Great place and host is kind always responsible

Magnifique maison, au bord de la rivière, avec une vue imprenable. A l'arrivée, tard le soir, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise car la maison est semi ouverte et nous n'étions pas habitués à une telle immersion dans la nature. Karin est venue nous rassurer et nous donner de bons conseils; nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avons aussi pu profiter d'un excellent soin/massage au spa de l'autre côté de la rivière. On est venu nous chercher en bâteau pour nous y amener; très chouette.

Perfect stay, nice small cottage on the beach.

Mandi's place was truly a hidden gem in Kep. It was just a little off then main road to Kep beach. It was an amazingly beautiful place. The photos don't do justice. It was larger in real life. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. The pool by the main bedroom was so cool and decorated with lighting. It was more beautiful when in the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need to cook a meal. Mandi and Steve are indeed superhosts! We felt their warm hospitality from the moment we made the reservation until we left. They provide clear instructions so the check in process was a breeze. They were so kind to let us check in earlier than the check in time. Our family truly loved our stay with Mandi and Steve and we would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone who is looking for a retreat in a quiet and serene place. Thanks again, Mandi and Steve!

Very good stay in Kampot, walking distance to everything you will need. We arrived late in the day without a reservation and the hosts were still able to accommodate us. Thanks so much!!

We loved our stay at Ken’s place! Ken was the friendliest and most helpful host and made us feel right at home. He arranged a scooter for us which was available as soon as we arrived, left a couple of beers in the fridge, helped us get gas, and was always down for a chat. The house is really beautiful and we loved all the plants inside the open living space, which was so peaceful. We also loved hanging out with Ken and his friends at the bar or at one of the local restaurants (Aneen’s was our favourite!!) - what a fun community they built! If we ever come back to Kampot we’ll definitely stay here again!

Très belle maison au calme dans un magnifique jardin. Bonne option pour visiter Kampot , Kep, la forêt et les plantations . À 15 mn à pied de délicieux restaurants . Personnel adorable, disponible , petits déjeuners kmer copieux, ou continental 5 $ par personne. Hôte très réactif pour toutes vos questions. Merci 🙏 Nous recommandons.
