I’ve found this place at the eleventh hour and Indy was very helpful. The place is amazing and exactly as it’s described. The location manager was very helpful and friendly. Even gave us fruits from their own garden. 😊 Loved the place and how well it’s built with the view! I’d definitely return and recommend this place.

Stay here if you: 1. Want to stay with polite and helpful host 2. Want a well-equipped place to stay - large room, 2 beds and bathroom 3. Want a safe neighbourhood Mr. Dilan's place is nice and comfortable. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. It has a little unconventional layout - the entrance is through the kitchen and the large room and bathroom are on either sides. All equipment were functional and spaces were clean. The room is large and comfortable. The house is in a quiet residential area and surrounded by mango and avocado trees :) You also get a good view of the sunset from the balcony. There is a walkie-talkie available for you to interact with Mr. Dayan, the host's representative. He is very helpful, polite. He and Mr. Dilan helped us place a food delivery order - may look like a small gesture but a big help when your app doesn't work at night! Overall, we had a happy stay at this place.

We had two wonderful days in Kandy. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Rasika’s janitor, who picked us up and brought us to the apartment. He prepared a delicious breakfast for us and organized a wonderful tour around Kandy at a very fair price. The next day, he arranged a Tuk-Tuk driver for us at a very reasonable price, who took us to Sigiriya and Dambulla early in the morning. The apartment itself is beautifully located in the hills of Kandy and is easily and affordably accessible by Tuk-Tuk (300 LKR). The view is breathtaking. We were very happy, and I can only say that Rasika’s janitor did everything to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we were able to get around easily.

Felt right at home. Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The place is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. Pro tip if you take the train go to Kandy and use Uber or Pickme to the location. The Peradeniya Station is closer but harder to hail a ride. I would definitely come back for a visit.

Everything was as described. This spacious, clean and well equipped apartment is in a very good neighbourhood. The family were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They even supplied tea and washing powder. Great value. I would highly recommend this place.

It is our pleasure to meet Mr Bernard and Mrs Uma, lovely couple, very affectionate and caring - the pleasantries added to the great balcony view, makes this place special. This place is also 10 minutes walk from restaurants and bakeries - where we tried some local food. Bernard drove us for a day trip to Sigiriya and Dambula and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with him on Buddhism, Philosophy and Psychology. Note that this is a budget stay and so you get just basic amenities, but if you need some assistance, don't hesitate to ask Mr & Mrs Bernard and they will get the required help.

Ajith and his beautiful wife were lovely hosts and always responsive and friendly. We stayed during a busy display period of the famous Tooth relic in Kandy city, so this AirBnb was a wonderful and peaceful place to escape the chaos. The apartment is very clean, spacious and has air conditioning in the bedroom. The real highlight is the balcony overlooking Kandy city. We were lucky to prepare a dinner with the hosts and also enjoyed their homemade breakfast the following morning, both were delicious. Most tuk tuks will drop you up at the accommodation but you will need to walk down the hill about 300m if you wish to catch a tuk tuk back into town. Overall, an excellent place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

If only you could leave a bonus star on Airbnb. We felt fortunate for the opportunity to stay here. Truly an amazing place with a very friendly host. Highly recommend
