Great place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. There are a lot of shops around the place and there’s a shopping mall nearby as well. Not too far from town. Amazed with the properties the management is managing too. Will try other places next!

A good place for gatherings

The stay here is very cozy and relaxing. The unit is super clean. We are able to enjoy the morning breeze with a little lake view from the unit. The host is friendly and caring person who are able to communicate well. The location is very near to UTAR and has free shuttle service from the building. We will definitely come back to JJ Morden Suites again.

Smooth and easy instructions to check in & out. The host is always responsive and friendly. Unit was clean and comfy!

The host was very responsive, nice and helpful. The place is great and same as described. Everything was cool and easy to access to tourist attractions. The pool is the main thing especially if you bring kids. Just make sure you wear proper swimming attire. Since this place is new, so the host haven’t install wifi yet but overall its a pleasant and great stay!

The best place i have been in Champs Elysees. it is a very cozy place, you just do not want to get out from it. The bedsheet smells great and i hope they keep the quality of the unit the same. This will be my go to place now whenever i am in Kampar. There is just a slight bad smell from the bathroom , that could be due to the drainage pipe (which is kinda normal in Apartment/Condominium). The Wifi is intermittent (sometimes On , sometimes off). The mattress is kinda softer a bit.

It was a really pleasant stay at Nabil's "Rumahkita" home. The interior house deco and environment were nice. Anyone looking for a pleasant stay during your travel to Batu Gajah this Homestay will be a good choice and won't disappoint you. Recommend to fix a water heater.

Great stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this beautiful, clean and cozy place. Though it was a short period of power outage, but host was super helpful and prompt response. Recommended!

The place looks exactly like the pictures. It’s one of the best stays we have (for a big group). Love their facilities

Great place for family gathering -> kids enjoy swimming in the pool, daddies showing-off their singing talent in the karaoke room and mommies busy cooking special dishes in the big kitchen. Everyone had a great time. Host is very responsive with our feedback/request. We also had an amazing outdoor BBQ at night. Host provided a big BBQ pit. The kids already asking if we can repeat again coming here 😀

Our stay at Meng Lee’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house had all the necessary facilities, making it feel just like home. Meng Lee’s was incredibly considerate, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The welcoming snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

We satisfied with everything!!! This is the best homestay so far we came to Kampar. Thanks for the warm welcome by placing the cny oranges and other decorations on the table. We are comfortable staying here. Hope to stay again next year ☺️

Nice place to stay

The unit is very clean and tidy. Everything is great. Host gives very clear instruction to self check in. We didnt need to communicate alot since all very clear and easy. Except the condo pool facility, the management very strict. Please prepare fullset swimsuit if you want to get into the swimming pool.

The host provide us with a very clear instructions on how to check in. Since I had arrived quite early than the check in time, the host checked and allow us to check in early. The amenities described are available. The place itself is very beautiful and lots of things you can do. Very clean.
