We had a group of 9 of us and we were all very comfortable here. Very lovely and spacious home on the lake. Beautiful scenery out the balcony windows. Beautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. The location is very close to New London and Spicer. Very easy to get too. Plenty of space for parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub - both soooo nice! We also did a shopping and eating day in New London, what a cute little town. Great shopping and eating! The host is very friendly, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend with our adult children and families at this beautiful home on Games Lake. We enjoyed the dock, as my husband was able to keep our boat on the water the whole weekend connected to the dock vs having to bring the boat on and off the water each day. We spent time around the fire pit, playing yard games, had plenty of seating for meals, read books, and played games (which are provided at the house). I had asked the host if they had pitchers and cookie sheets at the home, and she made sure we had what we needed. We are thankful for a relaxing stay at this peaceful home :)

We had our first-ever gathering of this type at Jason’s, and it was great. There are many different indoor and outdoor spaces for people to gather in smaller groups. We had several rainy days, and being indoors was fine, even with a bunch of kids! Everything was tastefully decorated, the bedding and towels were wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had lots of dishes and silverware for a large group. There are 38 steps down to the dock, and the beach is a bit rocky, but there is a nearby public beach. Jason was very responsive to our needs. We would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 (two seniors, three adults and 1 child). It gave us enough space to sleep comfortably and to visit and cook together. The backyard was huge and we were able to enjoy the early spring weather and had coffee on the porch in the mornings. The design and finishings in the house were beautiful. My nephew said that it was the nicest house he’s ever stayed in! We’ve been visiting family in the Wilmar area for years and wish this house was available before. Definitely will rent again when we are back to visit family.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with two of his siblings and their significant others. We had a wonderful, peaceful time! The house is super spacious and has room for everyone to get some alone time or to hang out together. Our main goal for the weekend was ice fishing, and that was definitely accomplished. We set up just yards from the shoreline and were able to be close to the house for anything we needed. If we needed anything from Wendell he was instantly responsive and super helpful! There are plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping for those who want to head into town. I have celiac disease and many of the local restaurants in spicer and willmar were able to be more than accommodating. That was a huge plus! Also… nothing compares to a winter dip in the hot tub!

We loved staying at Amy and Derrick’s place! They’re super friendly and helped us feel right at home. We had our four-month-old puppy and three-month-old daughter and they were very patient with our noise and mess. We had family members that were vacationing at Sibley State Park. We were only five minutes away which was great when we inevitably forgot something 😆
