My husand and i stayed here for 6 days and ended up eloping at the accommodation site! It is truly beautiful and there are plently of fish to catch at the beach. Our location host tony was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable! We plan to make this our anniverasy spot! 10/10 the place is perfect for two looking to imerse themseves in the island with almost panoramic views from the bed and an almost private beach, this is your spot!

Absolutely fantastic, apartment was as described with everything you need, plus more, for an enjoyable and relaxing time away. The apartment was spotless and well presented. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay on Kangaroo Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Azzurra with its beautiful views and well appointed accommodation. The house is very well equipped and has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay with added touches which afford a home from home experience. Liz was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with Ferry bookings. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly one would want in their holiday home. Home away from home. Nice quiet and relaxing with beautiful view. Beach is walking distance away. And beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets.with all basic amenities one would require.

We loved our stay at Sam’s place. Island Beach is absolutely stunning, so peaceful and quiet and private, but close enough to Penneshaw and activities to keep us amused. Authenticity Beachhouse was so well situated, with great sea views, and had heaps of space and amenities perfect for our family of four…with an extra room to spare. Sam has thought of everything, and we loved all of the little extras he provided that helped make our holiday more fun - boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and tent, lots of outdoor and indoor seating, plus the Hamptons style decor was so lovely. Thanks for a really lovely stay Sam. Our kids have already asked when we are coming back to visit again!

House was beautiful, super clean and felt very homey. Had everything we needed and was super close to the beach. Marnie was great to communicate with.

Loved staying here and loved staying in Penneshaw. You have everything nearby - beaches, wineries, pub, shops. The view from Graceland is incredible the house is perfectly designed for a beach escape. Cannot recommend Graceland highly enough- or Penneshaw as a base for a Kangaroo Island holiday. I had a lovely stay here! The house was very tidy & spacious & had everything needed to feel right at home. Highlights were comfy beds, 2 toilets, and being in close proximity to the bus stop and other Kingscote shops & eateries.
