This is a great location near many things to do and see. Our dog was welcome, and the place had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again! There is a little road noise if you’re a light sleeper, be aware. It didn’t bother us, though.

what a beautiful townhouse in an amazing location. it's a very quick drive to anything in kanab, and convenient to both Zion and Bryce. The unit is laid out very efficiently and the five of us never felt like we were in each other's way. The kitchen is well stocked and has several different options for cooking. A++ !!

This was a great place to return to after a long day adventuring. So many amazing things to see in this corner of Utah that we stayed here for a week and made this little house our home. The kitchen was perfect to cook at home and the location is so close to town if you decide to go out instead. The hot tub was a main reason for booking this location but it was sadly "under repairs" when we asked about it with "no maintenance on site". That was a bummer and would have loved that to have been included on the listing. Also worth mentioning, the bedroom wall is shared with another unit so if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise you'll be real familiar with how often you're neighbors use the bathroom at night. It's also right next to a main road which isn't shown in the photos. Overall this place is perfect for setting up a home away from home while seeing all the beauty Utah offers. Make sure to visit Best Friends Sanctuary!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The condo has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has all you will need and more, the family room is cozy. The location is excellent! It’s the perfect place to see and do everything from! Plus, the community is quiet and peaceful. There are scenic mesa views and wildlife. After days of long hikes, the hot tub was definitely a treat to soak in under the stars in the cool evening air. But what made this place really special were all the extra considerations. They thought of everything. There was an excellent variety of board games next to a large dining room table which was a fun way to wind down and laugh with the family before bed. They also supplied extra things you might need or like, such as hiking poles, backpacks, white noise machines, a doggo bed and other pupplies, extra charging station spaces, plentiful linens, even a crib and high chair in one of the closets. Fantastic stay! ❤️

Perfect place to stay in the area lots of hikes in Kanab. As well as 1 hr to Zion and about an hour to Page to Glen Canyon. So cozy and walk outside to mountains.

Affordable, nice place to stay while exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and there were spices and other pantry items available. It was great that dogs were allowed as well.

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

Great vacation home. We stayed 4 nights as a group of 2 couples. Easy check-in / checkout. Despite other comments, the kitchen has all basic things you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked every evening without any issues. Be aware that no shower gel / shampoo is provided as described by the host.

I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Kanab. Great location, so close to everything and easy to run into town and grab whatever was needed. Great for kids, lots of games, fun bunk room, and pool and hot tub were a hit. Clean, nicely decorated and Melissa was great at responding to all inquiries. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property was amazing and fit our needs very well. The kitchen had everything imaginable with plentiful dishes and appliances. There was also an abundance of towels and sheets available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and direct access to hiking in the area. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place. The home is in a beautiful location surrounded by red cliffs. It was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The check in and check out processes were simple and Tim was very responsive.

This place is a gem. Spacious, bright and a beautiful backdrop of the red canyons. My family of 6 and 3 dogs enjoyed every bit of our stay. We love the big kitchen- which we used making our Christmas dinner. The place is conveniently situated near the Kanab downtown where you can find markets and restaurants. Pete was also good at communicating. He introduced us to Roam- who coordinated our excursions. There was not enough time to explore the vicinity. There are still places and activities we wanted to do. So we will be definitely come back. I already recommended this place to others as they saw my pictures of our vacation. Until next time.

We were a party of four. Two from Australia. Two from Salt Lake City. We all thought the home was beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated by the Aussies as they couldn't pack enough for a three week stay in the U.S. The location was amazingly beautiful. Completely surrounded by red rock mountains. Jennifer was responsive and helpful (although we had no problems with the home). Kanab is a fantastic place. The hiking is spectacular. After a full day of hiking, it was great to come back to Jennifer's gorgeous home to rest and relax. We will try to stay there the next time we visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable! We (and our dog) loved the backyard. Also, house is walking distance to the main street and we enjoyed walking around in the afternoon/evening. Great location for all of the outdoor activities we had been looking forward to in southern UT and northern AZ. Recommend Jakey Leigh’s (coffee/bagel/scone) and Rocking V. Wish we could have tried Houston Trails End but they were closed for the season. Thank you for a great stay!

A Truly Exceptional Stay I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I booked until check-out, they were incredibly responsive and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. Their patience and thoughtfulness truly elevated our stay. In addition to the gorgeous accommodations, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a short 5-minute drive to an array of restaurants, it provided the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and stress-free getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Mike's place. It's comfortable and fully stocked, and Mike was an excellent host. Kanab is an outdoor person's dream location, with beautiful hikes within 1 hour and lots of activities like off-roading, astronomy, hiking, etc. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
