Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, spacieux et équipé avec le nécessaire. Un super toit terrasse très agréable en journée et en soirée avec un petit bassin d’eau fraîche. Michael est vraiment un hôte au top, hyper réactif à nos demandes. Restaurant en bas de la résidence très bon et très pratique. Une rue avec plein de petits commerces juste à côté. Un tout petit peu en dehors du centre ville. Seul bémol beaucoup de moustiques dans cette zone

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Sandrine. Nous sommes restés 1 mois. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont spacieux et confortables. Le personnel est serviable. Des commerces, supermarché moderne et petit marché khmer, sont accessibles à pieds dans la rue de l’immeuble.

Couldnt have asked for a better location with amazing views of the river. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I spent hours just sitting on the balcony watching how locals spend their time by the riverside. The apartment itself is unique. The highlight was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the river. The downside was the many stairs it took to get to the 4th floor. Definitely a good workout. Not the safest place for small kids as there are many steps and it is on the rooftop. The bedrooms were nicely done up and the beds were comfortable. A few issues with air con leaks and water supply in one of the rooms. I loved that each room had it's own kitchen. It's so self contained and ideal for a bunch of friends traveling together. The only major downside was the massive construction right next door which started at 730am and ended at 10pm. Lots of noise, dust and I didn't feel comfortable getting into the hot tub with dozens of guys around. Sleeping in was impossible too. Wish I had known before. Construction aside Borei's apartment is a great find and good value for money.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

J'ai passé un mois merveilleux dans cet appartement à Phnom Penh, et je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Le logement est très bien situé, offrant un accès facile aux principaux points d'intérêt de la ville tout en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour prolongé. La décoration est soignée, et l'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse et accueillante. Notre hôte Michael a été absolument exceptionnel : très réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Il m'a également donné de très bonnes recommandations pour découvrir la ville, ses restaurants ainsi que ses différentes attractions. Que vous soyez en voyage d'affaires ou en vacances, ce logement est idéal. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente. Un grand merci à Michael pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité !

Très agréable séjour dans l appartement avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner et se restaurer au restaurant de la résidence, l appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant mais dans une rue très calme, le centre ville et les sites touristiques sont faciles d accès en Grab ou en Tuktuk. Merci à Michael et son équipe pour l accueil sympathique et les bons conseils pour explorer Phnom Penh !

The flat is at 23rd floor and the view with the city and the river is amazing to watch. The sunsets and sunrises are so mesmerizing you almost don’t wanna leave the apartment. Everything in the flat is in very good condition and spotlessly clean. Easy-to-follow instructions for the location, the check-in, the wi-fi, and the check-out. The building has its own 24 hr mart at the ground floor. Everything is very convenient and I like the location aswell. The host is very responsive and they have plenty of list of recommendation about anything you can ask for! I’d consider to stay here monthly if I were living there

Enjoyed my stay here. Had everything I needed. What I liked least was that the mattress was too firm but that's typical for this region. It's a Chinese construction so the quality was as expected. Otherwise, the pool was nice, the gym was adequate, and the aircon worked well. Very local area, walkable if you're familiar with Cambodia but more chaotic than other areas like BKK.

A strategic place to explore Chroy Changvar and neighbourhood. Most important of all, it is neat and comfortable, and it has all the necessary facilities of a home to function well daily - kitchen to cook, dining area, relaxing space, quite spacious bedroom and washing machine. The check-in process was clear and quick. The host was very responsive. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was very clean and quiet, despite some construction work outside. The gym is a bit dated, but it doesn’t matter as it is fully functional. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Located in the heart of BKK1, you’ll find everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. There is also a market close by. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided local recommendations and suggestions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and as described in the profile. There were lots of food stalls, grocery stores, and coffee spots within easy walking distance from the apartment. The apartment building also had a convenience store located in the lobby. So, it was super easy to navigate. Tuk tuks were readily available when we wanted to explore outside the neighborhood. The price was always really affordable. It was nice to have a nice-sized apartment to return to after a day of seeing the sights in Phnom Penh.
