An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

We had lovely long stay in Sifi's house. The house is very spacious, our kids had many opportunities to play peacefully inside and outside too, they also appreciated the pool in hot summer. Position is great - close to Vassiliki and yet far enough to enjoy more peaceful nights. What a view from balcony! :) The kitchen is fully equipped and we appreciated the washing machine and very effective aircon. The house would be even better if it had more free closets for clothing and obviously parking, which is really difficult to get in this area. We really enjoyed our vacation, thank you!

Ο χώρος ήταν απλά υπέροχος , ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα και εννοείται το κατοικίδιο μου ! Πανέμορφη αυλή , ο χώρος είχε όλες τις ανέσεις , πλήρως εξοπλισμένος , όμορφος και καθαρός ! Ο Γιάννης εξαιρετικός στη συννενόηση και στην επικοινωνία . 5⭐️ σε όλα !!!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

Φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι!! Υπήρχαν τα πάντα, ακόμη καφές και νερό. Για το καλοσωρισμα υπήρχαν γλυκά και ποτά! Ήσυχη περιοχή με ωραία θέα στην φύση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά σε διάφορα αξιοθέατα και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους. Η μητέρα του Πάρη μας έκανε δώρο και χειροποίητο μπρελόκ για ενθύμιο.Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!

Gemütliches Kleines Apartment mit Kochmöglichkeit. Man ist zu Fuß in ca 5 min am Hafen. Wir haben die Zeit hier genossen

Antonis‘ apartment was just unbelievable! He’s a very friendly guy, was always giving me valuable advices about the area. He was reachable every moment and recommended me good beaches, restaurants around there. The apartment was really good located, the area was very quiet and silent. The neighbors saw me and asked me if everything is okay. They were very friendly as well. The beaches around there were just amazing! It was my first time there and I would say I would go there at least every two years. His apartment was very big and a family with two kids would easily fit in there. I was just by myself so it was very big but comfortable for me. Next time I will definitely go to Antonis’ apartment and hopefully it is gonna be available :) I felt like at home. Efharisto poli for everything man!! Highly recommended!!!

The check-in and all the communication was easy, smooth and responsive. the place itself was super clean, down to each and every cup and fork. There was coffee, some juice and even a bottle of wine which was very nice. The pool was spotless. it's a beautiful, charming, secluded place that has amazing views, 2 little kittens that visit often and is just a little Greek dream. we will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous time at Paul’s and Schouten’s place. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is the place for you. When we travel we tend to explore and go around but this time we spent a lot more time at home… that tells you how much we enjoyed the place 😀. The surrounding nature, the landscape of the garden and the pool are ideal for relaxation and for kids entertainment. The location serves well all sides of Lefkada with most places at about 20 to 40 min distance. We especially liked the village of Karya which is only 10 min away by car. Paul and Shouten will also give you great tips for the best places to visit. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was beautiful. Cosy and cute, had everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and lovely white linen. The bathroom was immaculate with a large shower unit and great toiletries and fluffy towels. Elena was a star, lots of information about the area and sorting out a water issue. The caretaker was straight out to sort it. Excellent communication, Can’t fault anything.

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Ein früherer Checkin war ohne Probleme möglich. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Villa nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar ist, daher muss bei Anmietung eines Mietwagens unbedingt auf eine Motorisierung geachtet werden.

Very clean, all conditions offerred, Elena and Konstantinos were very kind to us, they helped us with recommendations and with everything we needed. We had everything we needed for each apartment (kitchen, living room, balcony, comfortable bed). The pool was great. The location was perfect, we could reach the beaches very easily by car, we had parking in the yard and at a walking distance there was the olive oil factory, a supermarket and a bakery. We highly recommend Elena summer house. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful views, and wonderfully peaceful place. We were there in the off-season with no one occupying the other homes which was lovely. It would feel less private in the busy season with neighbors around, but the views would be still very worthwhile. The sunsets over the ocean are incredible. Only suggestion to guests would be to bring beach towels for the pool - we didn’t have enough towels for the week and needed to get some in town.

I had doubts before arriving to the property. New construction, no reviews, no history... I could imagine many issues to go wrong, things that don't work or are missing, construction works during our stay... you name it. Nothing of that happen! The 6 villas are impeccable, impossible to find a fault, and the service offered by Aggelikh and her team is really outstanding. It was a wonderful week, thank you so much!

beautiful house with a lovely garden and stunning view. the apartment has everything and is fully equipped near two beautiful beaches and also there is a beach i front of the house with 3 minutes walk the host is great he granted everything we wanted very soon. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one day

ottimo benvenuto ci ha accolto con dolcino della casa. la casa è apparsa subito molto accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, dai tappetini ai lampadari tutti coordinato. deliziosa e spaziosa. An amazing villa, fully furnished and super! Clean. We traveled with a 1.5 years old baby and Loana provided everything we needed for him (bed, sheets, chair). Every 3 days they come to clean and change sheets and towels which was very nice. Even though we arrived late at night Loana was responsive and welcomed us in including coffee, jam and crackers that waited for us in the living room. Loana and her team provided us with recommendations of where to visit and eat which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again.

The Panorama Villa is located in Vrachos, in Epirus, in the middle of the green of the leaves of olive trees and others, where a lot of birds can be observed in Octobre. It is in the centre of a Garden, a little above (about 500m) the fishermen‘s harbour of Lygia, a calm village located along the coastal road. Everything was perfectly in order, the panoramic ocean view was under the clear blue sky and sometimes the waves of the Ionian Sea enriched the peaceful atmosphere surrounding Spyridon’s house acousticaly. Vaso is a friendly person, sie welcomed us warmly and later directly answered if a question arose. All in all the Panorama Villa is the perfect Place for calm and relaxed holidays on the coast in Epirus.

We (my husband and I and our 2 kids (2 and 4)) had a lovely stay at Villa Rocca! The house has everything you need, is beautiful and has a laidback atmosphere. It is a 5 minute walk to the (pebble) beach and the nearest restaurant is next door! The other restaurants and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. Really convenient! The only thing we missed a little bit, is a nice outside area to sit. There are two yards (front and back), but they are quite small and not very inviting to sit in. It didn’t really matter for us though as we were out most evenings. Lastly, Antonella is a very nice host! She is easy to communicate with, very friendly and super helpful. All in all, we had a great holiday at Villa Rocca and highly recommend staying here!

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

It was a little tricky finding the place, but that was Google map’s fault! Ciprian was extremely responsive, overly helpful and a phenomenal host. His place was well stocked, quiet location, more than enough parking and he made great recommendations for places to eat, beaches to go to and parts of Lefkada to enjoy. The great thing about his place is that it’s central to all the popular spots. You’re going to drive anyways, best to be in a central location. And the main square (5min walk) has a couple restaurants, a bar and a pharmacy with helpful owners. Great value, great experience, would definitely go again! Thanks Ciprian!
