We had a great stay the house was as described. The kids enjoyed the game room with ping pong and Wii. The setting by the lake was queit and beautiful.

We had a group of 9 of us and we were all very comfortable here. Very lovely and spacious home on the lake. Beautiful scenery out the balcony windows. Beautiful Sunsets and Sunrises. The location is very close to New London and Spicer. Very easy to get too. Plenty of space for parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub - both soooo nice! We also did a shopping and eating day in New London, what a cute little town. Great shopping and eating! The host is very friendly, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating! Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend with our adult children and families at this beautiful home on Games Lake. We enjoyed the dock, as my husband was able to keep our boat on the water the whole weekend connected to the dock vs having to bring the boat on and off the water each day. We spent time around the fire pit, playing yard games, had plenty of seating for meals, read books, and played games (which are provided at the house). I had asked the host if they had pitchers and cookie sheets at the home, and she made sure we had what we needed. We are thankful for a relaxing stay at this peaceful home :)

This rental worked great for us. Everything just as pictured. The host was proactive in sharing info. Lots of room and well equipped for a family looking for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Florida. It was the exact place we needed to be together. It was quiet, private and the layout was perfect for the two of us. Lake Florida is a beautiful lake. Luanne was an excellent host and we felt right at home. Thank you for the great place to stay in a beautiful area! I would highly recommend it to others.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this location was for our women’s retreat. It was bright and relaxing. We especially liked the dining area with the big windows that overlook the lake. We had 17 women and the home felt spacious; we were not crammed inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the living room was very comfortable. The house does not have updated details but was clean for the most part and worth what they charge for sure! The group cannot wait to go back. The lake is beautiful and only a few steps away from porch. I contacted the host several times before the event and always received a response within 10 minutes! He also went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met when checking in. Ex) Brought extra tables over so we all could sit together. Amazing service! We will be back!

Cori’s place honestly gets 20 stars from my family! Where do I even start… -Check in was extremely easy with keypad -The entire house was spotless + welcoming…thank you Cori for the thoughtful gift basket upon arrival! This was so fun and unexpected -This isn’t specifically outlined in the listing but the beds + bedding here were so incredibly comfortable for the range of sleepers I have in my family. Haven’t slept this well at home in a while 😅 -Activities shout-out: amazingly equipped for adult families or families with young children. Kayaks + paddle board were fun for us adults. There was also full pickleball or four-square set-up, bags (or “cornhole”depending on your Midwest origins) set up, assortment of board games and a LOT of activities that we didn’t have time to use during our brief stay For the chefs among us, had every kitchen utensils you’d possibly need + plenty of cabinet storage. Fridge freezer brand new and top of line. If you’re going yo Green Lake, GO HERE!

Concepcion has a wonderful estate. You not only get a wonderful suite but also the use of beautiful gardens. Close to all the good places to eat and entertain yourself. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb!
