The hosts are extremely helpful and the nicest people. They helped us a lot on making the trip memorable including local recommendations and getting us some of the nicest meals for us. We visited with our 2.5 years old daughter and they made it a point to help us with her food and other needs. The place is good with nice mountain views. It is also a very quiet place for you to just wind down if you are making the trip for that reason.

If you are looking for peaceful stay with no city or crowded hustles, I would totally recommend this place. Host is so kind and friendly, felt at home.

Mr Ismail and his friend Mr Babu took care of us like a family. We literally felt at home. Marsim holiday homes is a must visit accommodation for a complete Wayanad trip. Thank you Ismail Ekka and Babu sir! All love from Chennai.

We stayed at nivaasana with my family for 3 days, a beautiful cozy home and Rachana was a great hostess, answering all our questions in a timely manner and making sure our travel was comfortable to and from her home. The rooms were very clean with balconies and great views. Also it is located at a walkable distance to many shops in Kalpetta town. We were served freshly prepared delicious meals and it was simply the best! Rachana also recommended and arranged local sightseeing trips for us which was very helpful. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend!!

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

Our stay at Kabani Riverside Homestay was truly exceptional! Nestled in a serene setting, the villa offered a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The thoughtfully designed space was equipped with excellent amenities, ensuring a comfortable and homely experience. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Our hosts, Mahima and her family, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention to the stay manager, Mr. Albin, whose kindness and helpfulness added to the overall seamless experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

The place is exactly as mentioned in the pictures. The place and the people give you enough space to feel comfortable and explore. We were a group of 13 and we never had to think/ask twice about anything. Everything was taken care of at all times.

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

We went for New Year Celebration with family and we really enjoyed it. The place is in mid of lush green forest, beside river. The plantation add a charm to it. Well managed, open spaces, private villas, full of amenities are some points to highlight. The host and the support staff was very helpful and supportive. Definitely a recommended place for relaxation and enjoyment.

Had a great time at Arun's in Forestree, my family really enjoyed the environment in which his place is situated. It is a wonderful experience to destress away from the hustle and bustle in the lap of mother nature at Forestree. I definitely recommend people to book their stays here.

The stay is "Gorgeousssssss". Stay is better than the photos. The staff co-ordinated everything and supported with all our queries and instructions were super clear. The on ground staff at the stay were super humble and prepared amazing, fresh, really tasty home made meals for us. Swimming pool was very clean. We had gone as a group of 7 and it was one of the best places for friends time. Will definitely go back there. The property is something out of the world, amidst the tea plantations. We have zero complaints, or suggestions for improvement. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. I have to double emphasize about the food and staff. The place is absolutely amazing but the experience becomes holistic due to the sweet staff and the amazing food that was got served.
