Honest Review I was initially worried about parking and Kitchen utensils as mentioned in one of the previous review. But don't worry there is enough space to park two big SUVs The place is Spacious, clean, and has all the things required for a peaceful stay. I got the below 1. Smooth self checkin process 2. Spacious and clean rooms. Hall has big sofa bed room has premium quality bedding and blankets 3. Kitchen is well equipped with all amenities required for cooking and eating. Aquaguad for clean and safe water is also available 4. Washrooms have basic toiletries and qeaser 5. Covered Parking 6. Smart TV All in all great experience for the price I paid. it's located just opposite to Radisson Blu Ghy Hope this review helps other travellers for their upcoming bookings. Also host is friendly and understanding.

I recently visited Guwahati for Kamakhya Devi darshan and had a wonderful stay at Riverside Palm Homestay, hosted by Mr. Ahmed and Aziza ji. The place is beautiful, artistic, and homely, but the warmth and hospitality of the hosts made it even more special. They were always just a call away, helping with directions, food recommendations, and amenities. As a pure vegetarian, I appreciated Aziza ji’s food suggestions. She even personally checked a TV issue I faced, which speaks volumes of their attentiveness. Their caretaker, Sandy, was also very kind, ensuring I had great tea and breakfast every day. A unique touch I loved was the creative way house rules were displayed—beautifully written and engaging rather than just instructions. It added a personal, artistic charm to the space. The location is perfect, and the stay was comfortable, affordable, and beyond expectations. Would love to stay here again!

I have stayed in so many airbnbs all across guwahati since such a long time but i have never come across a better place than Utsav's Bnb. The Bnb itself was spotless, clean, well maintained and had all the amenities one could need. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and even a face wash eith other body lotions and stuff which was to my utter suprise as not a lot of Bnb's are that generous enough, and the bedroom and its interiors are jusrlt WOW. I even had friends come over, we even had a small party with full privacy and Utsav was so understanding that he even asked the caretaker to open the gate late at night around 3am for my friends to leave. My current fav place to stay in guwahati for sure!

Positives: 1. In a busy market area yet not noisy as the apartment is inside. 2. Very friendly host. Arranged car for us when the Mobile Internet services were down due to exams for Assam Government employment. Took trouble of getting us Mishti Dohi, when my wife enquired about it. The 5 star rating is due to the friendly nature of host. 3. Two bedrooms sufficient to sleep 4. There is a living cup dining room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an AC and attached toilet. Negatives 1. Soaps and moisturising lotion left by previous occupant was still in bathroom. 2. The attached bathroom shower handle was coming off. It was not clear how to control the geiser in that bathroom 3. The common bathroom shower was only providing lukewarm water inspite being switched on for more than 15 minutes. The host could not be contacted on Sunday when we were leaving till 10AM as he was sleeping. He may provide alternate telephone numbers to contact. Also wifi details can be provided at checkin
