We had a phenomenal time while staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. Pulling up the long driveway to the home is breathtaking. We had so many rooms and beds to choose from. The recreation room on the lower level was a great addition to keep our children busy for hours on end. The host was even nice enough to leave the pool open for an extra week to accommodate us. We truly appreciate the hospitality, super fast responses, and the flexibility on a few important things to us. Thank you “Book a Memory” for an amazing weekend and for helping make so many great memories. We will definitely be back any time we’re in the Chicago area.

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Moiz and his team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. The home was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6.

My family and I had a great time. The home exceeded our expectations and we all had tons of things to do. We attended local Groundhog's Day festivities and just enjoyed our time together in a wonderful home away from home. We definately recommend!

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

House was lovely. I enjoyed the homes decor. Every day I woke up with something else I loved. The house had everything we needed. Only thing I wished the pool heater was working and the pillows were flat. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is close to everything. The place is clean and very organized. Lily and Nathan has been wonderful and very responsive and communicated well with us. I definitely recommend this place when you visit Schaumburg. Thank you guys for everything.

The pictures are very accurate, with 3 bedrooms the house is roomy. Private fenced yard, perfect for evenings relaxing. Easy check-in and very responsive hosts. Good neighborhood location, good water pressure, and comfy bed.

The BNB was as simple as you can get. Fresh linens, simple kitchen, and clean towels. Vic was very attentive and always replied promptly.

Kathleen was very responsive and supportive throughout the booking process. Unfortunately I had to change my reservation twice and Kathleen was very helpful and understanding. When we got there, the place was as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend there.

Kellie was a wonderful host. She was super accommodating & very responsive. The property is super well maintained and great for a short trip to Geneva. It is very close to 3rd Street which is a must-see when in the area. We will definitely be back at this property every time we visit Geneva. Definitely one of the best listings in the area for the price point - Kellie is an absolute gem!

Wow. Great location. Nikki's description was as stated or better. We loved being so close the river trails and charming Geneva. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the high ceilings in the dining room and living room. The record player was an unexpected treat. Lots of great albums. Super art work and décor. Kitchen had granite counter, amply cooking utensils, and a good array of spices. We were there in January, but the three season porch and fenced in yard were great. I would love to go again if we are back in the area. Lots of street parking on a quiet cul de sac.

This home is a gem! The entire space shined with intention. The beds were so comfy, the house was incredible clean, and the host were fantastic. I'd stay again.

Bob & Beth were absolutely wonderful hosts! The place looked even better in person than the pictures published. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and stores. They were super responsive to our needs and barely had to ask them for much because the place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and clear instructions to go along with it. An incredible stay and 100% would stay again!

What an amazing house!! I’ve stayed in Air B&B’s a lot, but nothing like this. The house was beyond gorgeous and Hank went above being a host by supplying coffee, tea,water and snacks. Even s’more’s supplies! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortably, and Hank was there in a second to answer and questions if one popped up. I can’t wait to rent this house again. What a fabulous place and host

The home was really great! We really enjoyed our stay the pool table and ping pong was a very nice touch. I recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great stay here. Enough space and beds for the 11 adults we had in our group. Some of the furniture was a little banged up, but it had very nice bedding, kitchen supplies, and space. Nice big TVs as well. If you like how the pictures look, I would recommend!

Justin's family home is in a very nice historic neighborhood. Within 1 mile of Elgin downtown historic district. The residential area has many magnificent homes/classic architecture that are extremely well manicured. There are also some properties in transition. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We rented here for our daughter's June wedding at Brix on Fox as this was the closest home of decent size for us to stay for 6 days. The bridal party spent 6 hours on the wedding day getting ready at the house and there is ample room for this. There were 4 bedrooms available and we only used 2 of them, master and another with a king bed. The 2 bathrooms are very good. Justin was very clear that they are in the process of remodeling themselves and having done that in my younger days I can appreciate the house not being perfect. Definitely a 4 of 5 star summary. Will be a 5 someday, with a little more work! Beautiful garden in the back yard.

In the heart of historic St. Charles, close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment. All within walking distance of the house. The house had everything we needed, super comfy beds. Looks exactly like the photos and was described perfectly in the listing. Fenced in yard for our pupper. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The location was close to our family and friends. Will definitely be back.

Nice house, good location in relationship to downtown St. Charles. The driveway took a second to find because it is on a side street. However, having the driveway on the side street was better for getting in and out easily, less concern about on-coming traffic. Instructions were clear for check in and check out. Would rent again if in the area.

It was great! It was well thought out and comfortable. The entry lock system made it easy to come and go, there were all the right appliances and even a few kitchen supplies. We had our Labrador with us and the fenced yard made it worth it for our 11 night stay. Being close to the cute downtown and the Randall Road shops and restaurants was very convenient.

We stayed at Sofia's house while in town for work and had a wonderful time. The space was beautiful and so cozy with two fireplaces, a great hot tub, and an indoor sauna. It was a great space to unwind and relax in. And Sofia was very communicative and accommodating. We'd love to stay again on our next trip!
