Our stay at Da Wilderness Home was nothing short of amazing! The beautiful home and gardens provided plenty of space for our large group, making it the perfect retreat. This was our first stay here, and we were absolutely blown away—not only by the incredible location (close to restaurants and supermarkets) but also by the exceptional hospitality from our host. They truly went above and beyond in every way! Our organization makes an annual trip to Uganda, and after this experience, we know exactly where we’ll be staying in the future. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend staying here. Close to the city center but also in a peaceful area where you can take walks, access the lake, and have markers and restaurants nearby. The property is so beautiful and accommodating to large or small groups. We held a graduation party here and they handled all the details. The staff, however, was the best part of the stay. So very kind, helpful with whatever we needed, and a pleasure to interact with. I was sad to leave and look forward to another stay! Thank you, all!

Vi hadde nydelige dager hos Lena og Bengt; en tilbaketrukket oase i en kaotisk by. Det var interessant å snakke med dem, som har bodd så lenge i forskjellige afrikanske land. De gav også gode tips om hva som var fint å få med seg. Takk for et supert opphold!

This villa is big, really big. It can easily host a a big group of people. Communication was great and help was just a message away. The cleaning lady does a great job.

Leila was such a wonderful, kind and resourceful host and we enjoyed everybit of our stay. Immedietly when we arrived we took a deep in the prestine blue pool as we sipped a chilled wine and later on headed to the private sauna. The villa is beautiful and charming which made our stay spectacular and unforgatable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the sheer elegance of her home. Our room was spacious, spakling clean and the bed so comfortable that i slept like a baby. Her kitchen is fully equiped and functional making it easy to fix a quick meal. We did enjoy the rooftop terrace during the sunset as it has a panaromic view and a wonderful cool breeze as we winded up the day with a glass of wine. The place is spacious enough to host more people while eachone enjoying their privacy . I definately recommend the place. we will definately come again. thanks leila for your hospitality.

Ich habe mich sehr zu Hause gefühlt bei Rosa und ihrer Familie. Der Pool war super - habe ihn jeden Tag benutzt, um mich abzukühlen.

We have been coming to Lena & Bengts place from time to time as a 'staycation' spot - their house, sauna and pool are great, and even though the pool was not usable this time (due to heavy rain, you cannot argue with mother nature!), the sauna compensated well for that :) We got to enjoy Lena & Bengt's company as they were there this time, and felt relaxed and rested to return home afterwards. Thanks for the hospitality and opening your home to us!

Sharon's place was very clean, comfortable and private. We felt safe and everything about her home met our needs. The house is decorated with style and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex and the lifeguard is very friendly and great with kids. Sharon was very responsive and made sure we lacked nothing. Rashid was also responsive and helped as well. Definitely coming back! Thank you😊

Infinity pools did exceed our expectations for peace, beauty, space and privacy. It was lovely to have the pool all to myself. David and Wilson, thank you for making this memorable.

From the moment you enter the compound, the guard greets you warmly and directs you on where to park. Doreka and her team are ready to welcome you and oh what a warm welcome it is. The compound is immaculate! The penthouse is extremely beautiful both inside and out. There is no picture we managed to take that will do this place justice. The pool is exclusively for the penthouse guests and Doreka is willing to make arrangements so that you can use it at all times. On our first night we had dinner by the pool and our wonderful host even gave us extra dishes for serving. Our stay was so enjoyable, we were afforded all the privacy we needed and yet Doreka was still always around when we needed her. She even baked us the most amazing treats. Additionally, on the days leading up to the stay she was extremely great at communication. If there is a level above superhost, she should be the first to receive it!! Did I mention the cleanliness of the place? It is very very very clean!

Loved our stay at Dr Stella’s. Fun weekend get Away from Kampala in a home filled with lots of character. house staff made it super easy to check in and out and were very friendly. We loved the funky bus, old VW car, and the vibe of the pool. Thanks for a great stay!
