for WMU events. Close to amazing restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend staying with Douglas and Layne!

Everything was great with the exception of the slow draining of the water in the bathtub. We enjoyed our stay in Kalamazoo and will return to Matt's place if it is available.

Great place in a great location! Clean/comfy beds and the price was perfect! As stated in other reviews the toilet is very awkward, it’s inches from a jetted out wall so your legs have to spread to make room for the wall to go in between legs when sitting. We all laughed about it. But the price, room accommodations and location made the toilet a non issue, but I could see how it would be a mega problem for those that need more space. This apartment is in the basement which made it very cold, lots of drafts in the king room, we loved that, so it was not an issue with us. Would def stay here again if in the area.

Cute little place and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away! Kaydee was proactive with their communication and gave very clear instructions and information for the apartment. We also appreciated that there was NOT a massive checkout checklist.

We had a great stay. Lovely, historical building in a quiet, safe area. Place was immaculate, fresh linens, towels, dishware. Rebecca kindly provided extra bedding for the sofa bed, worked out well for the 2 of us. Close to the heart of Kalamazoo, but surprisingly peaceful. Rebecca responded to our questions right away. Will definitely return, great stay! .

John was a great host. He was very kind and accommodating. The space was lovely and well organized. It’s in the heart of Fennville’s beautiful wine and orchard country and so close to Saugatuck. Would love to stay again!

As someone who lives on the road 52 weeks out of the year, i’ve seen a lot of airbnbs, and this one is one of my favorites ever! Carlene is an incredible host, her communication always so thoughtful and prompt! She was even kind enough to leave me an assortment of little goodies upon my arrival. The place has everything you’d need while staying here for a couple nights or even a few weeks. I felt like I was staying at a wealthy relative’s house!

I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.

This was such a lovely spot for a relaxing beach trip! Super clean with easy access to the water and some great added bonuses at the dock. Communication was easy and clear--would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing, a very clean minimal place. There is a train right outside the building that was kinda loud but obviously out of anyone’s control. But other than that I had a peaceful stay!!
