Great experience overall. The apartment was just like the description. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. Also walking distance to Peace memorial park and museum.

Clean, well-equipped, good location, responsive host. Would recommend this place for groups of 2-3 people.

クリスマスパーティーで利用しました。6人で泊まりましたが、とても綺麗で良い空間でした。アメニティなども充実していた印象です。 壁や家具も綺麗で、写真映えすると思いました。 2段ベッドの上がエアコンの真横にあったのが気になりました。 また、クリスマスの時期だからか朝までカラオケのような音が鳴っていました。

We are a family of four and the space worked well for us. The over-all layout was a bit smaller than what we are use to, but it had everything we needed and was the perfect place to shower and crash at the end of a long day. The pictures and description of the listing are exactly how the space looks. As far as cleanliness goes, everything was very clean and well kept. The room was stocked with towels, toiletries, and pajamas for each guest. Right outside our room was a hamper to put dirty towels in and a shelf full of fresh towels to grab when you needed them. The absolute best part about our stay here was the location. It only took us 6 minutes to walk from the train station to the room. It was a quiet little neighborhood but so close to convenient stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

El alojamiento de Lan nos ha encantado. El barrio es tranquilo y muy local, de casitas bajas, y cerca está el templo To-ji, con la pagoda de madera más alta de Japón. Para ir a las atracciones turísticas más importantes necesitas coger el autobús. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la azotea de toda la ciudad son muy bonitas.

The amenities were brilliant (very useful to have a washign machine and kettle/fridge/microwave), super clear instructions and host was very communicative. Great location if you want to be by Kyoto station.

깨끗하고 넓고 너무 좋았어요 다만 조금 추웠는데 이건 어쩔 수 없는 것 같아용 역에서는 조금 거리가 있지만 그래도 쉬기에는 너무 좋았어요 따듯한 물도 잘 나오고 분위기도 좋아요. 다음에도 한번 더 방문해보려고 합니다

A wonderful place to stay if you are exploring Kyoto and surrounding areas. It is close to major bus lines and subways. Hosts were friendly, communicative, and met us in person when arriving and leaving. They answered questions promptly and helped with all the little details that make a great experience. Oh, and lots of dining options are within a 10m walk!!

房源非常新，房东给了我一个在阳台就能看到白川樱花的房间，很美丽。房间很大，有客厅很舒服，还有微波炉，洗衣机，房东还配备了餐具，最重要的是，这里离三条地铁站非常近，去八坂神社走路只需要五分钟，到四条只需要十几分钟，并且可以沿着白川走回家，一路都是漂亮的樱花。

Logement super agréable, très bien équipé et bien agencé. La propreté est impeccable et la literie très bonne. Nous avons pu cuisiner sur place c’était top. Le personnel est très professionnel et bienveillant avec un super plus pour le monsieur de l’accueil qui a été très attentionné. Merci à vous pour ce super séjour !
