Suann’s place is simply charming. You can feel the love and care as soon as you cross the threshold. The pictures actually do not do justice to how cozy and welcoming it is. Suann was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had. She left us snacks, chocolates, coffee pods, candles, and plenty of essentials that most hosts do not. The neighborhood was quiet, with the occasional train, which we loved. The location is close to beautiful hiking trails with a gorgeous view of the river. Thank you Suann - we felt right at home!

We were doing a roofing project in the area and this house was perfect for our crew to stay at! Very clean and we loved the backyard with the view of the river. Awesome hosts with great communication!

Great stay. Close to downtown and to hospital which was great for us as we were in Charleston to visit with hospitalized family member.

Tammy’s place was perfect for our large group! She was very responsive and flexible with our many requests. We would definitely stay there again!

We were in town visiting family and had a great stay at this house. We really enjoyed the open space of the living room - to-kitchen, sitting on the deck, and walking the large lot of land. Beth is a great host with a clean beautiful property. Glad we were blessed to experience it.

Dave created an environment that makes guests feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Dave the Super Host was very knowledgeable about the location, amenities, and services, and able to provide helpful recommendations. Dave and his son was very Positive and Professional.

We visited the New River Royal Gorge National Park and other surrounding sites but wanted to stay out of the busier Charleston and Berkeley areas. Jim’s place was the perfect spot to be. We were in an apartment right beside the Kanawha River. The unit was modest but had everything we needed and was very quiet. Great spot.

Our family was in the area to ride Hatfield McCoy’s Ivy Branch Trail System and this house was perfect for our family of 8, but could sleep 12! Lots of room for parking several trucks with trailers. Bub was very fast to answer when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area!

The place was easy to find with lots of parking for trailers and toys. It had easy access to the Ivy Branch trails and it's located about 30 minutes from the new Tornado trailhead. We had a great time staying there and would come back again.

Elizabeth went over and above what I expected, she answered my emails and text immediately. she provided some of the best experience I've had in a long time. her staff is top notch. plan on going back and doing a trail ride, went to fish but had such an amazing time with quads, people were very friendly. felt at-home. Thankyou Elizabeth.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well kept. There were a lot of memorabilia related to the history of the cabin and farm. Hands down favorite part was the giant screened in porch with fireplace and hot tub. We even bought an air mattress to "camp out" one night on the porch. Best sleep I've had in years! Like every place in WV, it's a bit off the main roads, but that's the appeal. No traffic to contend with and quiet relaxation. Even with the drive, groceries and some restaurants are only about 20 min away. Would definitely go back.

I wanted to get away for a few days, a solo trip and it was beautiful. I felt safe and I enjoyed myself. Good sleep doesn’t come easy! Hopefully I will get a chance this summer to visit again! Sharnette

We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. This was the absolute perfect place to stay while visiting the area. The location is serene, the house was very cozy and well equipped. They thought of everything. Literally felt like home away from home….except in the woods….and quiet…and extremely relaxing…….did I mention serene? We loved it. 5 Stars and definitely recommend!

Elizabeth is an awesome host, I have been a few places in my life, in US and abroad, and I can honestly say, I don’t think I have ever an experienced such a warm welcome and amazing stay experience, as I did while staying at Liz’s place, she is a “busy” hard working Woman, making sure things are just right…. I will definitely be back to this beautiful hidden gem. Truly a memorable, unforgettable , life changing experience , just what i needed. Thanks for everything Liz🙏🏼 And thanks to your whole team!

The place was absolutely amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, and the little trails off the property were especially convenient! Elizabeth was a FANTASTIC host!! She brought us on a tour when we first got in and on the way back she brought us through the woods after some rain. It was both me and my boyfriend’s first time being in an ATV and Elizabeth was the perfect person for it to be with! She’s very passionate about what she does and it’s very apparent! I most likely will be booking again in the summer months!

It was absolutely beautiful! We had a fabulous time and Scott was so helpful and informative our entire stay. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back soon!!
