A precious space right in town that we enjoyed so much, only wishing we would have had more time. Incredible hosts providing great communication and information to make our short time so special. The space had everything one needs and we were super comfy. We cannot wait to return. Thank you so much!

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

Great stay for our girls trip. The place was very neat and clean and presented just as described. There were many thoughtful “little essentials” that made our stay comfortable. The kitchenette had an electric skittle if you wanted to do some light cooking. There were 4 of us for a three night stay and there were plenty of towels/linens. The place is situated right in town so it is close to many restaurants and TC events. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property.

This place was PERFECT for our girls trip to TC. Beautiful, clean, easy check-in and out. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location! It is easy to walk to town and the lake. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We appreciated the book with local recommendations & the welcome bottle of champagne. The parking garage is attached & only $20 per day which seemed reasonable to us.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Heather’s place was absolutely perfect for a long weekend. If you love Traverse City, this is a great place to be. You are a block off of Front Street, and at the neat intersection of shops in the city. If you go in the summer, you are very close to the Lakeshore and to some great beaches. There are also a bunch of great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. This place is absolutely immaculate and it has everything that you need. The inside is absolutely beautiful. And, despite being upstairs from a restaurant, you can’t hear any noise, nor do you smell food cooking . In short- if you are looking to go to Traverse City and you’re lucky enough that this place is available, you’d be crazy not to book it! It has my highest recommendation!

This was probably my favorite vacation rental of any that I have used. The house was huge with plenty of room for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen. The pond and the forest made everything magical. Theresa was a wonderful friendly conscientious host. If you're coming to the Traverse City area, this is the place to stay. We also visited Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs.

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

The house was great and perfect for us. We brought our boat and being able to keep it on the private dock at the house for our whole stay was sooo convenient! .Such a short boat ride to the sandbar and public access to the sandbar literally across the street on foot. The house was clean and in great condition...just like the pics!! We plan to return next year!!

Perfect place for group of friends. It was secluded with a huge garage and space for yard games. Very easy to get to Torch. Ryan, the host, was very responsive and easy to talk to. Provided great recommendations and is very flexible.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was perfect- the beach, grocery, shopping, and activities were all near by. Our three families had no problem staying in the house. There was plenty of room for family time, games, and cooking. We loved this place!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is an absolute treat having our boat right outside at the dock. We loved listening to the loons. Mark, the property manager is super helpful (thank you!). The property is clean, clutter free, and the house is stocked very well with essentials. Michael accommodated a special request I had for our stay during booking and I really appreciated the opportunity. We would love to stay here again! My only complaint is the trip went by too fast!

Everything was great for a quick weekend trip for our three families. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and shared spaces were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Great location- close to Torch Lake and an easy drive to Traverse City. Didn't use the outside space, but it looked great! Thanks for a great weekend of memory making!

Great location and warm welcoming home stocked with essentials plus nice touches like firewood ready hot chocolate and coffee. The facilities and pool are great. Have stayed here several times and will be coming back again.

Great communications. Very convenient location for us, proximity to hiking trails and the offer of the attached heated garage in snowy TC was much appreciated.

Great location right on the beach, a couple of miles from Traverse City. Good food and shopping there . We visited in October and the foliage was amazing. Hope to return there in the summer to spend more time in the lake.

We had a very nice time staying at Andrew’s Airbnb. It matched the pictures perfectly and was in pristine condition when we arrived, looked and smelled very clean! Loved the hot tubs on the roof to relax in and enjoyed access to nearby things to do. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Spring was great and very helpful and responsive. Area was great. Was hoping for snow, but warmed up when we got there. Very close to downtown and very close to area attractions.

What a little gem! We felt very safe and at home at this condo. It was nice and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. More amenities than we could want or need and everything was spotless and well kept! We loved this place so much that we want to look at our own to purchase in the area. Will definitely stay again! Also… cannot beat the responsiveness of the owners. Top notch!

Awesome space in the heart of TC. Walking distance from great places to eat like The Parlor, Red Ginger, and Mama Lu’s. Also the interior was very clean with a lot of helpful notes about where to find things through the condo! I was a big fan of the heated bed, that thing is incredible.

Forest’s condo. is a perfect haven for fun, relaxation and comfort. She is extremely responsive to questions and wants the renters to have a great experience. We look forward to going back!
