Great place to stay at!!! Kellie is a super host left us snacks, 6 eggs from her farm and even a sincere thank you card! She always replied quickly when I had a question. Had great restaurant recommendations as well. Comfortable bed after long days of hiking nice big couch to lounge relax and watch TV. The Airbnb is right in between Zion and Bryce so if you are going to both parks like we did perfect location to stay at! 25 minutes to Kanab and some good restaurants in that town! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Kellie!!!!

Popcorn Ranch was everything and more we hope for when looking for a place to stay on our vacation. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Secluded but close to town and all the trials/views. The views just walking out the door were breathtaking.

Excellent home to stay in near major National Parks. Kanab is super cute and fun as well. Highly recommended if you are traveling to SW Utah for parks. Beds were super comfortable too! Our whole family loved the location!

I absolutely loved the Western Star home. It’s really great when you can get an education from your lodging. I took advantage of all Sherene offered. Her movie collection of westerns shot in the Kanab area, her book collection and her notes scattered throughout the home. Mind you, beautifully hand-written notes on vintage tags. Sherene, you’ll be happy to know, I took your advice and watched the vignette in Westward the Women. So cool. This is the first airbnb I’ve stayed at where all the furniture and stylish touches were top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fit the western, Little Hollywood theme. Even the salt and pepper was in a little gunslinger leathery wrap belt. I had my little dog with me who LOVED running around the yard. This is a terrific central place for all the Utah and Arizona parks and trails. While there, I did Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Navajo Bridge, Route 89 circle passing by Vermillion Cliffs, and Monument Valley. TYSM

Great house, great location and great host. Deborah’s place had everything we needed for a week vacation and is the perfect location for Zion and Bryce.

Our group of 6 adults had plenty of space to relax, including a great patio area. Definitely within a short walking distance to the downtown area. We enjoyed the mix of new and old in the house. Great collection of books, records and games to enjoy as well as a completely modern kitchen!

I booked this Airbnb as a gift for my parents. They selected it after switching from another Airbnb I had chosen, and they absolutely loved it. Had nothing but positive things to say about the decor, location, coziness, and space. Thanks for bringing my parents some well-earned relaxation, comfort, and joy!

What a beautiful neighborhood and lodging! Plenty of trails nearby, some are walkable and many are a quick drive away. I stayed with my dog and the host was friendly and available for any questions. The casita was private and peaceful.

What a wonderful stay. Location, quality, proce, and host were all amazing. We used this as our home base for Zion, Bryce, and other cool stuff in Kanab. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was nice, the bedding, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, it just felt so nice and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home from our days out and sitting outside while we made dinner. The dogs loved the dog park right behind us too. The surrounding mountains were beautiful, and the town had everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We stayed for six nights in March and April as a family of five. During our stay we visited Zion, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Pink Coral Sand Dunes. Our cozy stay in this home served as a perfect home base for these adventures, and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub to soak our muscles after chilly hikes. The house was styled SO beautifully- it had a really calming feeling that was especially important for our neurodivergent family. The kids games and toys were a nice touch, and the kitchen had wonderful supplies that allowed us to make some meals "at home." Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The nicest Airbnb me and my family have stayed in, over 8 trips out west. Both the house and its location are beautiful. The host was responsive even when we needed assistance over something stupid. They were very helpful. And the roof top is on another planet. We are hoping to return next year.

If I could give this townhouse 10 stars, I would. My family and I came in after a long day and little sleep and I instantly felt relaxed when we stepped through the doors. The home is spotless and has literally everything you could ever need/want. It truly is a home away from home. The hosts were super quick to respond and also very friendly. We felt safe and loved our stay here.

Amy’s place was exactly what was described and everything was perfect. The home was clean and offered all the amenities we needed. The views are spectacular! This place did not disappoint!!! Amazing location, house was clean and spacious with amazing views. Mike consistently checked in and was quick to respond to any questions. The concierge services they provided helped us plan a week full of memorable excursions and hikes. Will definitely book again!

This place was perfect for our family’s needs. Had well stocked clean kitchen, washer and dryer, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and even a Tesla charger. It was reasonably priced and the host was great, very responsive. The house looks older from the outside, but don’t judge a book by its cover. The inside is renovated with fully functional appliances. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

The place was perfect for our South Utah get away, close to the parks but tucked away enough that you feel like you are in your own space away from the crowds. It was quiet, easy to find, and the front porch was lovely to relax on at the end of the day.

Very memorable multifamily vacation. Great location close to multiple outdoor destinations. The home was extremely welcoming. We had everything we could ask for. The house is well built and well appointed. It’s no stranger to kids and families running around and having a good time. The beds were very cozy after a hard day, hiking and playing. Plenty of hot water, despite having to scrub the outdoors off of multiple children. This is our second time coming to red Hollow Ranch. We hope to make the trip a family tradition

The house is awesome. We loved the layout of the house and the location. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great, and the location is close to a park which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Super peaceful place and loved the off grid experience. Makes me want to try to do more of this in my own practice. Very inspiring and fun place. Loved the quiet surroundings and how remote it is. We had a little trouble locating it so definitely set the odometer and keep an eye on the signs. I didn't read the fine print about no hot water which is not an issue as you can boil water for washing off and doing dishes. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend if you're looking for something different and environmentally friendly! The pups loved it too.

Rose is an amazing host! She was extremely helpful any time we needed something. The cabin stayed nice and cool with the a/c on and the bed is comfy! Don't forget to enjoy the night sky; you can see plenty of stars! Things to do: Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (eat at their vegan buffet for $5pp no tax -we aren't vegans, but loved the food!) This place has free tours, we did 3 of them. They are all amazing and informative! Don't forget to check out the kitty room and Roxie's Room at the Welcome Center and then the Adoption Hub for more animals to love on! After BFAS hike the Sand Caves (free). Right down the road is Belly of the Dragon -easy hike. Bring a flashlight. Do Kanarra Falls in Kanarraville (must have reservations online in advance-$15pp) heard it's the best hike and better than the Narrows in Zion. Three Falls hike in Hurricane is also nice and free! Don't forget to do Peekaboo Slot Canyon in Kanab and the ones in Grand Staircase Escalante! Nomad Cafe: pumpkin cin rolls yum!

Our stay was great! The host was very communicative and the house is beautiful in a stunning part of the country.

We used it as a Centerpoint between parks we were going to. It was very handy for our big family to get together. When we needed his help, he answered the phone right away, which is very appreciative. We had four families there and we all really enjoyed it and like it.
